18/02/2026: Popped in while working in the area. Absolute gem of a place. Friendliest rock bar I've been to. Great people, music and beer. Plus you can smoke so it's like going back 20 years in time. Will make sure to return!

05/04/2026: I wouldn't go back, we went because there weren't many places open and the prices were pretty good. Pretty pitiful service, they take a lot of the customer. We ordered a mix of fries that said on the menu that they were 15, they gave us less... The food could be improved a lot, we would probably look for other options.

Avoid booking laserhero though, the place is greedy and tries to force you to book a lane for 30 people, if you don't they will put you together with a lot of people you don't want to play with, even though there are plenty of free times around the time.

18/11/2025: Visited Maximum in Aalborg. We had booked mini golf for 5 people, but unfortunately one of them cancelled. I had paid in advance, so I assumed that the amount was just added, but I was just told to put the Dankort in the machine, and then I got the money back. I hadn't expected that at all, and it was fantastic that they just did it without waiting for me to ask anything. Thank you very much.

11/05/2026: Crazy that you don't understand 2 simple things (MEAT & SALAD!!! put fries in and afterwards the customer blames you for saying no fries When you run out of meat and salad and get new ones from the basement you also say no fries to each other imagine if it worked like this everywhere you buy food deeply ridiculous I'll buy food somewhere else in the future

27/10/2025: Brilliant pizza! Gluten free options were baked in their own foil tray with pizza oven to limit cross contamination and tasted amazing! Normal pizzas were great too! Thank you!!!

27/09/2025: This is my son's favorite pizza place. At one point we came every other Friday when he was younger. They make the absolute best pizzas on Amagerbrogade. It's always a good experience to eat their pizzas.

02/12/2025: A classic grill with burger menus, steak sandwiches, sausages with side dishes. However, sandwiches with chicken and the like are also available, as well as rolls in the morning.

13/09/2025: Nice little fast-food place, opens very early, closes same. Place where you can get kettle brewed simple but tasty coffee.

11/05/2026: In Ribe, dogs are not allowed inside most restaurants. You are then required to sit outside. Not appealing at 13 degrees, so we moved on. At this lovely restaurant, however, dogs are welcome. The first thing they did was place a bowl of water. The food at this restaurant is good at a reasonable price. Prompt and friendly service.

07/05/2026: Great steak ! Really interesting decor. The walls are decorated with photos from Jacob Riis time in New York. The waiter was happy to take the time to tell us about who Jocob Riis was and to give us the back story on the photos.

07/09/2025: Picked up 2 cakes for a baby's christening yesterday, Saturday. A cake man with Alfred and Maren on it and a fruit cake filled with delicious berries. They were really good cakes. I've never had a cake man with such a good base. Pure pleasure for children and adults. The fruit cake itself is delicate and beautiful. Thank you for that.

07/11/2025: The food was great, but the wait to order was over half an hour, and we had to make it known that we wanted to order!

15/05/2026: Sticky potato salad sunken and limp cabbage salad, and deathly sick fish frikkadel. All the food seemed unfresh from Den Sunde, as it was called. The only thing I finished was a slice of lemon that didn't belong with my fish, ordered it as an extra, and that was the only thing that was fresh. Yes and then the water for 38 kr. Lazy and indifferent place. Will not come again

15/05/2026: We took 2x Den Sunde. The result was the same as last time, I had just forgotten how bad it was. We left it all behind. It tasted old, stale and terrible. That was the last time Madhus 24. Sad.

03/06/2026: We were six guests who had booked a table for a Friday evening in May. We were warmly welcomed by the waiters, who served us in a light and informal manner and showed us to a table near the entrance and close to a party room. All six ordered the blackboard menu. We also ordered some oysters to share. As well as bubbles and wine. The evening started really well with oysters followed by a delicious starter. 4 of the guests had chosen fish from the blackboard menu, while the last two had chosen bavette. The dishes were served at the same time, but unfortunately the beef was cut incorrectly, so it was tough and inedible. It was therefore sent back. A while later a new serving came, where there were fewer pieces of meat than on the first dish – and the kitchen had forgotten to prepare potatoes for this serving and these only arrived when the dish had been eaten. A shame not to be able to eat together as a group. Then there was dessert – cake or cheese. The cake was nothing special. Unfortunately, there was a party next to us, where the noise level increased in step with their wine intake. The waiters tried in vain to get them to quiet down. There were many other empty tables in the restaurant, but even though the waiters apologized for the noise, we were not offered another table. We could have asked for it ourselves, but…. I was sitting at the far end and had difficulty hearing what my fellow guests were talking about. It got worse when the other party broke up and had to leave the restaurant, where there was very loud talking, tending to shouting, at the exit… right next to our table. As compensation, we were given a discount on the price of two cups of coffee and two glasses of red wine – due to the noise and delayed serving. Whether that is a reasonable discount I must leave to others to judge. Actually, I was on my way out the door this Friday evening ready to give 1 star, as the evening fell far short of my expectations, but a few days later I will let the place's potential benefit them and give 2 stars.
