13/04/2025: Saturday's lunch at CafeMinisteriet was a disappointment. We got the MINISTER'S BURGER.
The brioche bun could be compared to a large dry two-tray, the mincemeat was small, the crispy bacon was rock hard and my husband looked in vain for the salad.
I got nine coarse fries and am wondering if my fries were reheated and the husband's were cold when served
11/03/2025: Stopped by for some late snacks and wine... EVERYTHING was super delicious.
The staff must clearly be the nicest and most talented Aalborg can muster.
Beautiful place.

Vi fik nytårsmenu til to, hhv. menu med oksemørbrad og fisk.
Der var 4 retter, og alle retter var særdeles velsmagende og let at tilberede med udførlige anvisninger.
Eneste skår i glæden var, at de havde glemt at levere oksemørbrad med, så jeg måtte en ekstra gang til Thisted fra Klitmøller, ca. 30 km.
Nåede det lige inden de lukkede.
Det havde måske klædt dem, hvis de havde givet en flaske rødvin som kompensation😉

08/03/2025: We came expecting a regular buffet, but were really pleasantly surprised.
It was a fantastic taste experience and beyond all expectations.
The meat is served at the table and was delicious, tender and juicy.
We will definitely come again.
It will be hard to beat!

Definitely a pork roast burger in a class of its own.
Thick slices of well-done pork roast that are cut when needed.
YUM!
It's worth the drive to visit Jord Grillen.
18/02/2025: North Jutland's best rib sandwich. There is a lot of meat and it is super tender.
