16/09/2025: Visited at 0930 in the morning. It is a bakery that actually has an OK product. The selection is standard, but on the limited side. I don't know if it is me who has unrealistic expectations or is just better used to it - But I think they should make more of an effort. There is even a coffee machine that is turned off, which he doesn't even bother to turn on. When we ask if it is possible with a cup of coffee he answers: No, I drink Nes. Next time I am in Holbæk I choose to try one of the other bakers.

12/09/2025: The owner is very nice and the bread is always fresh and delicious. It's located in the city center and has parking nearby. Good service and deserves five stars.

28/11/2025: Old and not up to standard at all, very poor breakfast and extremely poor service, where the employees speak poor English, with Eastern European flair, the dishes are quickly emptied at this artisan hotel, which is mainly filled with people in dirty work clothes. It takes a much longer time than usual, after several requests, before it is refilled. There are two coffee machines with different products, however they do not work, or are emptied..! Their ginger shots are too old...! There are very few TV channels, there is no wallpaper on the walls, however, they are just painted over where it is missing, the beds are low and the furniture very old and fragile..! Very cheap and bad hairdryer, poor selection of soap, no conditioner., inappropriate lighting in the room..! people stand and smoke right outside the entrance, which makes the smoke seep in...!

09/11/2025: A worn out hotel from the past. Details like a TV hanging crookedly, a lamp that doesn't work, lack of ventilation and charging electric cars at exorbitant prices show that the hotel is past its glory days. There is little positive to highlight for the hotel itself and the services. All in all, the absolute minimum of what one can expect. Breakfast and service are probably the only things that can be highlighted as above the minimum expected. After sleeping in well over 100 hotels in all price ranges, I would recommend looking for other options if you want something other than a bed to sleep in for the night.

02/10/2025: Cozy place. I think their Italian food is nice but the pizzas could be better. Especially the dough was missing something to be Italian.

30/08/2025: The food was tasteless, had to ask for salt and pepper on the table. When there is spaghetti, there should also be a spoon as cutlery. Also had to ask for more water, even though the waiter saw that the jug was completely empty. The atmosphere was on a higher level, but only because of the person who was at the table.

23/09/2025: Great spot for delicious and affordable food. The couple that own this restaurant are very welcoming — we really enjoyed our chat. Highly recommended!

02/09/2025: I can't recommend it because it has nothing to do with an Italian restaurant. It's a very dingy snack bar run by nice people from Sri Lanka. The former dining room is run down and seems to serve only as a storage room. If you want a quick pizza to go, it's fine, but if you want an Italian restaurant, you'll be bitterly disappointed!

01/12/2025: We were there on J-day, so I think the noise level is not that high normally.

19/10/2025: I was going to some friends' place and have often been there where you were allowed to smoke so I opened the door with a lit cigarette, at the same time the doorman saw it and came out and yelled at me "are you stupid or what" says the professional doorman when I calmly say that every time I have been to Step In, smoking was allowed and I apologize for the mistake. The doorman points out that you had to do it 6 years ago and looks quite irritated, he seems so upset that me and my other friends are opting out of going to Step In and are definitely not going there again.

09/09/2025: The worst circle K in DK. The only one on way to Kalundborg and never ! Never You can eat something warm before work :) everybody asked every day in the morning ../ and always not ready ….

28/07/2025: Was at a party and was supposed to have a whole roast suckling pig brought out to the community center The meat you got was no bigger than a 5 krone and the skins were dark brown and soft It was served with cream potatoes and cold potato salad that tasted like it was bought in net Not very lucky Cannot be recommended

19/08/2025: It is not recommended to pay for a car wash subscription, constant problems... in a week out of 7 attempts, only 4 were successful. No one reimburses the fuel used to get to the car wash and return disappointed with a dirty car...

30/07/2025: A kid was behind the counter with no idea how to serve a customer. I had to repeat my simple food order six times, and he still got it wrong. The hot dogs were cooked way too long, and there was no ‘hot dog bun’, only French hot dog bun. Just a little ketchup and mustard.

23/03/2025: Good selection of organic bread. Self-service and entrance with an app on your phone. Possibility to buy juice and drinks. You can also buy cheese and meat. Payment possible with card and mobile pay. A small, cozy shop in the countryside. Not exactly cheap, but there are deals if you buy multiple items. In addition to the bakery, you can buy eggs and vegetables inside the barn. A good concept and the selection and taste of the baked goods are of good quality.

02/08/2025: We've rarely eaten such a delicious pizza. It wasn't that pretty on the outside, but the atmosphere was peaceful on the square on a Saturday evening. Highly recommended. 5 stars.

04/08/2025: Super friendly staff, always good food. Really good burgers with fresh cucumbers, but I miss onions in them 😀
