If the need for salt is satisfied, there is popcorn you can provide yourself with, which is a nice extra service.

23/04/2025: A good Danish restaurant that serves fresh seafood and seasonal ingredients. The place is well decorated. We had the white asparagus with veal and that was really good. The white asparagus was so sweet and crunchy. We also had Danish mussels and that was really good as well. Overall, we had a good experience.
09/04/2025: Food was not the best, we ordered oysters, unfortunately they were not fresh and I ended up with a severe poisoning.

05/03/2025: Incredibly cosy place to stop by for a perfect lunch portion of pasta. Great concept with the single pasta option for the day, and you could knew that the owner took pride in their work based on what she served.
I dined in midweek where it wasn't too busy, so managed to easily get a seat even though there isn't too much seating. I could see others getting takeaway, and can assume that this is a popular lunch takeaway spot.
Definitely worth stopping by.

16/04/2025: Exciting food, well prepared, and pleasant to visit. Have had 3 good experiences, but best to be there when it is not too crowded, so the noise level is not too high. The wine list has a nice selection and the prices are acceptable. currently Albani beer is served on tap, which is not a plus for me.

13/05/2025: Great party rooms! Good kitchen facilities, however, lack cooling space and there is a tendency for the room to get very hot.
05/05/2025: Celebrated my 50th birthday at the Transformer station. We were in Stuen, which was perfect for 40 people. The room was well suited to both having tables you could stand at and individual tables you could sit at. I think I got the best guidance from the staff at Transformationen before the party, and I felt well informed and that it was under control. I had also booked waiters and bartenders through the Transformer station. They were super good and service minded. So it can definitely be recommended - also nice to have time to enjoy your own party :) Can only recommend the Transformer Station.

23/05/2025: Had dinner here last night. What a wonderful experience overall. Very smart and intuitive pairings of different flavors and techniques. I loved the kombuchas, all very flavorful and delightful. Loved the communal table where guests talk away the night as they wait for the next course to be served. The atmosphere was cozy and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming and were visibly passionate about what they do here with the farm their community and this restaurant. Kudos to them. Much appreciation for sharing this experience.

11/03/2025: Visited Copenhagen for the FC Copenhagen v Chelsea game. A group of 7 of us visited the bar and enjoyed it so much that we came back the following night. It’s a small place with a friendly atmosphere and excellent beer and wine. It was great to be in a welcoming, yet “non-football “ pub. I look forward to returning.
