04/12/2025: In love with the vibes of this bakery and the location, right by Reffen. The foccacia bianca sandwich with kale and mushrooms was great, as well as their homemade Kombucha. It was hard to find a place to seat and even tho I appreciate the rustic vibes, you could see some cleaning was needed in the tables and sitting area.

01/12/2025: Deserves all the hype it already has. You need to take the bus to visit but trust me, it is so worth it. Always packed but you can easily find a place to sit, especially in the upper area. The coffee is not great and there’s only one kind but the delicacies are extraordinary. Reasonably priced.

12/08/2025: Such a nice place! I enjoyed the hotel convenience while living like a local in a Danish design room. Location is also super convenient, you can either walk to some main attractions or access to public transport easily.

21/08/2025: Bromeo con mi familia y amigos, que soy un sumiller de helados autodesignado. Voy a probar un helado supuestamente bueno a toda costa. Tomo una generosa cantidad de cucharadas para tener una comparación en mi juicio de calidad y helado probado en muchos países diferentes ya - Danés siendo uno de mis 2 mejores junto a Italiano. Ahora - para mí este lugar es un éxito de marketing que no va junto con el sabor. Los helados eran sosos, no especiales y la tercera cucharada (anacardos) incluso carecía de cualquier sabor y tenía una textura terrible. El gofre estaba pálido, poco horneado y se rompió. . . no gracias!

28/10/2025: Over in Copenhagen for a week, excellent little bar, wide variety of drinks on tap, excellent food from Fattys. I am from England so for me prices are high for me, but lhappy hour is better 🤣

20/10/2025: Cozy and raw. Large selection of drinks. Unfortunately, the acoustics are quite bad.

23/12/2025: Probably the best specialty coffee shop in Copenhagen. They have a wide variety of beans from different roasters and they cycle them frequently, so if you are into trying different beans then this is your spot. Lack of vegan options to eat make it a not ideal place for that purpose for me, unfortunately. This is quite common in Denmark as it is not a vegan-friendly city The place is quite loud and usually very crowded.

05/05/2025: Nothing less than an amazing experience. My wife invited me to the theatre, so I wanted to find a great place nearby for dinner. We’ve visited hundreds of restaurants in the city center and other neighborhoods, but we haven’t spent much time in Østerbro. Honestly, I chose Barner based on ratings, the menu, and the photos. It exceeded our expectations, and we can wholeheartedly recommend it to others. We’ll definitely be coming back. By the way, we ordered all the starters and first courses to share and can recommend every single dish and the amazing wine as well.

30/03/2025: Very pleasant experience. The food was tasty and well balanced on flavours. The presentation of the plates is very nice and the service was incredibly professional and attentive. I recommend to book a table specially if you are thinking about going late in the evening (close to 19:30/20:00) since it was packed at that time)

21/11/2025: A very good place, but I had higher expectations for the taste. Both the starter and the main course lacked some s p i c e for the price

15/11/2025: We had a short evening at Ælsk, it was a really good experience. The atmosphere of the place, the staff's fantastic treatment of us and the food were top notch. It's SO cozy that we will definitely come back for a long evening 😊

12/11/2025: Surprisingly delicious and tasty vegetarian food, which was beautifully prepared. I would however recommend buying bread as it was a bit difficult to get full otherwise. We struggled a bit with the music, which we found too loud. But we managed to turn it down. The place is very small, which is cozy, but you also have to be prepared to sit close together. Luckily, four of us sat in the back room, which was great. The food could have been served faster, but that wasn't a problem. They were also very attentive, which can be a problem in many places. So 4 ⭐️ where the most important thing is that the food is delicious.

11/08/2025: This is a wine bar, don't expect to have sophisticated meals. But you have wonderful tapas (look at the picture, and you'll see what I mean 😋) and a list of wines that would drive Dionysos completely mad ! All the danish products: cheese, cold cust, wine, ans akvavit are awesome. Thanx to the métro to bring us back at the hotel... And as always, the modern vikings are the most polite people in Europe!

14/12/2025: The food was delicious, although a bit pricey. We paid €25 for a set menu of a sandwich, a drink, and fries. The place is very nice and has a covered, heated terrace.

24/10/2025: We had a wonderful evening at Pirlo. Delicious food, friendly, relaxed service, and a pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended.

11/10/2025: I had a very unpleasant personal experience at Restaurant Pirlo. I was there for dinner the other night and accidentally left my AirPods behind (I could see their location on my phone). The next day, I went back and asked the kitchen staff if they could help me look for them. They let me search, but I couldn’t find them anywhere. After I asked several times, they finally called the manager, who told me that no AirPods had been found the previous night. The location kept pointing to the bar area, so I asked the staff to help me check there. They refused and just said they’d contact me if they found them - even though I was literally showing them the live location. Then one of the chefs, Alex (I found his name on Instagram), came up to me aggressively. He stood very close, started swearing at me, and told me to leave. When I didn’t react immediately, he shoved me. I left the restaurant, and they shut the doors and windows, ignoring me completely when I knocked. Honestly, I don’t even know how to describe this situation. As a woman, I felt assaulted and deeply threatened, alone in a room with two men, being disrespected and pushed. And this wasn’t on the street, it was in a restaurant where I had simply come to retrieve my property. I even have proof that my AirPods are there. I’ve filed a police report and am following all the necessary steps, though it’s a slow and frustrating process, as we all know how little attention such cases often get. I don’t think anyone is perfect, I know people go through difficult things in life. But as a restaurant representative, basic human respect should still apply. As for the food it was nothing special. Not good, not bad. During dinner, the waiter made my friend feel uncomfortable when she asked about the wine - he corrected her (incorrectly), then later apologized when he realized his mistake. They also overcharged us on the bill, adding three glasses of wine instead of two, so double-check your bills there.

14/12/2025: A reasonable experience, the food tasted great, but lacked a bit of spice. Stay away from the shrimp taco, it's a torpedo shrimp, which doesn't give any Mexican vibes. The beef and pork tacos were good

22/10/2025: Five hungry boys went in search of sushi and stumbled upon this place. We were a little skeptical at first, but don't let the facade scare you - it's actually really cozy inside. They have sushi ad libitum at a price that is on par with the classics for the area (248 kr). The sushi was incredibly delicious, and their other dishes were also really good. However, their sashimi was a bit tasteless, which was a bit of a letdown. Definitely a place I could visit again if I'm in the area. The service was also nice - a nice guy who served us. You order by filling out a form, and everyone gets their own menu, so it's not like having one iPad and having to sit and watch.

06/07/2025: Not a nice place for a small concert. Overcrowded. The service was really unfriendly. Apparently the staff had no interest customers. Disappointed.
