26/01/2025: Got a Flora club with dry bread, bacon that was so hard you were afraid to break your teeth, soft fries and huge lettuce leaves so it all flowed over the edge of the plate. And we waited for this for over half an hour. Their staff is very service minded. There will be no more

18/01/2025: We ordered a comfort plate. The salad was rotten. The waiter goes into the kitchen and I see the chef removing the salad... I ask them to make a new plate and they did. When we get the bread it is moldy. They come in and claim that it is not mold, but because they have just cut French bread on the same machine. I won't eat there anymore.....

09/05/2025: Food is not good at all, not worth the money, Not a large selection of dishes, The food was tasteless and boring and baked shrimps have strange aftertastes, sushi selection very boring slow to fill up, The sodas are flat as they are poured from 2 liter bottles. Service was okay but far too small room with lots of tables where sides are almost on top of each other. First and last time. 0 sure from us we will never go there again and do not recommend to others either.

03/05/2025: The quality is constantly decreasing and we probably won't be back. Many of the dishes in the buffet look "tired", sauce has about 1cm thick skin, rice in Sushi is poorly cooked, the Peking soup was filled with large lumps of gelatin, and in the ice cream bar everything looked like, basically, a round of rainbow ice cream.

17/04/2025: Good, smiling, professional and service minded staff. Cozy place and with the city's best sushi. Reasonable prices. Should have a bonus system for regular customers. My stated price is for two people and includes soft drinks

15/02/2025: Vi besøgte Lucky star i Køge en fredag aften. Vi ankom kl. 19.50 og fik først vores drikkevare. Det var to fuldstændig flade colaer. Vi fik heldigvis to nye cola’er. Men første omgang mad kom først 1 og 5 minutter efter bestillingen var lagt.. da vi havde spist de 15 stykker sushi bestilte vi 8 mere, dem måtte vi vente 45 minutter på at få. Derudover bestilte vi en stor chilimayo men fik en lille. Vi nævnte dette for tjeneren, alligevel fik vi lov til at betale for en stor chilimayo. Øv øv, vi kommer bestemt ikke igen.

21/05/2025: Got a deep pan pizza that looked inviting, but there wasn't much flavor in them, the tomato sauce (for my taste) is too acidic, it lacks more spice and garlic, basil in it. The cheese was really good, it would be good if you got the cheese over the edge so it would be crispy on the edge when you make deep pan pizza in the mold. PS. It may be that I have been unlucky.

18/04/2025: They often make mistakes in the order and the owner takes no responsibility for any mistakes. Better discuss with the customers, very angry bitter man. Now it has happened 2 times in a row that the order was not as expected.

07/06/2025: Surprisingly adequete falafel. Didnt expect much from the spot, since its location seems pretty abandoned. However, it kinda adds to the atmosphere. The place is very small, but two outdoor benches make for a nice place to sit. i'd recommend it, 'cause if they can make a nice falafel pita, i bet the other stuff is decent too.

24/02/2025: Great hotel for a stopover, near the Storebaeltbrug. No breakfast, but a table with some cookies, sandwiches and snacks that you can take freely. Room was very clean. Arrived around 9 pm. The whole building was lit, but there was no one else there, not even staff. The key for the front door was in a key safe. There was a big "liminal space" atmosphere here, I really enjoyed it.

13/12/2024: I slept really well there. Large rooms. Parking in front of the building. Simply furnished and clean. Coffee machine and snacks included.

24/02/2025: Now hold up in a tacky place. They clearly do not understand Danish. The man behind the counter shrugs off all questions. Making durum with cold and boring chicken. Fills in feta and cabbage without giving a choice. I threw the cold durum in the bin and I'm not coming back.. really scary you don't offer to redo it and properly, or offer the money back. Practice for a service... cold boring and no service.

On a busy Saturday evening, there was quite a wait to get the food, but you can live with that. However, we ordered a risotto which was not fully cooked. The waiter apologizes and tells them they are meant to be 'Ala dente'. The dish is sent back to the kitchen - who will not remake it. We are offered to order a new dish. But it was not made clear that the kitchen refused to take it back. We only become aware of it when the bill arrives and we have to pay for it. Without it sounding arrogant, we can taste and feel the difference between an undercooked risotto and 'Ala dente'. Why we probably won't visit again 😔
