11/07/2025: Too bad about a cozy place and then there is no staff to wipe the tables.....the first impression especially about hygiene always determines whether it is a good or a bad experience. After that, of course the food has to be okay

15/06/2025: Even if the price had been 1/3 of what we paid it would have been too expensive. The worst pizza we have ever had if you can even call it a pizza. 130 kr for a cardboard. Stay away from here.

02/07/2025: I ordered a small Americano yesterday - it was nowhere near having seen a coffee bean. I have no doubt that the staff make the coffee as they have been instructed - so the management has decided to use as few beans as possible to "optimize" - then it is just false marketing to call it coffee - besides the fact that it is far from what other Starbicks deliver... Grab an Americano at McD - it is 18 kr. cheaper and it tastes the least bit like coffee.

11/05/2025: I found a worm in my drink and it was really unacceptable. Also, the chocolate cake didn't taste good - I regretted ordering it. I expect better quality from Starbucks.

03/06/2025: I ordered a pizza sandwich and fries. The fries were really soft and tasted a lot of oil and fish fillet, I think they use the same oil for most or they don't change the oil often enough. The pizza sandwich had some strange black "stones" in it... I can't say what they are but they look more like large grains of sand. I don't recommend ordering here, so better see if you have any in your freezer.

31/05/2025: I got the wrong pizza. I ordered a bolognese pizza, but got some bullshit with kebab, mushrooms and Gorgonzola. The order was through Wolt, but I called the restaurant first as to see if we couldn’t figure it out. The guy told me he would talk to the driver and then call me back, but never did. I got my money for the pizza. But I really don’t think I should pay for the delivery fee just because the fries were delivered right. I would have never just ordered the fries. The delivery of 69 is more than the price of the fries. It makes no sense. This used to be my favourite place. But over the last couple of years it has become a shithole with no consideration for their customers. It’s become too frequent that they screw up and I won’t be getting food here anymore just because it used to be my favourite place. Zero stars.

13/04/2025: Why on earth do you write in your children's menu that you can replace soda with juice. but you don't want that when you ask, then you stand there with a 2-year-old who doesn't drink soda, just too bad practice

26/02/2025: 2 out of 3 times there is an error in the order when you have ordered some food

01/11/2024: Ordered food at 18.51. 19.35 it should have arrived. Now almost 2 hours have passed, and when you try to call it goes to voicemail. It's too bad. Will probably never order food from this place again.

23/07/2025: Good pizzas, but they could have used a little more tomato and cucumber on the kebab/salad pizza and it would have been nice to know that it was chicken kebab. But good price 129,- for pizza and soda

20/07/2025: It's crazy to think they put beavers on pizza. I have to be honest and say that I thought beavers were protected, but apparently not. It's hard to eat your pizza when you know that an innocent beaver, possibly with a family, has been sacrificed for the enjoyment of the guests of Bonbonland.

27/08/2025: I got a bad stomach ache after we ate. The food we got looked like it was completely mixed up and they were too busy. Also, there was a mistake in our order. We definitely won't be eating here again.

22/08/2025: Got the wrong burger. And when I informed them they just threw in some other dressing. On top of that it was damn cold and super bad service

04/01/2025: Clumsiest food I have EVER eaten at a pizzaria. TASTE SOUR SMELLS SOUR, 80% salad, 10% bread, 2% meat, 2% tomato, 2% dressing, 2% onion. What a salad pizza.. NEVER AGAIN!

16/07/2025: Really bad experience with Uptown. Bad service, unpleasant and rude delivery guy, delivered the wrong pizza and wouldn't fix it, bad and tasteless food. Absolutely no recommendation from here!

15/07/2025: I am writing to complain about a very disappointing experience we had with a pizzeria recently. We ordered food and waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes, but the food never arrived. When we called to find out where it was, we were first told that it had “run out”. Later, when we called again, we were suddenly told that the order had not been made at all. This is completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, this is not the first time we have had problems. In previous orders, parts of the order have been missing, and when we have tried to point this out, we have been met with a rude and angry employee who refused to take responsibility and simply said that “it was included”. This is simply too bad
