18/08/2025: It's a wonderful experience. Korean based 2-star Michelin restaurant. Some of the tables (near the entrance) have a great view of the open kitchen, allowing to witness the preparation of the dishes and the immaculate choreography of kitchen and service staff. Service is very friendly and attentive. The chef is very present, keeping a very attentive look to customers for the best experience, very customer-centric. The dishes are immensely creative, with many intricate details, textures and flavours. We accompanied the meal with a Sool mixed pairing, alternating Sool and non-alcoholic beverages. Probably the best option as we felt a purely Sool pairing would be too heavy. Wine, Prestige wine and Champagne pairings are also available. Judging from what the neighbouring tables received, they seemed like good options too. We felt that Sool was more fitting to the occasion though. Overall a very positive experience, only slightly disturbed by a noisy table, but admittedly not something the restaurant can do much about.

07/07/2025: Certainly some amazing dishes and some just okay and you may leave still a bit hungry if you have a large appetite. Service very coordinated and nice that the chef visited every table to greet and make you feel welcome. As other reviewers have said they seem keen on selling expensive champagne so may be more of a spot to show off considering the price.

29/08/2025: We had three pizzas and one portion of fries. The food was delicious and the price was very fair. People came by every few minutes to pick up food, so it can't be bad.

16/07/2025: No water for people dining in, so we had to buy soda. The fries were okay, the pizza large but unremarkable, the cheeseburger mediocre. Service was nice, prices on the low side.

11/12/2025: Unfortunately, we have eaten there several times before and the food is good but it takes an incredibly long time before you get it, sometimes it doesn't come at all. Today we ordered sushi for take away for 5:30 pm and are sitting waiting to get it now and it is now 5:53 pm. It's just not okay

10/12/2025: Delicious sushi ad libitum, but a lot of rice in maki's. Fish on nigiri was not big either - it tasted fresh though. Sticks at first were good, but they were burning hot the second time. My children had to wait 10 minutes before they could eat them. One waiter was smiling, helpful and sweet, the other was sullen, didn't talk at all and looked tired and stressed. All communication in the entrance/bar and welcome was really good.

17/12/2025: Ordered chilli CHEESE fries, and got so little cheese. I often order this at other burger Kings and Get a decent amount of cheese. This was really dissapointing. And the fries was soggy

01/11/2025: We had 2 lovely nights with a 3 course menu. The food is good and there is plenty of it. Lovely breakfast, but some pastries or other cakes are missing. Good service and clean rooms. But why call it both a hotel and an inn, what is the story behind it? We think it should be an inn. Lovely surroundings and close to Viborg and other beautiful sights. The place is highly recommended.

26/11/2025: I really enjoyed the food, menu only in Danish made it a bit hard so we went for ramen, and some other dishes. If I would eat again I would skip the ramen and try more of the small dishes.

19/11/2025: I have eaten at Dinner Sushi many times over the years, but that is over now after the experience I had yesterday. I had bought 2 menus via DownTown. When I pick them up, I tell them that I am in an apartment without any service due to moving, and ask if there are napkins. They haven't packed them, the lady says. I take this as saying that I now want a couple of napkins and stand there. She looks at me in surprise. I ask if I can have two napkins. She looks visibly irritated and says "Yes, but that costs money". How petty can you be? She can't give me two measly napkins. Of course I said no thanks and got some kitchen roll from my neighbor instead. It's actually funny how an experience like that makes you completely lose respect for a place and the desire to come back, but that's what happened. The food yesterday also needs a comment. Unfortunately, it has gone downhill with it. I have eaten sushi ad libitum at Dinner Sushi at least 8-10 times over the past 7 years. And considering the price and despite the very uncozy restaurant, it has been a nice experience - the food has been fresh and good. But yesterday's was a disappointment. The DownTown menu included two lukewarm appetizers: A kind of tempura, which was wet with oil and tasted of nothing + 2 torpedo shrimp, which consisted of very little shrimp and a lot of batter. The sushi pieces were large, but there was far too much rice for the fish and filling, and again the tacky ebi shrimp, which mostly consists of batter. And honestly, it didn't taste like much. The accompanying soy sauce consisted of two small bowls with maybe 1 tablespoon of soy sauce. That's not enough for 16 pieces of sushi. There was also a very small amount of gari for the number. I agree that Dinner Sushi is not fine dining and that you get what you pay for, but there are so many good, budget-friendly sushi places in Copenhagen, and I would recommend that you eat or pick up your sushi somewhere else instead.

19/11/2025: We came here three afternoons in a row: 1. Pancakes and waffles with soft-serve ice cream, 2. Cake with soft-serve ice cream, and 3. Chili burgers and beef burgers with fries. Everything was fantastic, the service was excellent, and our dog was welcome. We highly recommend this restaurant/café!
