11/04/2025: Good and plentiful food, everyone got wild boar, can be recommended. Special surroundings, friendly service. Everything is a little worn, but that was expected. 😉

16/07/2025: Came for morning shawarma, everything’s closed, nobody’s around, absolute horror, they didn’t even leave a note saying they went for a walk. Horror. Horror. Upset 😭

24/10/2025: I am a big fan of Sunset (premium member), and ALWAYS choose it over other fast food but this "restaurant" has very little to do with their franchise.. unfortunately.... 1. It was unusually dirty. All the trash cans were overfilled, as was the area where you had to put your glasses. This resulted in people just leaving their leftovers lying around (which is understandable when there is no possibility of self-cleaning). This resulted in old food and glasses on most tables, and you therefore had to clean up yourself.... In the 40 minutes we were there, we did not see a single employee on the floor, but on the contrary, unnecessarily many employees making the same burger, a bit as if it was a team task to complete each order.... Strange coordination, which results in dirty areas. 2. The food was far from Sunset's standards, not at all the same quality and composition as you are used to. Half-stale salad, no sunset seasoning on fries and most of it was quite cold. The fact that Carlsberg also provides drinks seems strange when you're used to something else from others. Sunset is a Pepsi place! 3. A bit of a bummer that my sunset premium subscription doesn't work down here. 4. Get an ordering screen so you can order yourself - it's now an expected standard in the industry - especially when you're so pressed for staff. Conclusion. It seems a bit like sunset has compromised too much with its own standards and brand, in order to meet any requirements for having a restaurant in Lalandia.

26/08/2025: The food was really good. The fries were crispy, and the burger bun wasn't soggy like at many other chains. There was no line, and everything was neat and clean. We need this chain in Germany.

06/07/2025: I definitely can't recommend this place! The burgers we ordered came in the wrong buns, there is no visible or tasteful difference between a Beef Bacon Cheese Burger and a Super Bacon Cheese Burger, even though the latter is a bit more expensive (and it's definitely not a 200 gr. steak). I paid extra for jalapeños in two burgers, and they forgot them in both of them, and overall it was just not delicious food. I will never come back.

15/05/2025: Ordered two pizzas on a Friday night, when I was about to pay online, the payment stopped and reported an error (have screenshots). I go into my account to check the order, there were no orders and I therefore assume the payment has not gone through. We pick up food from another place, as we do not want to wait. On Sunday, the money for the pizzas was deducted. I go down to the pizzeria and show the evidence of it, after which I speak to the owner - extremely unprofessional, rude and downright provocative. I get angry and contact Orderyoyo who has given the money back. It may well be that the restaurant refers to orderyoyo, but they could have been helpful in helping. Super annoying!

20/09/2025: It's a good place but I think it's strange that you have to go in and order the food yourself.

05/12/2024: This is the first time we have had pizza from here, but definitely not the last time. It has been a long time since we have had such delicious pizzas. 06/12/2025: I have huge issue with their door. It is so heavy and opens only with great force. If you have stuff in both your hands , you need another person to open and hold that door for you. If you’re alone, too bad. Open it with your elbow foot whatever ! No staff member comes to help you. Last week I had a cake , and some pastries in my hands and I couldn’t easily open that heavy door , I pulled a muscle in my shoulder trying to open it and my right foot came in between the door causing an injury. I mean what is the point of this heavy duty , vault like door.

10/12/2024: When ordering food from the house, one of the envelopes was missing and the other 2 were wrong. When I called, there was no great understanding that it is quite annoying that someone did not get food that evening. He almost sounded like “it can happen..

25/09/2025: Just not good enough....sloppy and no will to try to make it better....disappointing experience with a bacic Margurita

03/08/2025: Pizza much too dry; tomato sauce not recognizable. Dough good and other toppings also ok to good. Lasagna edible but just. Salad a catastrophe; and ok mix of lettuce and vegetables covered with a terrible dressing. I do not recommend this restaurant.

29/12/2025: Service was excellent. Pizza was ok, the restaurant looked a little messy.

26/12/2025: I ordered a pita bread without tomatoes and most importantly WITHOUT chili because I get bad pains when I eat chili. Then I get one with chili and when I try and complain I just get yelled at in Muslim or Arabic and then I take my things and leave. Only bad experiences from here!

21/11/2025: Ordered a pizza and it was ready on time when I arrived. Tasted great too.
