22/05/2025: I have never been so disappointed with a motorway restaurant as I was with Monarch Karlslunde on the way to Funen. I recommend driving 20-25 km further and getting good food.

05/05/2025: If you are a guest at this hotel, I really hope you don't forget some things in your room - because the staff is most unhelpful and their customer service is extremely lacking and unprofessional.
The only good thing I can say about this hotel is their rooms are clean - their customer service and communication drags everything down to the bottom and the food was also so bad that we had to order pizzas instead.

02/05/2025: Dejligt brød og god te men uengageret personale og beskidte borde og stole. Ærgerligt når det kunne være så godt at personalet ikke virker hverken de imødekommende og interesseret....
02/03/2025: Ankom 15.15 og udvalg af kage var nærmest ikke eksisterende. Caféen fremstår rodet, borde var ikke tørret af og møbler stod ret tilfældigt. Det er intet hygge i caféen. De ansatte piger er søde og kaffe er god.
