05/07/2026: Torvet's is such a cozy place. A bit messy style, but it has its charm with its wallpaper in 3 different styles, but especially with its small courtyard. The Danish is a bit lacking, but the staff is always sweet and nice. And, most importantly - the food is excellent! Absolutely the best pizza in Hillerød in my eyes.

30/04/2026: Expensive, poor quality, Mac's has better burgers and that's not a bad thing, their pizza was so greasy, it dripped out of the tray and all over the car, the burger yes it had enough dressing for 10 burgers and onions that weren't cut, a whole lump of onions in your mouth 🤮 everything should be in the middle of it, nothing but meat and bun on the edge, and they should be sure that the steak was dead, so dare 2 liters of cola couldn't save it, pizza greasy with grease on it, no taste, bad kebab, etc., all in all should be 0 stars, they don't know that this is the food they live on, way too expensive, especially when they serve such a load of crap, they're not very friendly either, at least not white people 🤔 If what I got was their standard then I can't understand why they're still open, there were almost no people around at about 5:30 PM, one was sitting outside and didn't look happy, 2 foreigners who seemed like everything was great, a white woman who didn't seem happy either, and otherwise blank. I won't be returning, everyone reading this review should find somewhere else.

03/08/2026: We had such a lovely morning here while passing through. Delicious food, friendly service, and a relaxed atmosphere! Our kids even got hot dog buns for the ducks. The vendor was so nice! The return trip was fantastic too! The friendly owner gave the children two pinwheels as a gift. Our new favorite stop! TAK!!!

16/08/2026: We had our birthday party in their function rooms. Food was top notch service. Enrico and his team made the evening top notch.

13/08/2026: Really good experience at Bellavista. We were warmly welcomed and the staff were both friendly and helpful. There was a nice atmosphere, and the service worked really well all evening. The food tasted really good and the portions were appropriate. We will definitely come again because it was a really good experience and can definitely be recommended. Bellavista is definitely worth a visit if you want good food and pleasant service.

20/05/2026: The hotel has a charming old-tavern atmosphere and plenty of character, which gives it a cozy and authentic feel. The restaurant dinner was exceptionally tasty, although somewhat expensive, and it’s worth noting that reservations are needed even for hotel guests. That said, there were a few areas where the experience fell short of expectations, especially considering the premium pricing. The mattress and bedding were not particularly comfortable — the mattress felt quite flat with almost no support, and the pillows were small and understuffed. Even using two pillows together didn’t provide much comfort the first night so I asked for another two. The blanket also felt rather small and basic, which unfortunately gave the room a more budget-hostel feel. The bathroom was large and charming in style, though cleanliness could have been improved, particularly in the shower area where there were some signs of mold. During my stay, there were also a large number of mosquitoes gathered around the windows. Thankfully they didn’t bite, but I was surprised to hear this was considered “normal” when I raised the issue. The staff were kind and attentive whenever available, reflecting the warm hospitality you would expect in a small town setting. However, reception was often unattended, requiring guests to ring a bell for assistance. Small details also contributed to the overall impression: the tea and coffee selection felt somewhat randomly selected from low-end “supermarket” brands, and the all-in-one shampoo/conditioner/shower gel dispenser added to the sense that guest comfort was not prioritized. The room itself was spacious and attractive, but the recurring “budget” touches throughout the stay felt somewhat out of place given the hotel’s “premium” pricing. I hope the owners will invest a bit more into this high-potential facility to make the experience in line with their pricing.

08/08/2026: Average experience. Clearly the chicken in the sandwich is just prefabricated and therefore quite tasteless. The place lives off tourists and is not culinary worthy. But nice for a cool drink outside if the weather permits.

06/09/2026: Good experience with a menu for every price. According to Ældre Sagen, the restaurant offers a 25% discount for members, but the waiter only offered us 10%.

03/09/2026: I just forgot which Burger King I drove into... This must be one of the ones that gets the worst reviews 🤔 That there is an employee who speaks English is fine enough but that he then disappears in the middle of my order... I can only think it was because he didn't understand what I said 🤷 The girl who came was actually quite nice and I was able to finish my order.. When the English-speaking man came out with the food, he forgot the drinks... Oh well.... But when he came out with them, the small and large were swapped.... We're backing out but it's hard to get in touch with any employee.... We got a new one but I think they forgot to keep an eye on the postmix because it tasted really bad... That's a slurp put in a sweet way!! I don't really know what they were doing today? Besides we had to wait for what seemed like a long time, so long that someone chose to drive out of the queue.. And there were only 3 people in front of us... When we got the food it was quite cold, not only the bread, but the steak, and the fries were also cold and when I think about the wait it should have been hotter So I'm quite disappointed 😑
