21/10/2024: Ansvar is a restaurant focused on sustainability and organic ingredients. We enjoyed a menu based on fresh seasonal vegetables, thoughtfully prepared and presented. The highlight of our visit was the service from Andrea, who was very attentive and helped us make the most of our experience. If you’re looking for a place in Copenhagen that combines flavor, eco-consciousness, and a pleasant atmosphere, Ansvar is a great choice. 🙌🏻
14/10/2024: Have eaten there twice and both times have been a great experience. Textures, tastes, visual expressions and reinterpretations are played with.
We have been full both times and it is certainly far from all restaurants that can boast of that.
The only minus is that the waiters know a little too little about the wine menu.

Very small portion for a very high price. whatever you order it is not very warm so better hurry up to eat. The service depends very much who is serving you. The boys are usually very efficient.

02/11/2024: Croissants from here are amazing, ordered pistachio, nutella and cinnamon. The pistachio filling is very creamy so probably not dairy free. The coffee options are great including dairy free and is freshly prepared, however no Decaf. Many places did not serve Decaf unfortunately. The seating was very limited inside and there was no toilet.
02/11/2024: Nice food, we had a cinnamon bun, pistachio cream croissant and a Nutella one. All nice and fresh, no decaf option and NO TOILET! Very limited seating inside.

13/10/2024: I entered the small shop, was greeted with a smile. Ordered a number 58. Tortellini with chicken, mushrooms, gorgonzola and tomato cream sauce.
The clerk asked if I wanted parmesan sprinkled on it, I didn't say no thanks. Thank you for lovely food 😋
19/09/2024: NØØAY damn it was a delicious pizza and the tortellini was also delicious, if you had to put a minus on the pizza, it was that the bacon wasn't crispy, but it tasted good anyway. And I give them 5 stars anyway, because I was prepared for that with the bacon, you can't get that anywhere.

18/11/2024: The atmosphere is lovely, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming.
09/11/2024: Popular location for breakfast and brunch and people were queuing to get in. It’s possible to book in advance which is recommended and it’s definitely worth it. We loved our breakfast and coffee and the service was top notch.

The place is very cozy to rest after eating and the owner very welcoming.
19/09/2024: Super cozy little cafe - restaurant - with real different Greek pies - moussaka - souvlaki like in Greece - various delicious desserts and of course real Greek coffee - we will definitely come again

The owners are very friendly :)
21/10/2024: This place is closed and they do not mention this on google maps. Such a bad thing we came all the way- a sandwich cannot taste that good anyways. Save time brothers

Herausragend gute Backwaren, salzige Spezialitäten der Smoerbroed Richtung und feine warme Küche. Sehr schwach: die Kaffee-Qualität
Sehr ansprechendes, fast festliches Ambiente.
17/05/2024: Fantastic rye bread sandwiches filled with delicious vegetables. The bread in their rye sandwiches is completely unique and wildly delicious. You can really taste that they use the best ingredients. Huge recommendation

05/10/2024: One of the best bars in Copenhagen. Laid back, cool atmosphere, excellent food and drinks, the owners and staff are amazing people🫶 this was my friends’ and I go-to spot when we were single. Also good for couples though
