31/07/2025: A tired and worn out place, not clean and not worth the money. The food was cold, thawed frozen vegetables and an embarrassingly awkward atmosphere in the restaurant. Seems like a place that was once full of energy and good experiences, but that has changed so much. Experience spring/summer 2025!

11/08/2026: Nice place but for the last 2 time the place was not full and my burguer was soooo cold. We pay more then 500kr ( 3 people ) and a cold burguer. Milkshake is good , also the onion ring and chilicheese

25/09/2026: Bad service with rude employees. The whipped cream on our drink was thin as water and looked like it had been separated. This is now the 2nd time we have had a very bad experience. The first time they had closed the restaurant 1 hour before they were supposed to and apologized that they did not know they closed at 9 pm. We asked for a cookie but they had packed it up and would not find it again. We confronted them that they had to let us in because there was an hour left before closing. Afterwards, they looked at you with a sour and malicious look and did not speak very nicely. You could subsequently hear them talking badly about you when you left. We complained about it in the information. We do NOT recommend this place in any way.

19/09/2026: Their durum makes you sick to your stomach. No flavor at all either, so crazy that you have to pay 108kr for it 🤯💩

03/07/2026: Ordered food for delivery. We live 1.5 km away - it took 1.5 hours to get delivered. We called twice - the second time the phone was hung up when we asked about the food.

13/08/2026: I really enjoyed the chicken panini. And the freshly squeezed orange juice was delicious. Definitely recommended. Absolutely delicious.

01/08/2026: Unfortunately, my experience was not good. The meat was served so raw that in my opinion it was not cooked properly. The tzatziki lacked the characteristic taste of garlic, and several of the dishes seemed generally tasteless, as if they had not been seasoned before serving. The hummus was served on a plate with a dry edge - it did not seem like it was fresh. Several plates were left outside and it was clear that no one had finished eating. Based on this experience, we unfortunately cannot recommend the place.

07/10/2026: Cozy place with good coffee and a relaxed atmosphere. The staff was friendly, smiling and helpful, which made the experience extra good. Fast service and a pleasant atmosphere. Definitely recommended. ☕😊

24/09/2026: Today I went in to buy a coffee and unfortunately the treatment was very bad. It went so far that I found her behavior to be very rude and discriminatory. It is in no way acceptable to treat customers like this. I hope the management takes the matter seriously and takes the necessary steps against this employee. I also hope that this elderly woman is fired and removed from the premises because her behavior does not represent the respect and good customer service that is expected in this place.

04/08/2026: It was a good French hot dog but probably the slowest staff I have ever experienced in my 37 years of life. If it had been slower it would have gone backwards.

16/09/2026: My fries were thrown into cold oil so they were very greasy when they were done.

14/07/2026: I've ordered their cheeseburger several times now because it's so good, but I don't like ketchup, so I order it without ketchup, but they obviously don't understand because it's delivered with ketchup.

18/09/2026: I have been a customer at the Bagel House for over 10 years and it is getting worse and worse, the young employees 2 b.l.a 2 boys are very unprofessional in their work and I have had a really bad stomach after eating there, simply too bad, I really think you should improve on those points

28/08/2026: The food and service were first-class! We honestly can't understand the bad reviews at all. We received excellent advice and were able to customize our bagels and sandwiches exactly to our liking. All the ingredients seemed fresh and tasted accordingly. The prices are also absolutely fair. You get a generous portion with fresh, healthy ingredients for your money. We would come back anytime – unfortunately, we live much too far away. Go and try it!!

10/08/2026: We'd just finished a great show at a lovely, friendly local art festival in this neighborhood and wanted to grab a drink inside. Most of our group got in fine. One friend of ours, with slightly darker Mediterranean skin, was turned away, security claimed his pants "weren't allowed." Funny thing: two other friends were wearing the exact same pants. They walked right in. So it wasn't the fabric. Ethnic profiling dressed up as a dress code isn't security, it's discrimination. And dress code in an Irish Pub.. St. Patrick would not be so proud.. Luckily there were plenty of other places nearby happy to have us instead.

15/08/2026: The box of 30 pieces of sushi is really good. Running sushi is too expensive for what they offer. The restaurant has looked the same for the last 12 years and is starting to look old and worn out. Nothing new has been added and unfortunately the same goes for the food.

23/08/2026: Really bad experience. The man shouted at me and scolded me for calling twice. I just wanted to ask when the food would be ready. I've never been there before. The food was ok but didn't taste like anything.

16/08/2026: I have had food from here many times over many years, and have always had a lovely experience :-) Especially their chicken curry and their deep-fried pork are really good.

07/08/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Big Bite serves tasty food with fresh ingredients and generous portions. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the place is clean and inviting. A good choice when you want a quick and delicious meal.

11/07/2026: Boring experience... Searching for pizza in Hedehusene online, clicking on the website linked to the address in Hedehusene, but instead being redirected to Lejres Gastronomia. When we are in Hedehusene to pick up our order, they know nothing about it. When we are made aware of this, I immediately call Lejre to try to cancel the order, as the pizzeria in Hedehusene says that the order has probably ended up in Lejre. But we are told that the pizzas are in the oven. I can hardly bear having to drive 20 minutes to pick up pizzas, but I would rather not leave the place with 3 pizzas that they don't get paid for, as I think it's my fault. Driving all the way to Lejre knowing that I have to drive 20 minutes back with half-cold pizzas. However, I check my phone again and go to the link linked to the address in Hedehusene, and was once again linked to the Pizzaria in Lejre, and must admit that I am now quite irritated, I usually have a fairly long fuse and understanding of the restaurant industry, as I have worked in the profession for many years. When I arrive in Lejre, I show them that I have ordered the food in good faith via the link from Hedehusene, and there are 3 employees standing and they can see that I even show it 3 times. I am told that you can pay directly by card on Hedehusene's site but not on theirs, but how should I know that. I pay full price for the pizzas I am handed over, even though I actually feel that I have in no way been to blame for my order having gone all the way to Lejre. I drive my way and when I'm about 3-4 km away I get a call from the pizzeria calling to tell me that they haven't finished one of the pizzas, which is missing several ingredients, and asking if I can come back to get the rest of the toppings. They say on the phone that it's about the salami because they didn't think I would pick up the order.... But I've just been in the restaurant talking to 3 employees, paid for the item. And it should be added that it wasn't busy. At that point I can't bear to drive back again, I can't even handle it, they offer me 1.5 l of soda to compensate. But I'm just so irritated at the moment that I just drive home. When I get home, half of the ingredients are missing from one of the pizzas. Mega boring experience, completely lost my appetite. One might argue that I should see where the order went, but I expect that when I click on a link associated with the address in Hedehusene, I expect to end up on their site. So I can't give any stars for their pizza, because I haven't actually tasted them.

28/08/2026: We ordered takeaway. Approved for pick up at 5:45 PM There are 2 couples eating and a single party. So no people... our food is ready by 6 PM. Good thing I checked if everything was there before I left. Because it wasn't... Doubt I'll be back with the poor service.. new owner even. And I'm a local resident. Not a word of praise from here.

19/08/2026: Excellent. A bit sad decoration and interior. The food was pretty ok. The selection may not be top notch, but it's probably not easy to have a top 10 selection when the inn is as isolated as it is. But more coziness, I think they can handle it👍
