20/07/2025: Always great to come to Stacy’s Diner! Such a cool place and great food. So authentically American without being in the USA.
20/07/2025: It's really done something out of the mood, with the American decor. The service was friendly, but not that attentive. The weakest point was the burger itself, which was average.
It says they have a blacksmith employed full time to do the decoration - I would probably suggest a chef instead. Fun to try, but I probably won't be back.

21/07/2025: It was excellent food. But it wasn't extraordinary. I don't think it quite lived up to the price.
I do think it's nicely decorated, but I get the impression that some of the decorations they have need cleaning.
05/04/2025: Vi fik begge en rigtig god middag/ret og selvom der var mange besøgende var ventetiden kort. Sødt personale. Kan kun anbefale Det Mexikanske bøfhus.

10/03/2025: Probably the best place for kebabs in Roskilde.
16/01/2025: My favorite Kebab in Denmark, and not priced too badly compared to other ones in Roskilde. Everything tastes fresh just like it's supposed to, the meat is also nicely seasoned. I can only reccomend their chili sauce. The facilities are also very clean and the people are friendly.
