24/08/2025: Always cozy. Nice staff with energy. A boss who is present and takes the time to talk to the guests. Karaoke on Saturdays is always a hit with the undersigned.

22/08/2025: Participated in the pub quiz on Thursday evening. It was great that they asked the questions in English, so tourists from outside Denmark can also participate. Plenty of beers to choose from and great service, highly recommended!🍺

14/02/2025: Very cute place! We went here for a glass of wine and a small little aperitif. Super nice interior. The beautiful ceiling to floor curtains do so much to this place, also the lighting inside is equally nice. The atmosphere in here is just great in general, and it’s obvious nothing is random. I had a drink here I fell in love with: the Caffè soda vodka. Having never tried caffè soda in my life, I was super pleased to see I didn’t just order a random vodka soda, but actually got an Italian drink😂 it was very delicious. Definitely a place we will come back to for another date night.

21/05/2025: I’d prefer to message directly, as I’m sure this can be resolved easily, but there’s no email or contact number available. Unfortunately, I received moldy cheese with my bread this morning. I u nderstand some cheeses involve mold intentionally, but this clearly wasn’t a blue cheese. I’m just hoping for fair compensation—happy to help improve things going forward, and update my review upon resolution.

15/02/2025: Forfærdeligt- smagte af absolut intet. 50’er mad uden smag. Jeg valgte ikke selv, da det var en gruppetur. Æblekagen virkede gæret. Jeg var syg hele natten.

23/02/2025: The pizza was really good, we got the bacon pizza. The only issue with the pizza was that it wasn't cut but I'm not sure if that's standard or if you have to ask for them to cut it. Regardless we just took bites out of the whole pie. Very meaty and cheesy, they didn't spare any ingredients 👩‍🍳. Would recommend. - Dimmi

07/08/2025: Big fan! Love their calzone with extra cheese and garlic, super nice and great atmosphere. 🙌 to deal with, their restaurant is nice and quiet if you like peace and quiet with your food. 100 percent recommend taking a walk.

27/04/2025: Vi spiste frokost her søndag - vi havde ikke besøgt stedet før. Smuk udsigt over vandet, spændende malerier og interiør der passer til bygningens stil. Venlig service og fint frokostkort med klassikere til et dansk frokostbord. Jeg måtte selv bestille den kæmpe store tartelet, de har på kortet - jeg har ikke spist tarteletter i mange år og jeg blev nysgerrig på hvor stor den egentlig var. Den er gigantisk stor. Hvis man er vild med traditionel tartelet med høns i asparges, så er den uden tvivl et hit. Jeg savnede lidt tekstur; evt med friske grønne asparges som supplement og mere persille, men det tror jeg er fordi jeg ikke er ægte kender af tartelettens verden. Jeg kom ikke igennem den - den er virkelig kæmpe stor. Min mand fik 2 højtbelagte smørrebrød, der var lækre og æstestisk indbydende. Der står man anbefaler 2 stk, men jeg tror man skal være meget stort spisende i givet fald. Vores datter fik fisk and chips; også her rigelig portion! Hjemmelavet remoulade. Jeg vil absolut anbefale stedet her - måske bestil bord i god tid til en plads med udsigt over vandet ved Roskilde Fjord. Er placeret smukt og det er let for fans og familie at spise frokost her, når nogen skal spille kampe på stadion eksempelvis. Jeg er personligt lidt ærgerlig over ikke at have set alle malerierne og ikke at have sat tid af til Willumsens museum og evt. Vikingeområdet, så måske må vi bare komme tilbage en anden gang:-)
