04/08/2025: These sendwitches are perfect. So delicious and cheap. Chicken with bacon is the best sendwitch ever. I am sad that we need to leave Herlev today and I cannot eat it more

17/07/2025: I needed 6 pieces of luxury open sandwiches and was a little stressed. Met a very friendly lady who immediately made my open sandwiches, which were very delicious with fresh ingredients. Everything was perfect.

28/07/2025: Me haces entrar en línea para obtener una reserva. OK. Luego aparezco y me dices que tengo que descargar una aplicación donde te doy mi información lo cual no quiero hacer. Luego uso la aplicación para hacer mi pedido y luego voy al bar a recoger mi propio pedido. ¿Cuál es exactamente tu papel y todo esto? Para cocinar la comida y luego qué. No te estoy dando toda mi información solo para usar tu negocio una vez. ¿Por qué pones tantos obstáculos entre tu negocio y yo dándote dinero? No quería descargar la aplicación, así que salí y fui al lado para una comida encantadora.

12/08/2025: Nice location and grounds, but a mixed bag otherwise. (1) Weak drip from the shower in the room (second floor in one of the annexes); explained as ‘eco certification requirement’. (Never saw that in other hotels, and it’s not very practical for the guests). (2) Breakfast is budget quality yet steeply priced. There is really no excuse for that awful budget style omelet, lack of cheeses (a breakfast staple in Denmark), lack of edible fruit, too-dense-to-eat yoghurt, and the fact that each espresso cup is priced separately (good quality though it is). (3) No minibars in rooms. (4) No bath robes in rooms (we got them when we insisted) despite having bath slippers placed in rooms. (5) The policy of having to pay to access gym by the hour. (6) The hotel has two outdoor spaces with tables - yet breakfasts are served in the windowless cellar (the only people who enjoy outdoors meals are the staff, around noon every day - they know what’s good 😉). The management is aware of the deficiencies and go over and above to compensate for them when one gives feedback.

08/08/2025: We’ve been here before and were a little disappointed this time about small things we are accustomed to: a fridge (there is now a gaping hole in the closet where it used to be), simple things like a cup for toothbrushes and a bag for laundry are now also missing. The breakfast maybe gorgeous, but we just want one bun, a cup of (amazing) coffee and an egg. €30 is outrageous. They graciously agreed to give us a thermos, but I do not yet know how much they will charge.

04/06/2025: Really good lecture with Rasmus Tantholt. Good at presenting a heavy subject, both with humor and seriousness. That he highlights what everyday life is like for the general population in Ukraine and how he and colleagues cope with the days both mentally and physically.

17/04/2025: Rigtig fin velkomst og venligt personale (vi var walk-in og følte os meget velkomne). Vi bestilte to burgere med wagyu kød - de bedste burgere jeg længe har smagt. Meget lækkert. Og der var hurtig servering, hvilket var vigtigt for os, da vi skulle videre til et arrangement i Ringsted Kongrescenter.

10/05/2025: Their behavior is not just discriminatory – it is decidedly discriminatory. The level of service is obviously not the same for all customers, and this shows an arrogance where they have forgotten that it is they who have to provide service - not the other way around.

18/01/2025: We ate here twice today. A good restaurant with delicious dishes. It is difficult to make a choice. We ate here again in the evening, even though we were still full from lunch. We will definitely come back here when we are in Thisted again. This restaurant is highly recommended.
