12/12/2025: We ordered 2 roast pork sandwiches, very dry and the meat fell apart

11/09/2025: A schnitzel for €39 (!!!) in this musty 80s atmosphere is simply unacceptable. We left.

08/08/2025: No experience with the rooms, but we ate here. We ordered steak and were given a pork belly. This was definitely not beef, see photos. We also ordered schnitzel. I've had better schnitzel at the football club, where I paid €2 for it compared to the €39 here. Not worth it.

28/12/2025: Ordered two tasty chicken, got two delivered with meat! Got them exchanged for chicken, which is ice cold. Young people in training. And it's going badly. There is no control in this store.

18/12/2025: My order disappeared from the screen and was forgotten. In addition, all the nuggets were over-fried and were completely hard.

20/10/2025: You have to look a little for the Result Paparazzi. When you find it, the signage may make you think that it is a completely ordinary pizzaria, but make no mistake. If you choose their à la carte menus (3 courses for DKK 219,-), then a culinary experience awaits you - especially if you like Greek food. I live in Vigsnæs on Lolland, so it is unfortunately all too rare that I frequent this little, hidden gem of a restaurant. I have been there three times in recent years, and each time my expectations have been met. I am almost sorry to praise the restaurant in such high tones... I may risk that there will be no space the next time I come by. Should that happen, however, I will rejoice in their well-deserved success and wait patiently for an available table.

27/06/2025: Fantastic place with exquisite treatment! We arrived in the afternoon and they prepared a cold dinner for us that changed our day!!! Thank you very much!!!

09/09/2025: Oh wow. Avoid. Arrived here unplanned because another restaurant was closed. Pasta dish was ridiculously over spiced and inedible (nduja is one of our favourite pasta dishes but this place ruined it). When we complained were told we had to pay for the inedible dishes as well as the replacement dishes. Should have left then but it was late and we were hungry. Then was served okay food but with terrible service and had to keep chasing them. My advice is to avoid. (Also cost >730dkk per person for a average/poor meal)

15/11/2025: I can't complain about the waitress because she was extremely sweet and I actually felt sorry for her.. But having said that, I am SHOCKED by the food.. Sushi that really looks like something that was just slapped together by a 2 year old. Incredibly boring selection! RAW spareribs that my son unfortunately managed to eat half of before I noticed.. FROZEN cake?!! Plates with big fat fingerprints from food that wasn't even on it.. Meters of empty conveyor belt.. (It obviously stops when they do takeout) Children sitting at the conveyor belt and pulling plates out to put them back in because it wasn't really anything anyway.. (Children under a certain age shouldn't be at the doors, they licked the plexiglass and smelled things to put it back in, here the parents should of course be a little bit of a tease but since not everyone knows how to behave the staff should also be observant. On this.) Ingredients of very questionable standard. The ginger had a crust 😣 The fish looked strange.. French fries, roulade, frozen cake, edamame beans, raw spareribs, 2 types of sushi that really didn't look inviting, noodles that tasted like microwaved food, slimy watermelon, shrimp chips and mini spring rolls shouldn't cost THAT much..! It was the last chance.. Really afraid we will get sick from what we managed to eat.. Not a place to recommend AT ALL...

08/11/2025: Terrible experience. The food was really awful Mega sloppy and smelled like something thrown on a plate from the freezer. On top of that, it really tasted extremely bad. There was almost no food on the conveyor belt, it all just ran around over and over again, even though it was broken, etc. several times you waited a long time before any food reached your door, after which you got oranges or a roulade cake that I strongly suspect is from netto or something similar. I really wouldn't recommend spending almost 300kr for "food" and drinks there. Nothing for the money.

15/07/2025: The pizzas are good and big enough in normal size. If you really are angry or want to share one for two people, go for the 2-person pizza. Some folks there speak English, others not, but they are all kind people 🙏🏻 Plus, it's good value for money, I recommend the place 💕

05/07/2025: Very very good food. I want the recipe for the dressing. Very large portions.... highly recommended.

06/12/2025: Ordered 4 pizzas for 1900. But they arrived already at 18:10. I explained to the driver that there was 50 minutes until guests would arrive. And therefore it would be cold and boring. The boss himself said on the phone that they would bring new pizza again at 19. But as I feared, the same pizza just came again at 19. With dry crust and dry meat sauce. We have been shopping there for over 15 years. But lately they have become a bad expensive service. There are many other good places in town.

04/09/2025: Food was good, They also have ice cream, Other sushi restaurants don’t have that so that’s good, Atmosphere is good, Service is also good.

03/09/2025: Your email address works, so I'm going this way: To the right person! Our daughter ordered food for delivery at 6:30 pm on Tuesday - you weren't ready with the food until 7:55 pm. We get home and discover that the breaded shrimp we had ordered are missing. We then had to drive back to your store once again and pick up the missing item. Then we were handed the missing shrimp without the slightest apology. We spend time driving back and forth from Karlslunde twice and our hot dishes get cold - not okay. I would like to emphasize that there is nothing wrong with your food - it was super good. I know that can happen, but maybe the young people should learn to check the product before delivering it. Last but not least, you could have given us a few extra shrimp as a band-aid. It takes so little to make customers happy. Satisfied with the food, but dissatisfied with the service and customer service.

30/10/2025: They advertise that they make Denmark's fourth best pizza, and when we ask in the store which one has won, he just says: "We have many good ones." Well, we order three kebab pizzas, which we actually expected to come with salad - but it turns out that this is not their standard. The pizzas were really boring and well below the average pizzeria level. I would rate them 2 or 3 out of 10, where 5 is standard. The bread was thin and dry, the kebab meat was from frozen (the same bag that you can buy in Netto), and the cheese was boring, tasteless and not very creamy - there was generally just too little filling. Furthermore, we were not asked if we wanted chili on it, so we had to pay 12 kr. extra for a small cup of chili that we could take with us and put on ourselves. Last but not least, we got a small pizza, which came in something that resembled a deep pan pizza tray and not a regular pizza tray.

06/07/2025: Bad place. No respect for the customers. My pasta carbonara was tasteless and the chef couldn't stand criticism. He says it should taste like pasta. But carbonara doesn't just taste like pasta. He asked me jokingly how does carbonara taste? Honestly what kind of question is that!, I can't say what carbonara tastes like. And then he laughed at me jokingly. Seriously!

30/11/2025: Really good pizzas. You can eat on site, but mostly for takeaway

18/10/2025: VERY DISAPPOINTED with the pizza. Same as in any durum\pizza place but more expensive. Faaaar from an Italian pizza. Not worth it

29/11/2025: I have hosted a Christmas buffet for 25 people and everyone had great words of praise. Not the last time we will get food from Byens Smørrebrød

29/11/2025: Open sandwiches should be attractive and look like they were made with love and good craftsmanship, and I just want to say: Thank you so much for such delicious, beautiful & flavorful open sandwiches. We will gladly buy again.
