De bedste restauranter

06/08/2025: Café set in a former chicken coop. That says it all! I swung by on my bike one summer day and had a nice chat with the man behind the counter, who was wearing a Slayer T-shirt (!). A vintage electric shovel stands in a corner of the café, King Frederik 9 and Queen Ingrid look down paternally from the shelves on the wall along with all the books. This is a completely unique time capsule with its own pulse, in Sydlangeland of all places. From here a recommendation. The coffee (black, O.K.) cost 35, a blackcurrant muffin ditto (Good).

06/08/2025: A wonderful, somewhat magical place. A wonderful owner who tells wonderful stories! Definitely worth a visit! You should like dogs and cats 😉 And you shouldn't mind a cobweb or two.

04/06/2025: Yesterday we ate in Copenhagen, as if we'd been in Lima. Delicious ceviche, exquisite huancaínas, and a lomo saltado with incredibly tender meat. It won't be the last time we let Mauro brighten up our holidays.

20/03/2025: An Italian pearl in Hellerup! We went to this Italian restaurant as a family, a nice culinary experience. Refined and at the same time delicious dishes, from bread to dessert, all excellent. Attentive and friendly service and staff. A special compliment goes to the chef and his cuisine.

26/07/2025: Food was very nice and could tell the ingredients were local and high quality. Had the chicken burger, pork sandwich and prawn smorrebrød. Ivik was a fantastic server and looked after us really well. A credit to the business. Moreover, the locally brewed beers are fantastic, get the tasting board for the full experience. Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Bornholm!

19/07/2025: Fantastic place that you just have to try/experience when you are in Svaneke and love good beer and good food. I have preferred local beer all over the island so it was of course obvious to visit the Svaneke brewery itself and taste a little different and enjoy some delicious food. The place is super cozy, fantastic atmosphere and the staff were just so good at advising on which beers went well with our food. You also have the option to choose small tasting glasses which we used so you could taste a little different. We shared some starters and each chose our main course. The most delicious spareribs where the bbq sauce is made with beer can definitely be recommended. The local pasta with tiger prawns was also extremely tasty. It all tasted just fantastic. Will definitely come back next time I go to Svaneke.

12/07/2025: I would say this Korean restaurant is pretty average in comparison to a lot of other places in the city. The stews we had were okay, and considering the prices, we were expecting a lot more in terms of service and quality of food. They have a lot of variety of dishes though which I appreciated. Wouldn’t come here as a regular, but if you’d like to try Korean food in cph and you’re in the neighborhood, I’d give it a try!

06/02/2025: There is pizza, and then there is that pizza. The kind of pizza that is not just food, but an experience. A life-changing journey for the taste buds. And the pizzaria we're talking about here doesn't just make good pizza - it makes the world's best pizza. If you could move in there, I would have already changed my address. So one evening my friend and I decided to make a pilgrimage to this temple of culinary perfection. It was a 40 minute drive but totally worth it. However, there was just one detail we hadn't thought about: On the way we drank a booster. And as everyone knows, a booster has a side effect that is as sure as the law of gravity – it makes your bladder go from "just fine" to "I'm going to explode in three minutes" in record time. So when we finally arrived at the pizzeria, we weren't just hungry – we were desperate for a toilet. Fortunately, they had one. Unfortunately, one of the employees had gotten ahead of us. "That's fine," we thought optimistically. "How long can it take? 5 minutes? 10 max?" But the minutes ticked away. Five became ten. Ten became twenty. Our pizza dough rose faster than the situation we were in. Thirty minutes passed. We considered our life choices. Forty minutes. At this point we seriously could have driven all the way home and peed in comfort. But no, we sat there, ate our pizza, went to Netto, pondered our existence - and still he was in there. Finally, after what felt like an entire feature film, the man came out. We still don't know what happened in there, but we have our theories. Maybe he had fallen asleep? Maybe he was fighting an inner battle we don't understand? Or maybe he just had a booster in there. But one thing is certain: the pizza was still worth it. 🍕🔥

24/07/2025: Some of the best coffee in town. And the best hot cocoa in town, with a touch of orange and chili. Made by a skilled barista, using good ingredients. The price is in the middle of the field for Copenhagen, so if you still have to pay café prices for your coffee, why not choose something good? The place is not big, so not suitable for large groups. The selection of food and cakes is also modest. But otherwise there is nothing bad to say about it. The quality holds up :-) The same owners have created a namesake cafe further up the street, in the direction of Vesterport st. Here the selection of food and sweets in particular is larger. If you want more than coffee, or if you want a little more space than the small 2-person tables can handle, then go up to the other Coffee First. It is actually only 50m away.

22/07/2025: Love this place! We had lunch items, coffee and cookies. Everything was good! Sandwiches tasted very fresh with very good quality ingredients and had an artistic element to them as well. Would eat here again in a heartbeat. Very comfortable welcoming vibe. And pup-friendly! Very cool staff as well.

06/07/2025: Talk about how lucky we were to choose this particular restaurant. We chose the John&Woo burger, with of course Calsberg beer. You'll have to search for a better hamburger for a long time, and incredibly nice and service-minded employees. The atmosphere in the place was cozy. We will be more than happy to come back 😊

This summer's fish buffet at restaurant Oke was a completely unique experience
