It was busy but the staff were good at preparing us for the wait.
So, all in all, we had a good Sunday at Malerklemmen

Insanely good food. We ate plank steak and a Texas burger. Both parts with sashimi meat.
The dessert was Belgian waffle.
Good atmosphere. Good service and unusually good food. Clear recommendation from here

28/10/2024: This is my go to restaurant no matter where I am on Sjælland. I started going there about 3,5 years ago. Some times I actually drive all the way from Copenhagen to Jyderup just to eat at their restaurant. My personal favourite is nr 17 + fishcake as an appetizer. All the accessories, sauce ect is homemade which is a dead giveaway with it's intense and exceptional taste to it. The owner and his wife is such a polite and lovely couple I feel really relaxed in their environment. I love taking my daughter there and pretty much take all my friends there if I feel like giving them a good experience with authentic Thai food. If I could give the restaurant a million stars I would have done it.

14/11/2024: Was greeted by smiling and welcoming staff. Fast ordering and delivery of drinks.
The buffet looked nice and inviting, but unfortunately we found that some of the dishes were not warm, some decidedly cold, e.g. sauce.
The staff were attentive in terms of cleaning up used crockery etc.
12/11/2024: Compared to the last time I was there, they have opened up a lot, it was considerably better than I remember it from a year ago, they were good at filling up the buffet, I didn't see anything missing even though the house was full👍

09/09/2024: I have traveled all over Europe, and nowhere have I had a problem with my 5 kg dog. Denmark is supposed to be developed but I don't see it. 1 point because they kicked us out because of the dog.

24/10/2024: One of the nicer resturants Sunset has. The food is also quite good, you can tell that those who work here are used to being busy. Generally nice and clean, and lots of space. Easy to get to when you get on the motorway.

03/11/2024: Unfortunately, I didn't get quite what I ordered - but what came was okay. The waiter was nice and gave a log for the trip home :)
Nice premises, although not much of a cozy atmosphere about them. A bit like the Vivaldi chain.
01/11/2024: Nice Café food, friendly staff, and very nice views of the small harbour and Præstø fjord.
Fish and Chips tasty, and the pistachio desert was very nice if a bit on the sweet side.

26/09/2024: Been a dining here several times, mainly as my son enjoys selecting food from the conveyor belt.
The food on offer has many options, the quality is okay and it is reasonably priced for all you can it. Though sometimes the quality and freshness of the rice dishes do tend to be hit and miss.
If you expect free chopsticks, unlucky.! They now charge takeaway customers 20dk per person which is optional, little excessive in my opinion, so I always decline.
09/08/2024: Update June 2023: Running sushi all-you-can-eat with my 8-year-old daughter. We were full and it was really delicious. Children half price ;-)
