23/09/2024: Large hotel in a central location, moderate price/performance ratio. No lift - long paths with various steps up and down, the bathroom was unfortunately past its best and was poorly cleaned. Room spacious. Hardly any sockets for devices.
Price not negotiable despite cheaper booking rate... It's better to stay decentrally, there are enough parking spaces centrally
21/09/2024: Hotel in a beautiful historic building, but it's time to adjust it to the 21st century.
Staff is almost inexisting in the morning and evening, but when you see them, they are friendly.

06/10/2024: It's a good idea to make use of station buildings for social purposes and cafés. The slightly retro and slightly quirky café at Sorø station is highly recommended, both for the sandwishes, the coffees and the ambience! There are various veggies on sale too, as well as all sorts of jewellry, tingle tangle, pictures, etc. Given the ample walking opportunities in the district - notably around Sorø lake - I guess we'll be back sooner or later.
19/09/2024: A very cozy cafe with a secret atmosphere. A lot of finishing touches are missing in terms of cleaning and tidying up and making sure that the flowers don't stand and wither. That there are new lit lights in the stands and that the toilet is clean. That the shelves in the café are not very dusty. But most are regular customers and like to see through fingers with the slightly worn and casual look.

13/10/2024: Really good food, a little peppery. But the service is non existent and the attitude is absolutely terrible. You have to be careful with that, now that so many other fine places have opened where your presence is appreciated just a little.
23/09/2024: delicious food and good food design. Unfortunately it is expensive for a piece of smørrebrød.

14/11/2024: The food looked nice, but there was mixed meat in some of the items. The fish did not smell fresh and overall it was not a good taste experience.
Honestly, fresh and simple is better than wanting too much - and with all the kinds of fish, shellfish and meat, there must be some that is from frozen etc.
It will be a no thank you from here.
24/10/2024: Tatami sushi is definitely my go to place for all you can eat style of sushi.
Even though it is all you can eat, each piece of food is made with care and love.
The selection is great and there are many different things that surely will make sure that everyone is having a great feast.
The staff and location is pleasant and welcoming.
All in all, a great place to spend your dinner
I will definitely be coming back.

16/06/2024: The rooms and especially the wet rooms (toilet & shower) had clearly been renovated recently. The beds are basic. The breakfast is quite good, but not quite as plentiful as in other Scandics. Not bad though.
I stayed 1 night and that was enough 🤝 check-in and check-out went well on mobile.
Note that the hotel lobby is being renovated, so check-in is in a slightly different place than when you enter directly.

Never in my life have I experienced such a rude boss who goes around and calls people various things. I am completely shocked that a man like him can be allowed to be the boss of a place like this, I don't understand, he is disgusting...

26/08/2024: The curries were diluted a lot with water. Peanut sauce also separated and was very watery. We had ordered different curry dishes, so it wasn't just an accident. It tasted OK, although there was a lot of water in it

14/11/2024: Surt og Södt is really worth a visit, the food is really beautiful and tastes fantastic. At the same time, everyone can participate as the prices have been reduced to rock bottom. Can only recommend it.
There are also children's menus so the whole family can join.
The surroundings are also beautiful.
