06/09/2026: Cozy coffee shop. Good hot drinks, delicious bagels and pastries. You can sit outside and smoke. Sweet and friendly employees.

29/05/2026: The pizza and sandwiches were delicious. The only downside was that there was nowhere to sit, so you had to eat standing up, but in terms of taste, we really liked them compared to other countries.

13/05/2026: A little oasis… I open the door and am swallowed up by a lovely little break. Through the windows, I see that life outside continues unabated. In here, time stands still for a moment. The best coffee, delicious cake, quiet, cozy – now I understand 'hygge'.

17/08/2026: There is only one place in Holstebro where not only hunger is satisfied. Here both the taste buds and the visual experience are given, which is only available at Under Klippen. When you buy a wine menu, it is not just a single glass that is poured, often asking if you want a little more. Remember to book a table online.

04/09/2026: Thanks for the food yesterday. The steak was well prepared and served with fries and sauce. The wine was also quite nice. But, you really need to shake up the concept. You get a steak with fries in so many places. Surprise now. Not with a thousand other ingredients. But now add a little edge to this mediocre concept. We all felt welcome and got food and drinks. But at a price on the high end. We're happy to pay that - but next time there could be a little more going on in the kitchen.

01/09/2026: In the week we were in Copenhagen this is a TOP 3 restaurant for me. Our server, he was great !! The food was amazing. My appetizer was the lobster bisque and it was so good. My main was truly delicious. The setting is very nice and I didn't understand the bar seating when we booked but after seeing it, it's amazing. We were seated in the regular part of the restaurant. It's just beautiful. The prices were very fair. I absolutely recommend this place. In the week we were in Copenhagen, this is a TOP 3 restaurant for me. Our waiter was fantastic!! The food was fantastic. My starter was lobster soup, and it was so good. My main course was really delicious. The setting is very nice, and I didn't quite understand the bar seating when we booked, but after seeing it, it's fantastic. We were seated in the regular part of the restaurant. It's just beautiful. The prices were very fair. I absolutely recommend this place.

20/08/2026: All in all, a fair experience, I thought: Wheelchair users cannot get here and people with walking difficulties, possibly with a walker, have a very difficult time here. If you are into wine, it is far too expensive for the average wallet. You do not have the opportunity to buy a wine in a slightly cheaper price range.
