20/12/2024: Chicken panini was really great and saved us from the rainy day (the place itself was recommended to us by a local). Tiramisu and a tiny, tasty espresso were a great addition. Lovely and welcoming atmosphere. Will definitely pop in again when we are in that area. Thanks a lot!

14/12/2024: Nice pizza real Italian. As a concept and as quality. Arguably the best Neapolitan pizza. Super espresso pascucci. 👍Friendly staff. Always the possibility of parking (2 hours free) close by. RECOMMENDED!!

27/10/2024: This review is overdue. I had the immense pleasure of dining with Terra in August of this year. It was an amazing experience. I've travelled around the world and Terra absolutely ranks in my Top 10. Their menu is constantly evolving so I will just say that the food was flavorful and perfectly prepared. The work done by Valerio in the kitchen is outstanding. Lucia is amazing as your guide through the experience and a fantastic sommelier. The wine pairings were each well tailored for the matching dish. We opted for the large pairing which is six pairings, one for each course. Speaking of the pairings do not let the "juice" pairing escape you. Think of it as liquid cuisine. The art of flavor made possible by blender and press. It was a close fight between the wine and juice pairings throughout the meal as to which paired better with each dish. I'm already looking forward to my next visit. It's worth a flight to Copenhagen just for the chance to dine with them again.

30/09/2024: An incredible dining experience in the heart of Copenhagen. The restaurant is cozy with a warm, inviting atmosphere. With only a few tables, the staff can focus on delivering a highly personalized experience, and some dishes are even presented by the chef. Being able to interact with the chef adds a deeper understanding of the process and creates a closer connection to the meal. The menu is entirely fish and vegetable-based, featuring a minimal yet distinctly Nordic style that doesn't compromise on flavor. The celeriac taco is simply divine, and other standout dishes include the perfectly cooked wild seabass, the surprising mackerel with fig leaf oil, and the courgettes with ajo blanco and mint. A special mention goes to the dessert—custard with plum juice and puffed rice, which looks simple but offers an unexpectedly delightful combination of flavors and textures. The wine pairing is also expertly curated, and I appreciated how they sought our feedback on possible variations. An unforgettable experience!

24/10/2024: Great place for authentic Italian food. Ate here today and enjoyed a pepperoni pizza and lasagne. Both tasted just perfect. Think crispy base on the pizza with good flavour for the tomato sauce. The lasagna had a nice and rich flavour. The owner is Italian and was welcoming and friendly. Prices are very good too, especially the lunch special.

26/10/2024: The meals are very delicious and unique. The menu changes every month. The boss is very humorous and will introduce the meals in detail, making people feel at home. It is recommended to make a reservation in advance to avoid running out of seats. The restaurant has about nine tables.

27/11/2024: Very welcoming place. The service was impeccable: kind, fast and attentive to our needs ❤️. The ebifurai were simply divine, the batter crunchy and the filling succulent. They are definitely the best I've ever eaten 😋. Truly a great experience. I can only recommend it to all lovers of Japanese and non-Japanese cuisine.

24/11/2024: We ate as a party of ten with friends and family and had an amazing experience. The food, staff and ambience made an all round great experience. We had three courses and each course tasted delicious, was delivered and introduced by the staff and explained in perfect English, the wine was paired ideally and we all enjoyed learning a little about the origins and style. Would fully recommend this restaurant, we loved it, a very special and enjoyable experience.

29/10/2024: A nice café in the heart of Ribe not far from the big church. The service is very friendly, everything is nicely decorated and you can also sit outside very comfortably - “hyggelig” 😊 We had a French press that came outside with a duck themed warmer. The coffee is very good ☕️

17/12/2024: I had a steak sandwich and it was absolutely fantastic. And the sauce nøjjjjj the sauce Uha it was good. I will definitely come again.
