09/09/2025: On August 9, 2025, my husband and I held our wedding at CA-VA and we had the most wonderful experience. From start to finish, we had a wonderful experience with Daniel, who listened to our wishes and was flexible both leading up to our day and during the wedding itself. Our guests praised the staff, who were quick, efficient and, not least, smiling and welcoming! The party was created based on our theme, wishes and "peculiarities" and it was fantastic to feel that there was room for just that! 🤍
We can only recommend CA-VA as the place for the next party! 🌻 ⛪️
01/08/2025: Stiff atmosphere.. rude staff and the owners doesn't treat their staff right, it's slave-like conditions with little pay... the food wasn't really anything to brag about.. really recommending booking somewhere else to hold a confirmation, if that was your intentions with this place

30/07/2025: I've been in this bar already a year ago, but every time I think about this place, it warms my heart. I guess it was because of people I've been with, but I really liked the old style of this place, the atmosphere of a small local bar in an unknown town...
The owner was very welcoming me and my friends who had art residency near and just wanted to explore the town.
I never saw the same music machine anywhere, but in this place, but maybe it my young age speaks...
I really liked it and by any chance I will come back there in future!

06/09/2025: Cozy place in the middle of Roskilde! A find where it's super cozy, good atmosphere and a great selection of beer and food.
06/09/2025: Randomly dropped by. A cozy little gem in Roskilde with a fantastic selection of beer and delicious food at prices I haven't seen in 25 years.
Will definitely be back next time I'm in Roskilde.

13/09/2025: We have been there 3 times and unfortunately do not have a particularly good impression of the place. All times we have come to the table that was not cleared. About a third of the tables were not cleared. The staff seems like they do not care about how the restaurant looks. The food is not quite as expected and tasteless. The view is ruined by a transverse crack in the windows which is right on the horizon so you cannot enjoy the otherwise lovely view
09/09/2025: Me and my friend ordered a cofee and a wafle and we waited 50 minutes for the order to arrive. Apparently they forgot about our order.

18/10/2025: We had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, rich flavors, and perfectly cooked pasta.
The service was fast and employees very friendly and helpful. Cozy atmosphere made the whole evening even better. 🍝🇮🇹
Place was really beautiful and clean.
Penne Bolognese-perfectly cooked and delicious. Pizza Capo was very good and Tiramisu even better.
We left with the smile and full belly.
Highly recommend this place!👍

20/10/2025: The food is great, but quite expensive. The only downside is the lackluster restrooms (the smell and cleanliness aren't so pleasant, especially with a baby).
24/09/2025: Delicious sushi.
The service is quite friendly; they walk around a lot but don't see much. We were beckoning for service for a while.
And when I was paying, he got impatient.
You could choose between kroner and euros. I wanted to ask him which one was better for me... he pressed "euro" before I could even ask.

28/07/2025: Possibly the best cafe in Nykøbing with the angriest owner. As a guest you are practically an annoying obstacle to making money. Even a glass of water for an infant costs 25 kroner. It must be the ice cubes. The food is unfortunately quite good. At least the pastries. But the queue was long and the service almost unpleasant. It must be part of the strategy. To get people to come a little less often.
20/07/2025: We stopped in here spontaneously because it looks very inviting. Everything looks handmade. The cinnamon roll was fresh and incredibly delicious. They also offer various lemonades. I opted for elderflower... good decision ;-)
