13/09/2025: We had an amazing dinner at Krebsegaarden tonight. Carsten and Mats made us feel truly welcome with their warm and personal service. We really felt like home! The food was delicious, creative, and beautifully prepared, and the wine pairings were simply perfect. To finish, the unique dessert of 17 different Danish cheeses was absolutely outstanding. A cozy, intimate atmosphere that made the whole evening unforgettable. Highly recommended!

10/09/2025: Fabulous experience all around. Great staff. Super welcoming and made us feel like we had known them for years! The food was delicious, especially with the wine pairings. So much thought and care went into each dish—especially the sauces! Phenomenal.

28/08/2025: Within a week I was both a guest in the restaurant and ordered catering. Both times were a huge hit. Super delicious, well-prepared food - there was plenty of food and the service was super sweet, both in the restaurant and online. I will come again and will also gladly order for guests another time.

28/08/2025: We went to Restaurant ET in Aarhus for what was supposed to be a business lunch, and ended up sitting there for almost 7 hours. That alone says something about the experience. We started with oysters, which were spot on. Served simply with lemon, a small crouton and sauce – really delicious. Then I had the beef tartare. It was good, nicely spiced and tasty, but very different from the classic style. Tartare is always interpreted differently: sometimes chunky, sometimes mousse-like, sometimes more like a salad. This one was very much like a tuna salad in texture. I liked it, but I personally prefer the more traditional version. Presentation also wasn’t as nice as I’d expect from a Bib Gourmand place. And the portion of fries that came with it was strange – literally 6 or 7 fries on the plate – though the bearnaise served on the side was excellent. Dessert was also really good, beautifully made and very tasty. After the meal we stayed for cocktails, and they were absolutely amazing. The drinks kept flowing, and the owner even came around with chartreuse which was a really nice touch. What really makes this place stand out though is the atmosphere and service. The restaurant is tucked into a little courtyard in the center of Aarhus, which is a beautiful setting. The staff were warm, professional and genuinely welcoming – not just during the meal, but for the entire afternoon and evening we sat there. Even though it’s a fine dining place, the vibe was relaxed and low-key, which made it feel comfortable. All in all, a fantastic experience. Great food, top-class cocktails, beautiful location and some of the best service I’ve had in Aarhus.

16/08/2025: It's just before 5 stars are not enough. A fantastic place on all parameters. Beautifully situated with lakes and rich bird life, luxury cabins that exude quality and coziness. The food is gourmet and with very delicious intense deep flavors that only come if you dedicate the time to prepare most of it from scratch. All the employees seemed committed, proactive and happy to be there. They were proud of what the place offers and they can rightly be. The atmosphere is relaxed, safe and can be felt everywhere.

03/09/2025: A specialty coffee roastery. I tried the flat white with oats and it was very good and tasty. They sell their own types of coffee. The place is small and is between buildings and not clearly noticeable. Its seating is simple inside and outside.
