24/01/2025: Godt og hyggeligt sted og meget god betjening og deres frokost tilbud kan varmt anbefales da det er en pizza til 59 kr. så det er jo en meget god pris

08/03/2025: Update 2025 Better taste than last time. However, the promise of a vegetarian menu is still just the same menu without meat and at the same price. It makes the experience soft, and the main course of vegetables with sauce. That was it. We call it what they say. 2023 Really nice place with good chairs and nice service. We then amicably asked for the other table than the one wedged against the kitchen and the smell of roast pork. It couldn't be done even though we could see three empty withdrawn tables all evening. It is not satisfactory that a vegetarian menu is simply the menu without meat but replaced by a grilled vegetable. The flavors in the food seemed generally inharmonious. Main course too salty and too soft in soft. The dessert sour with sour. Other guests had the same opinion, but said that the menu can fluctuate. So maybe it's better another time. We're not sure we'll try again.

05/03/2025: Fantastisk restaurant, hvor alt bare var perfekt. Vi fik tre retter med tilhørende vinmenu. Alle retter var fine og det samme var vinen, der passede så fint til maden. Brød og vand blev serveret til og fyldt op igen "automatisk". Kan kun anbefale dette sted😊

10/04/2025: There were 7 of us. Went and chose the buffet, there was not a large selection compared to other resturants of the same kind. The noodles were boring and there was not much flavor in them. It was a disappointing trip and we agreed that we would not come again.

09/04/2025: Very friendly and courteous staff. Tasty food, nice atmosphere. Prices a bit borderline. On the second visit, with “all you can eat” we were disappointed. With the exception of the sushi, the taste of the dishes served was below average. Quantity over quality is a mistake!

12/03/2025: Really nice place, with good coffee and delicious bread. However, the place is packed with people, and if you are unlucky enough to have to sit by the door, you have to accept that the door closes and opens every two seconds.

21/03/2025: Be sure to reserve online, especially around 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. very busy. Very friendly staff, good food, salad bar always fresh. The ribs are delicious and small is enough for a normal female person. Always recommended

17/02/2025: I have been in and visited this place 2 times and have to admit that a restaurant can think of burning tenderloin so that all you can taste are the bitter notes... what a shame. The 3 stars are for starters and desserts. There is a lousy acoustic in there, we could barely hear what we were saying to each other.

18/12/2024: Dejlig 3 retters + Hors d'œuvre afstemt juletiden Forret: Let tørret og let røget laks med rigtig god saltbalance mellem tilbehøret og fisken Hovedretten: Fantastisk confit de canard med anis noter og rigeligt garniture. 2 vine ledsagede hovedretten, en spændende rød med fylde, bouquet og charme og en hvid med stærk note af petroleum. Perfekt til retten Desserten: gæsten var nu mæt, grundet rigelig garniture og vin i hovedretten ! :) Ris á la mande med sorbet og nøddetop. Tak for en mega spændende mad- og vinoplevelse. På gensyn. Hvor er I dygtige!

13/11/2024: Fik skøn fiske hovedret, stegt kulmule med tilbehør. Maden på dette sted kan kraftigt anbefales. Sønnen tryller i køkkenet, mens farmand skaber god stemning og servicere kunderne som man ønsker at få det. Håber i åbner en dag et lignende sted i Svendborg. Vi ses, næste gang jeg kommer til Nykøbing Mors

02/04/2025: Big praise for the kitchen! The food was incredibly delicious, and you get a lot for the price. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and has a relaxed atmosphere. Since we were in Ålborg on a whim, we didn't have a reservation, but we were still able to eat. Very nice! The waiters are very friendly and attentive—when they see you have money. And that's the not-so-nice part of the evening: Our waiter seemed annoyed with us (tourists who don't speak Danish very well). No eye contact, no smile. We were given a carafe of water and, accordingly, didn't order any drinks. It's fine that we were charged for the water. What isn't okay, however, is that they also charged us for the second, untouched carafe, so we ended up paying an extra 80 kr for tap water...

25/03/2025: I decided to give Bogø Sandwich a second chance, since they were, after all, among the first in Aalborg to sell sandwiches. Therefore, I ordered online a sandwich menu with fries from Bogø Sandwich in Kennedy Arkaden. I chose mayonnaise and remoulade as a side dish for the fries. Unfortunately they didn't have remoulade in the section in the Kennedy Arcade, which surprises me as it was possible to choose it in the ordering system. The fries were good and luckily I didn't have to go far or they would have gone cold in the paper bag. They should wrap them better so they keep warm. The sandwich was a classic chicken/bacon sandwich, but there was nothing classic about it. It was tasteless with really dry bread. I wonder how long it had been waiting to be eaten – its dryness was remarkable anyway. All in all, it was an extremely disappointing experience at a place that introduced the sandwich to Aalborg. Today you can get sandwiches in many places in Aalborg Centre, and some of them are really good. Unfortunately, Bogø Sandwich is no longer among them. The days of their sandwiches seem to be over.
