24/08/2025: Bought 2 Really boring pizzas, very salty, dry and tasteless. Not recommended at all, the pizza was maybe worth 25-30 kr if you had to pay for it.

28/10/2025: The price has been set completely unrealistically compared to what you get for the money. The pizzas lack filling and their durum is getting smaller and smaller. Before, the price was reasonable and you got something for your money that was delicious. They don't do that anymore. And when you mention it to them, they get angry. From now on, I'll drive out of town and pick up food because you get something for your money there.

25/10/2025: Everything is pure luxury, the place is very clean, incredibly nice employees, fast food and even tastes good. Can only recommend this place whether you come from Næstved, Slagelse or further afield, it's worth the trip for the food! And the prices are not even fair, but really cheap. Luxurious place!

11/11/2025: The food was fine. But the service was limited. It was quite difficult to contact staff after first order.

11/11/2025: Nice that you can choose 7 dishes, then it is served at the table at once, some in small pots that stay nicely warm. Unfortunately, most of the food was disappointingly bland in taste, there were a few exceptions. Don't trust the chilies - the heat rating. Got a dish with 3 chilies that should have had 1 and two of the other dishes were hotter than that but didn't have 3 chilies.

25/08/2025: Super good pizza and good size, very pleasant service, the premises are on the boring side though

28/12/2025: Paid 150 kr for a toast which they immediately forgot about, despite only a few customers in the café, so we waited 40 minutes. When we finally got it after bugging them, it was extremely underwhelming for the high price. I cannot recommend.

27/12/2025: Boring brunch platter. We were there one morning and had booked a table in advance. Scrambled eggs were made quickly at too high a heat and tasted of nothing. The so-called squash cake was spiced with the rest of Christmas nilleker and had not seen the shadow of squash. Hummus was boring and also tasteless. The only thing with taste was the bacon. The coffee was super delicious.

26/08/2025: This is probably the worst food I've ever eaten, it's expensive, cold and stale, I paid 159kr for a family pizza, I just broke down after the only thing edible was fries for 69kr. They don't wear gloves and wipe their sweat while they're cooking. Make me a pizza that's made with love. Dont recommend

11/09/2025: A schnitzel for €39 (!!!) in this musty 80s atmosphere is simply unacceptable. We left.

08/08/2025: No experience with the rooms, but we ate here. We ordered steak and were given a pork belly. This was definitely not beef, see photos. We also ordered schnitzel. I've had better schnitzel at the football club, where I paid €2 for it compared to the €39 here. Not worth it.

17/10/2025: We had slow-roasted beef fillet with fried whole potatoes - hot pepper sauce - cold bearnaise dressing - salad and fried vegetables, wow, some of the best we've tasted in a long time, we'll be back. Thank you so much for everything, hugs, Tina B & Co

16/10/2025: If you don't book a table, you can't get the dish of the day. (Fried pork) We had to take something from the menu, we chose 2 x Wienerschnitzel and 1 burger without cheese and red onion. (They had forgotten that when we got the food). The Wienerschnitzels and potatoes were extra salty. And the breading was more than crispy, a little on the black side. The burger bun seemed like a day-old bun that had been reheated. It should be said that there were 3 other tables than us, all of whom had booked a table and got the dish of the day. So the chef wasn't in a hurry.

14/11/2025: Incredibly bad. After a change of ownership. They should drop the grill chain. And only serve Thai food. We couldn't get a homemade burger. And they didn't have bacon for the ordinary burger either. Since I also got rid of 199 for 2 burgers and a tray of fries. But I was only given a burger and fries. And had to discuss that it didn't fit either. Then had to wait for them to make another burger, while the other one got cold... The buns were barely warm and the most shoddy burger no onions either. But slathered in ketchup. That was probably the last time.

21/01/2026: I ordered some food that came but when I looked down in the bag it was something completely different that I hadn't ordered so I called in just in case and they made it sound like it was my fault the guy who brought the food also did seriously bad service

23/10/2025: We ordered a New Year's menu from Elverhoi. We searched on Google "Elverhoi nyårsmenu", and got this result https://elverhoi.dk/nytaarsmenu/ We order 4 pieces, and pick it up on 31/12. Unfortunately, it turns out that it is a menu from 2016, which they have not removed from their website. Instead, it was https://elverhoi.dk/nytaarsmenu-2/ , which was the 2018 menu. The first menu did not describe any year, and therefore we expected that this one was the one that applied. Unfortunately, the 2018 menu contains a lot of fish that 2 people do not eat. Tiger prawns were without dill and caviar as written. Truffle sauce, as they call it, tasted of broth. Potatoes, tomatoes and garnish were bland and boring. All in all, a very sad experience. We tried to talk to the manager, but he was very dismissive, and thought that his menu was perfect, and also that it was Google's fault that the old menu was on his website. He would not give any cash compensation for the poor quality, but after some back and forth he offered us 2 bottles of white wine, which we declined. We thought it was sad that a restaurateur would not accept that you have made a mistake and your quality is not up to par. We definitely cannot recommend spending your money on Elverhoi. It is really a shame, as they once stood for quality.

27/07/2025: I ordered a durum roll with Greek steak. I was very surprised because it was very spicy with chili and also over-dosed with dressing. I ended up throwing the food away 😒

27/07/2025: Totally inedible food!!! Greek steak with so much jalapeño and chili does not belong anywhere. Had to throw the food out because it was inedible and drank a liter of milk and a call to the emergency room. Called them but they didn't care, got a lie that this is how they made Greek steak - maybe they should rename it to Turkish steak with extra strength. That was the first and last time I'll go past them.

12/01/2026: NOT worth ordering takeout from there! The food tasted good but there is definitely not enough food in the portions when you order takeout Will not order from there again Disappointing experience

11/01/2026: There was a draft where we sat, we sat by the stairs and upstairs they chose to open the window. This is just a reminder, and not a complaint, to people who come and eat.

07/12/2025: The room and bed were OK. There was no hot water in the shower, so the morning shower was far from a pleasure. Check-in and check-out were 100% self-service, which worked fine but was very impersonal. It is nice that there is billiards, darts and table tennis for free use. However, the activity room in the basement is dimly lit, so it is not a nice place to be. It is also used to store cardboard boxes with soap containers, etc. The breakfast was OK. However, you had to constantly ask to have coffee, juice, eggs, etc. refilled. And despite the fact that there was a sign with pastries, it was not served. The lone waiter seemed a bit confused.

05/10/2025: The room was OK, the bathroom was outdated. Service? What kind of service? Location OK, but too expensive for what was offered.
