16/09/2025: Visited at 0930 in the morning. It is a bakery that actually has an OK product. The selection is standard, but on the limited side. I don't know if it is me who has unrealistic expectations or is just better used to it - But I think they should make more of an effort. There is even a coffee machine that is turned off, which he doesn't even bother to turn on. When we ask if it is possible with a cup of coffee he answers: No, I drink Nes. Next time I am in Holbæk I choose to try one of the other bakers.

12/09/2025: The owner is very nice and the bread is always fresh and delicious. It's located in the city center and has parking nearby. Good service and deserves five stars.

05/10/2025: Food is generally good in this resto ever since. Yakisoba (expect it to be a bit sweet) is cooked well with al dente veggies, snack mix is always a great plate to try the different dimsum and sushi is delicious. Service is excellent, calm and precise items needed are provided: individual plates, food sharing asian style, they check on you in between meals to ensure all is good and they are sensitive to the guest needs of utensils instead of chop stick for example. Atmosphere is cozy, they have improved into a more Asian decor. I wish they will also serve dessert to close the appetite. They can buy a ready made dessert (since sushi is their specialty).

06/12/2025: An authentic small restaurant without a buffet, but offering all you can eat at the chef's own pace for 249kr. The empty premises adorned with plastic flowers and LED lights are filled with both goldfish in a murky aquarium and a gas heater on the floor. The food is ok, but sushi is definitely better. The price is probably set a bit too high for what you get. It is on par with a good steakhouse or other "all you can eat" sushi places. However, dessert and coffee are usually included. Here you get what you order on the menu, except for the dishes that the chef forgets or doesn't have time for. The service is nice and friendly, but be patient with your orders. The food doesn't come all at once, but continuously as it is prepared. Remember that you have to be out after 2 hours and 10 minutes! We only managed to order once, which is why the meaning of all-you-can-eat evaporated a bit. My recommendation would therefore be to order a la carte. That way you will probably get a better experience for half the price, and possibly be served at the same time.

08/09/2025: The food was very good 👍 and tasted great! The owner doesn't speak German, and we barely speak English, but ordering still went smoothly 👍 👌! The Bubel tea is delicious 😋 very nice and large restroom!🫡

11/01/2026: 50,- for the flattest pita bread I've ever had; the estimate would be that it weighed 200g. When I mentioned it to the owner, he shrugged his shoulders and said: "that's how it is". I had actually boycotted them for a few years, but wanted to give them a second chance. It turned out that it hadn't changed. The food is nice, but you have to be prepared to pay overpriced.
