22/07/2026: Our visit was unfortunately a huge disappointment from start to finish. The restaurant was clearly overbooked and it didn't seem like they were managing the reservations or the service. After our starters we sat for about 30 minutes with empty plates in front of us, without anyone coming to clear them or inform us of the delay. In the end we had to approach the staff ourselves and point out that we were still waiting. In the meantime we could see that several tables that had arrived after us had already received their main courses. When my boyfriend's T-bone finally arrived, it was ordered rare, but it was cooked significantly more and was closer to medium. This is not what you expect when you order a steak to a specific doneness. Unfortunately my lamb chops were also not a good experience. They were very tough and far too salty, which made the dish difficult to enjoy. The most frustrating thing was the lack of overview and coordination throughout the evening. You expect mistakes to happen, but when both the service, the wait time and the food disappoint on the same visit, it leaves a very bad overall impression. Unfortunately, the experience was not at all up to our expectations, and it is not a place we want to visit again.

22/07/2026: Unbelievably, Unbelievably disappointing. Mediocre starter to put it nicely. Between starter and main course, 30 minutes pass before I have to ask how long it will be until we get the main course, because nothing has happened yet and other tables that came after us have received their food. When we finally get our main course after 50 minutes, my streak is fried medium-well done (ordered rare) and it was so tough it was not worth cutting or slicing into. The same went for my boyfriend. Almost 900 kroner for 1 drink, 1 starter, and a main course x 2. For that quality and waiting time, it is simply an unacceptably high price.

04/06/2026: We tried 2 pieces (one for each), but unfortunately it must be said that it tastes like it looks 😣 I think this is the last time we bother spending money on pizza there. It was number 11 we ordered. We thought it sounded okay, if only it wasn't just splattered in patches.

31/07/2026: We ordered 2 pasta dishes, super delicious and flavorful, but they lacked bread to soak up the rest of the sauce, but otherwise good portion sizes, not too big, not too small. Thanks for the food ☺️

30/07/2026: The Caesar salad was a little too “oily” for my taste - but otherwise had a good taste. (I'm used to there being only a little Caesar dressing on top), but the extremely friendly and very accommodating service and the delicious view made up for it. 😁👌🏻

06/07/2026: Super cozy place🤩 I ordered my Frappe from this Starbucks and got it so quickly in less than 2 minutes. Can recommend to everyone even though it is a bit expensive😁

04/08/2026: Hard to find, with a sign by the harbor bath. When we arrived it was empty, but there were quite a few people picking up food. We got a no. 16 and no. 40. They were both really good and crispy. Would highly recommend this place.

31/07/2026: Ordered the ribs expecting something good — it sounded great on the menu, but it was anything but. The meat had almost no flavor at all, bland and forgettable. The potatoes on the side were soggy and boring, nothing crispy about them. Worst part was the "barbecue sauce" — it was actually just a cream sauce they'd clearly heated up in the microwave and slapped a BBQ label on. It came out lukewarm/cold and tasted like plain cream, not barbecue at all. On top of that, we waited 30 minutes just to get our food. Overall a disappointing meal — wouldn't recommend and won't be going back.

26/06/2026: Fantastic roast pork - some of the best I've had. VERY sad that people have to sit in the outdoor area and smoke while eating - we ARE past that time

20/06/2026: I have been coming to Restaurant VB for more than 25 years - today I come as often to have dinner and enjoy a cold beer. It is 7:10 PM, there is plenty of space on the terrace, and the restaurant is almost empty. I am greeted by a friendly young man who asks what I would like - and asks for a table outside and states that I would like to order dinner - we are interrupted by a blonde lady, who is apparently the young man's superior - no, we do not have room for any more orders today. It is worth noting that there are half-empty tables, an almost empty restaurant, most people have already been served - and 50 minutes until the kitchen closes and a guitarist is just about to start playing... What the hell is going on???

12/11/2025: I had a very bad experience at this place, if you can call it a "restaurant". This applies to the food, the service, the staff and the place in general. In the summer it's like an oven, you can die from the heat, and in the winter it's like a refrigerator. There are a few places to sit, but it's impossible to sit quietly and relax because the place is so small that everyone who passes by bumps into you. I ordered a burger and fries... The fries were overcooked and tasteless, and the burger tasted, without exaggeration, as if it was made of cigarettes. Tobacco cigarettes. Have you ever eaten a burger made of cigarettes? I recommend visiting Salat og Burger to try it. I noticed how they prepare the food - they don't use gloves at all. That is, you first pay for the food and then eat other people's sweat and dirt left on the food. The staff... That's a completely different topic. Salat og Burger is a place where you can be humiliated and ignored if you don't speak Danish. In other words, they don't welcome tourists. If you ask: "Do you speak English?", they will answer: "You are in Denmark! No! We only speak Danish." And they will say this to you in a rude, humiliating way. Generally, the owner or an employee, a man with glasses, can send you away, shout at you and ruin your mood for no reason. Waste of money and time, questionable hygiene, lack of comfort, humiliation, shouting and bad mood are guaranteed.

17/05/2026: Tasty dishes and pleasant atmosphere. However, with only one vegetarian option. 🍄‍🟫 But the vegetarian burger tastes great and there are really good fries. You will probably be able to get the omelette without bacon. 😊
