12/11/2025: I ordered the shooting star and was very disappointed with the freshness of the ingredients. Very little smoked salmon, the asparagus was canned and the white fish smelled and tasted bad. Service was quick and the staff friendly

01/11/2025: Excellent pizza and very reasonable prices. The place has been there as long as I can remember, and the quality has remained as constantly high as the price has remained low. Well worth a visit. If you want to dine in, it can feel a bit crowded as it's quite a small room and they do lots of takeaway.

19/02/2026: A bit of a strange experience.. we were there as part of Dining Week, so we expected an experience that could act as an "advertisement" for the restaurant and make you want to come back.. unfortunately we didn't have that when we left.. the food was okay, there just wasn't enough and the portions were very different in size, so my boyfriend's dessert was half the size of mine.. the waiters weren't very attentive and asked if we were ready for dessert when they cleared away our starters.. I agree that it's busy when it's Dining Week and that you don't necessarily get the full experience, but I didn't expect us to leave hungry..

15/02/2026: For that price you feel a bit cheated but the taste was nice and the atmosphere was perfect but the portions are nowhere near filling enough. So buy a durum on the way there or from there.

29/08/2025: Fantastic burger. Good steak, good greens, good cheese, good bacon, good bun and good pickles. The steak in particular was good, juicy and had a nice taste. However, their fries were some of the driest and most boring potato dishes we've ever tried. The chili mayonnaise was simply the most embarrassing time thickened with vinegar. It must be said, however, that it has potential, if only the acidity could be controlled. The garlic mayo was in the same category, nothing to shout hooray for. The only dip that had anything going for it was their herb remoulade, it was good. You get a lot of food. Unfortunately, most of it is a huge time of fries that you want to throw out anyway. If it had been possible to order the burger without fries, it would have gotten a 4/5. The food was ordered on Wolt, so we have to assume that the service was tip-top, at least that was the case with the supplier who delivered the food.

22/08/2025: Excellent burger from a cozy little place close to the pedestrian zone. The menu is clear and the enthusiasm is friendly.

16/09/2025: Visited at 0930 in the morning. It is a bakery that actually has an OK product. The selection is standard, but on the limited side. I don't know if it is me who has unrealistic expectations or is just better used to it - But I think they should make more of an effort. There is even a coffee machine that is turned off, which he doesn't even bother to turn on. When we ask if it is possible with a cup of coffee he answers: No, I drink Nes. Next time I am in Holbæk I choose to try one of the other bakers.

12/09/2025: The owner is very nice and the bread is always fresh and delicious. It's located in the city center and has parking nearby. Good service and deserves five stars.

31/08/2025: We were a group of 8 old friends who visited the bistro as part of a trip to Odsherred. We had been looking forward to a good evening in beautiful surroundings. Unfortunately, expectations were far from being met. The place is indescribably idyllic and romantic. Ideal for couples. The bistro, as they choose to call it, is beautifully and modernly decorated, with a visible kitchen in the middle of the room - creating a good dynamic and atmosphere in the room. However, it did get very hot in the room on a warm late summer day, which is excessive. The staff was generally friendly and accommodating, but we encountered a surprising amount of it. We had 5-6 waiters serving us during the evening. This gave us a very disjointed experience of the service and there was poor coordination. We have nothing against time passing between servings, but for a pre-ordered 3-course menu and without a full house, it was surprising that it took so long. We tried to order cocktails and coffee at the end of the evening, but gave up when two waiters didn't follow up on this. The food was very mediocre for the price, none of the three dishes we had on the seasonal menu was anything worth remembering. The starter (Quenelle on scallops on a bed of lobster foam and spinach) was beautifully presented, but far too neutral in taste. It was only the lobster that gave the dish flavor. The main course (Hake) was tasty, but the side dishes were a bit out of sync. It's always delicious with fresh and local ingredients and vegetables, but they didn't suit the fish. The recommended red wine, which the fish was paired with, didn't either. The dessert (Clafoutis) was simple and tasted good - but nothing more than that. The price level for food and especially drinks is on the high end, if you call yourself a bistro. The menu cost 550 per person, which is reasonable for three courses without the big frills. The wine is overpriced by restaurant standards and it is downright greedy to charge the party 200 kr for the accompanying water when we had paid 4000 kr for wine. All in all, a disappointing experience and no one in the party wanted to come back. Too bad, because Dragsholm Castle is beautiful and the bistro has the potential to be a Michelin star.

29/08/2025: Mediocre dining experience, service, unfortunately very little attention, not much interest in upselling. After ordering, we were given new menus by another waiter. After asking for the bill, we were finally offered if we wanted coffee/dessert or something else, which had been 30 minutes. After we were empty in our glasses. For the price of the bill, many places in Copenhagen were on a completely different level in both food and service. Maybe we should have chosen the Michelin variant.

18/10/2025: Det var en fantastisk oplevelse med Cafe Korn! We celebrated our daughter’s christening (barnedåb) here, with around 35 people and everything went beyond our expectations. Food 5/5 Service 5/5 Price 5/5. All of our guests were happy with the food, especially the dessert. Staff were friendly and helpful. The manager, Kim, whom we made the arrangement is very nice and professional. Sending us all the details we needed to know. We were also able to decorate our space a day before, and they also provide us a table for gifts. There is also a small area for kids to play. We will definitely book again this place in the future. We have no words, but thank you so much for your wonderful service. This is way better than renting a lokale or doing the party at home. Wish you all the best!

11/01/2026: 50,- for the flattest pita bread I've ever had; the estimate would be that it weighed 200g. When I mentioned it to the owner, he shrugged his shoulders and said: "that's how it is". I had actually boycotted them for a few years, but wanted to give them a second chance. It turned out that it hadn't changed. The food is nice, but you have to be prepared to pay overpriced.
