But the last two we have had have not been good at all. Have you got a new chef?

11/08/2026: Nice place but for the last 2 time the place was not full and my burguer was soooo cold. We pay more then 500kr ( 3 people ) and a cold burguer.
Milkshake is good , also the onion ring and chilicheese
31/07/2026: Very disappointing experience at Carl's Jr. Slagelse. The service was extremely slow, and after waiting a long time, I was given the wrong food. When I brought it to the staff's attention, the customer service was poor and the issue wasn't handled professionally.
Overall, the combination of delayed service, incorrect orders, and bad customer service made for a frustrating visit. I won't be returning and can't recommend this location.

25/05/2026: I ordered two pizzas two hours in advance. Five minutes before the agreed pick-up time, the restaurant called and asked where I was because the food had supposedly been ready for a long time. When I explained that I had just pre-ordered for a specific time, I was cut off and simply told that they were calling to say that the food was ready.
When I picked up the pizzas, they were cold and clearly had the appearance of having been sitting out for a long time. Both the food and the service were very disappointing

15/08/2026: They didn't have a first aid kit for a lady who was bleeding profusely from the head and was barely conscious, and one of the bartenders was a nurse and thought 50 meters was too far to run to and help.
How can you be a nurse and think 50 meters is too far to go and help someone who was seriously injured!!

Fuck that.. that's the most disgusting thing I've ever seen.
11/08/2026: I moved to Sorø some time ago, and today I decided to try their fries – and wow! 🍟😋 They were really delicious, crispy and full of flavor!
The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the person at the cash register gave a really good service. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxed, and a big plus is that there are parking spaces right in front of the restaurant. 🚗
Overall, a really good experience with fantastic taste, great service and cozy surroundings.
5 stars are absolutely right! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I will definitely come back – and can highly recommend the place! 👌🔥

11/08/2026: Good food, but a little confusion during the service, 21 people sat at 3 tables, it would be good if each table got its food at the same time, at the table I was at it took 9 minutes from the first person to the last.
08/07/2026: We have been coming here regularly for many years and are always greeted with a smile and good mood. Nice selection both for lunch and dinner, we have tried most of it. The food is always tasty and at very reasonable prices!
Best recommendation from here 🤪👍

27/05/2026: Unsatisfactory experience, he got defensive because I asked what ingredients my food contained in general. Plus I got charged 10,- more because I asked if I could confuse an ingredient with onions. Told him so, and now I'm saying this..
23/04/2026: Ordered a “double bacon cheeseburger” with homemade steak, but got a regular burger with what seemed like frozen meat. Paid extra for the quality, but was not informed of the change. Disappointing experience.

04/07/2026: The food was expensive and bad. The Flint House is beautiful, but you can only see it from the outside. The Orangery is a beautiful building.
31/05/2026: Warning! The concept has completely changed this year and the quality has significantly degraded.
There are no longer sandwiches on the menu, but bao, which are completely unappetizing and have nothing to do with a real bao. It is a boring bao bun with raw salad and cold meat. The chicken was an indeterminate lump. The tofu was tasteless. We left half of it. The “freshly spread” chicken sandwich was better, but was taken out of the fridge (and therefore not freshly spread).
There is no longer table service. We had to stand in line for fifteen minutes to order even though it was a quiet day. Drinks are now in plastic cups with a deposit, but the deposit machine does not work.
The most positive thing to say is that the view is beautiful.

30/04/2026: Got roast pork with parsley sauce. Fresh potatoes, sauce and roast pork were regularly replenished. There was only 1 type of roast pork, but it was cooked to varying degrees, so I think there is something for all palates.
A mixed salad was also served, if you want some greens on your plate.
11/04/2026: Complaint sent to their email, but no response.
On 5/4/2026 I went up to try their brunch. Unfortunately, it was a bit of a disappointment. We arrived a little after 11, and sat there until a little after 12. So about an hour in total.
When we arrived, there was some empty space in the buffet, and I suspect it would be filled up since you advertise that brunch is until 1 pm and there were still 2 hours until brunch ended. Unfortunately, the buffet was not filled up at any time!
The coffee was half cold in the jugs. I didn't even get hot liver pâté or scrambled eggs, as it was empty and not filled! The fruit platter was also a bit paltry compared to what you advertise...
Quite an annoying experience, even paying full price.
I've taken pictures as documentation.
So it must be a summer thing.
