27/03/2025: Served a Greek steak that was clearly spoiled. It both tasted stale and smelled sour. I've eaten enough Greek steaks to know the difference. There was no way they would admit that the steak was spoiled but instead tried to 'blame' me for being difficult and tried to convince me it was because it was Angus meat which I knew nothing about. I now know enough that Angus meat shouldn't taste like beaten lamb or smell like sour dishcloth. DKK 114 straight down the drain. Damn it!

13/01/2025: My husband and I just went in to buy 2 durums! His was one mixed no. 55 min with bacon and chicken No. 52.. I don't know if some of it was too old, but add!!! it has such a nasty aftertaste that I'm going to throw out more than half, my husband tasted it and spat it out and lost his appetite himself... So I haven't been satisfied anyway.... And you have no option to be able to send neither an SMS nor an email... But you have to drive for it and just get served despite having lost your appetite...

11/05/2025: I found a worm in my drink and it was really unacceptable. Also, the chocolate cake didn't taste good - I regretted ordering it. I expect better quality from Starbucks.

15/06/2025: Even if the price had been 1/3 of what we paid it would have been too expensive. The worst pizza we have ever had if you can even call it a pizza. 130 kr for a cardboard. Stay away from here.

31/05/2025: Was there a few years ago. It was a fantastic experience with good taste. Unfortunately it's not like that anymore. Got the same deal as last time but hold on the quality has dropped significantly. Last time it was meat from a local butcher, it wasn't today, you have to look a long way for a more boring burger steak, it also seemed more boiled than fried, a big disappointment. Last time the pizzas were made from scratch, they weren't today either. Undercooked bases that most of all reminded me of overgrown focaccia buns with little toppings on them, dry, floury and boring. I really hope they look back in time and see how their food has deteriorated in a few years. Oop oop oop

15/01/2025: A terrible experience. Had ordered two Sri Lankan Spring Rolls and was greeted by a pancake filled with potatoes and what resembled small pieces of beef the size of a pin's eye. I complained about the food and wanted my money back, I didn't get that (it would have avoided this review. Instead I got a reply that "they were Sri Lankan after all"? I've never seen spring rolls with potatoes, but maybe you serve them like that. Then I stopped by again a few days ago (9 May 2022) and was once again badly disappointed. I ordered two roasted sausages with flutes for DKK 25. the piece plus a water for 25 DKK, I had to get rid of 90 DKK. This means that I had to pay DKK 15. for the bread, which I don't quite understand, but I should have ordered two French hotdogs instead, strange that they are put up in price just because I wanted them separately.

14/10/2024: Ordered a harbor burger for approx. DKK 100 in the hope that a little extra fuss was made for it compared to other of their burgers in a cheaper price range. I was badly disappointed, a boring white burger bun, the steak was a flat factory made tasteless affair, dry as a shoe sole. Quite frankly, boring stomach filling that was not worth the money. The older gentleman who served seemed grumpy and irritable. There is room for improvement.

01/06/2025: The staff is a joke, we ordered also drinks and extra chili and they did not deliver it. When we called this man started yelling and refused to help. He just FREAKING hang the phone on us. Food is also bad

12/05/2025: Ordered pizza, a calzone and a regular. Calzone pizza one was wet and cold, I also experience that in other places when they don't let the cooked spaghetti drain properly, I don't like their tomato sauce which is very sweet and on all their pizzas. Delivery went fast.

22/03/2025: They open at 12, and we were there at 12.20 but were sent away because they weren't ready. Absolutely disgusting..

20/03/2025: Had to get up and get the food myself, to sit at the table for the week. Not particularly much filling in either one or the other. Fries were nothing to shout about either. Taste of old oil. Would not recommend

31/05/2025: No trays, blueberry pie was served without vanilla custard/whipped cream and had to specifically ask for it. The response from the staff? Attitude. Left no room for milk in the coffee despite us ordering specifically “coffee with milk”. 👎🏼

25/05/2025: I got a cappuccino, which was actually okay. The milk wasn't properly frothed, but they rarely are. I got a piece of pistachio cake, which was so dry and rubbery that you could pick it up with your fingers, press it without getting any greasy fingers. You shouldn't be able to do that with a mousse cake. I went up and got another piece, but it wasn't much better. Still dry and boring. Not worth the money.

03/06/2025: I ordered a pizza sandwich and fries. The fries were really soft and tasted a lot of oil and fish fillet, I think they use the same oil for most or they don't change the oil often enough. The pizza sandwich had some strange black "stones" in it... I can't say what they are but they look more like large grains of sand. I don't recommend ordering here, so better see if you have any in your freezer.

31/05/2025: I got the wrong pizza. I ordered a bolognese pizza, but got some bullshit with kebab, mushrooms and Gorgonzola. The order was through Wolt, but I called the restaurant first as to see if we couldn’t figure it out. The guy told me he would talk to the driver and then call me back, but never did. I got my money for the pizza. But I really don’t think I should pay for the delivery fee just because the fries were delivered right. I would have never just ordered the fries. The delivery of 69 is more than the price of the fries. It makes no sense. This used to be my favourite place. But over the last couple of years it has become a shithole with no consideration for their customers. It’s become too frequent that they screw up and I won’t be getting food here anymore just because it used to be my favourite place. Zero stars.

01/11/2024: Ordered food at 18.51. 19.35 it should have arrived. Now almost 2 hours have passed, and when you try to call it goes to voicemail. It's too bad. Will probably never order food from this place again.

16/09/2024: The pizzas are quite lacklustre. Needs more of an authentic taste.

18/01/2025: Pizza Express in Næstved promises a delivery time of 45 minutes. Now, an hour and a half after ordering, we are still waiting. We won't - waiting for Pizza Express - in the future. Sad.
