15/01/2026: After an earlier disappointment elsewhere, my partner and I stopped in here for a coffee and had a genuinely lovely experience. The coffee was excellent quality, and we also enjoyed a cinnamon scroll and a bmo, both of which were fresh, well made, and exactly what we were hoping for. Simple things done very well. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the service was friendly and professional, making us feel comfortable right away. A great spot for a quality coffee and pastries in a beautiful setting. We’ll happily return next time we’re in the area.

16/01/2026: January 16 UPDATE: Sending an email on January 9th as requested in the reply from Joachim Olsen, and 6 days later I have heard nothing. It must be said that it makes sense in terms of how HRC has compromised. It has really gone downhill for… It has really gone downhill for Hard Rock Cafe Copenhagen!!!! We used to be really happy with both the restaurant and the concept (which can still deliver in other big cities), but wait a minute, how bad it has become! It was freezing cold upstairs, where we could only get a seat despite lots of empty tables in the living room, where it was also warmer. Almost 400,- for a piece of sliced ​​beef but gravy and half-cold fries, without vegetables or anything else. Their redcurrants had almost no barbecue on them, so we had to ask for extra (but in return they must have dropped the chili on them) served with coleslaw without dressing. And the chicken was so dry that it was dusty. A piece of salmon so thin that it was almost embarrassing, without any kind of sauce or anything. And all in all not the best quality that you are used to at HRC. Finally, all the toilets were, except for 2 “Out of order”. And one of the two working ones was blocked. When we mentioned it to the hostess, the answer was that she knew it and had told your manager. I suggested that they also put a note on the last non-working toilet, and the answer was just a religion that they knew it. What happened to you in Copenhagen!! Unfortunately, we will NOT see you again.

22/09/2025: Really good sushi! The waiters were super nice and not too pushy. We were the last ones left in the restaurant, but in no way (!) did we get the feeling that they wanted us out so they could close the door, which you can sometimes experience in restaurants. The interior wasn't exactly to our taste, but there was nothing wrong with the vibe, it could just be more cozy hehe. Cozy place to sit as a couple and talk for a whole evening. Thanks for the lovely food :)

22/09/2025: Read the good reviews about Yankii Sushi and so we chose to go all the way to Copenhagen that Monday evening to celebrate a birthday and enjoy good sushi. It was good that we did. Lovely sushi and a good menu. Not too many dishes and not too little. Good music in the background and 2 nice waiters. Quiet and peaceful on a Monday in September. But there were 5 of us, 3 of whom were teenagers and we had a nice and fun time. And everyone was full and happy when we left. Highly recommended as a small cozy place with good sushi.

14/12/2025: Delicious Italian restaurant, where the food was quite excellent. What I would especially like to highlight is the nice staff, who provided really good service.

11/12/2025: Located at the entrance of the Imperial Hotel, this restaurant offers delicious Italian cuisine. We were pleased with everything we tried. I especially want to thank the waiter, whose name I don't remember, but who served us with a smile. I recommend it to anyone looking for Italian food in Copenhagen; it truly deserves its Michelin star rating 💫

13/11/2025: Had a lovely authentic Greek dinner with dorthe.loves.food from IG We shared Tzatziki, Greek salad, spanakopita, saganaki and Cypriot olive bread for starters. Hearty stifado and grilled lamb crown for mains with a delicious Greek red wine. Finished with a fresh lemon pie. All served with Greek family friendliness.

17/12/2025: Scam and arrogance. Booked a table at this restaurant, but then an error message appeared on the website, which resulted in three bookings being registered suddenly. Only two of them were confirmed, and had to cancel anyway, so I cancelled both of them. But since there was one last one left, you charged me 1,200 DKK for a no show fee. This was impossible for me to know, and they refuse to pay this back. So a mistake on their part, they refuse to take responsibility for, and instead drain their customers in this way from their bank cards. Met with no understanding and only arrogance. We are shocked, and will never return. Have heard of similar practices, but would not have thought that they also run such scams. Stay away! And do not give them your card details.

14/12/2025: Ok food, nice staff but very cramped, noisy and claustrophobic - and a bit expensive compared to rye bread dishes

10/07/2026: I would never have an ice cream in this ice cream shop as the girls didn’t want to wash their hands before touching the ice cream waffle, they also refused to take a waffle with a napkin, and told me that I was being rude to them demanding in a nice way to begin with, to take the waffle with the napkin at least. They are dealing with a cash money all day long and having their mobile phones in their hands as well, of which both are filthy of bacteria. Buy your ice cream elsewhere, just around the corner or on the other side of the street across the bridge, where there are more than willing to take a waffle with a napkin in their hands.
