16/09/2025: Visited at 0930 in the morning. It is a bakery that actually has an OK product. The selection is standard, but on the limited side. I don't know if it is me who has unrealistic expectations or is just better used to it - But I think they should make more of an effort. There is even a coffee machine that is turned off, which he doesn't even bother to turn on. When we ask if it is possible with a cup of coffee he answers: No, I drink Nes. Next time I am in Holbæk I choose to try one of the other bakers.

12/09/2025: The owner is very nice and the bread is always fresh and delicious. It's located in the city center and has parking nearby. Good service and deserves five stars.

08/05/2026: Overall, a disaster; the room clearly harks back to the early Schlüter (Gierek) era... The bathroom was disgusting, with stains on the walls, the shower was dirty, I had to use flip-flops, and the hotel shampoo looked like the last male guest had added something to it. The breakfast was decent. I'll add that this was my eighth budget stay during this trip, and it was the worst, even though others were even cheaper.

03/05/2026: Really nice and helpful staff and very welcoming, big praise to them. Lovely 3 course menu which was tasty. Large selection in the breakfast buffet which tasted good. The room was worn but usable, lovely peace and quiet with good beds.

06/12/2025: An authentic small restaurant without a buffet, but offering all you can eat at the chef's own pace for 249kr. The empty premises adorned with plastic flowers and LED lights are filled with both goldfish in a murky aquarium and a gas heater on the floor. The food is ok, but sushi is definitely better. The price is probably set a bit too high for what you get. It is on par with a good steakhouse or other "all you can eat" sushi places. However, dessert and coffee are usually included. Here you get what you order on the menu, except for the dishes that the chef forgets or doesn't have time for. The service is nice and friendly, but be patient with your orders. The food doesn't come all at once, but continuously as it is prepared. Remember that you have to be out after 2 hours and 10 minutes! We only managed to order once, which is why the meaning of all-you-can-eat evaporated a bit. My recommendation would therefore be to order a la carte. That way you will probably get a better experience for half the price, and possibly be served at the same time.

08/09/2025: The food was very good 👍 and tasted great! The owner doesn't speak German, and we barely speak English, but ordering still went smoothly 👍 👌! The Bubel tea is delicious 😋 very nice and large restroom!🫡

28/07/2025: Was at a party and was supposed to have a whole roast suckling pig brought out to the community center The meat you got was no bigger than a 5 krone and the skins were dark brown and soft It was served with cream potatoes and cold potato salad that tasted like it was bought in net Not very lucky Cannot be recommended

23/10/2025: Average Chinese restaurant, on the sad side. The selection of sushi is very boring. The selection in the buffet is like most Chinese buffets. The ice cream is watery and boring. At first glance it is not a great culinary experience and it is also not possible to enjoy a Faxe kondi with the food... And speaking of soda, I also think it should be mentioned that there was not much fizzy water in the soda. I don't know if it is because it is tapped from the tap (=soda with fizzy water), but I could imagine that is the reason.

16/08/2025: Compared to years ago, we experienced that the level of the food (what we got) has unfortunately dropped. First fish soup, the taste was good but we missed pieces of fish, then a fish lasagna for my wife, which was not particularly successful and the accompanying salad was not fresh - I had a piece of marinated herring, where you (I) expected an old-fashioned matured herring with good taste. It was not that, it was tough and boring. We sat in the garden, where the service was fast and nice and the atmosphere was good. A cozy place.

23/02/2026: This is the first time we have tried to eat here and the selection and the food tastes great and we will definitely come back! Can definitely recommend this restaurant greeted with warmth, calm atmosphere and smiles.

15/03/2026: Okay place. We usually visit Siang Jiang, and we will (unfortunately) do so in the future. The buffet is okay, the selection is fine. The chicken soup is tasteless, however, and the accompanying buns are nothing to brag about. I finished with a walnut ice cream that tasted extremely much like bubblegum ice cream, which was a very unpleasant experience (It could have been an accident? The ice cream spoon was in water, but maybe it still had leftovers from a previous customer on it). All in all, 2.5 stars from here unfortunately. ❤️🙏🏼 Fortunately, the staff was super nice and friendly 🕊️

18/12/2025: Clearly my worst food experience in 2025! Everything on the brunch plate for 159 kr. Was dry, old and backed up a few days before! Unbelievable that you as kitchen staff can ruin a brunch. The scrambled eggs were made the day before and heated in a pan so that it had crusted. Bacon soft and fried several days before. Dry day-old bread. Asked for something new and got defrosted bread from the microwave. Kitchen staff comes shuffling through the cafe with headphones in their ears and doesn't look like they want to be there. Staff just stand there looking and look like they don't want to be there either! However, the coffee and tea were good. All in all, not worth the money and the visit.

13/11/2025: A very cozy place with friendly staff. I ordered coffee and a chocolate cake, and both the coffee and the cake were delicious. I would come again.

07/09/2025: Really nice food and nice with a burger that was just so different from so many other places... just tasted better 🙂 the waiter and the chefs were good at complementing each other in several people and everyone got food at the same time....a rare thing these days 🙂👍👍

24/08/2025: Nice beer. We had a nice pasta dish at a reasonable price. We sat both outside and inside. It was very windy, so the food stayed inside.

24/05/2025: A smaller place in Ringsted with a good atmosphere in bright rooms. The food is nicely presented, well-cooked and tasty. The service is friendly, welcoming, smiling and helpful. Thank you for a good experience 😊 PS. The pictures are from several good experiences at this place.

28/03/2026: It has really become poor. 169kr. For a burger with fries. The chicken has been converted into a ready-made chicken burger, which can also be found in the local supermarket. 13 fries, simply too poor for that price. The prices are getting more expensive, more expensive and the quality worse, if I knew the quality had become so bad we would have gone to Burger King and gotten a crispy chicken for 1/3 the price, where the bun would also have been juicier.
