01/03/2026: Absolutely exceptional experience! Got a huge "Bertha's steak" which was flambéed at the table by the sweet waiter. Tasted excellent, and there was no doubt that the ingredients were of the best quality. (See attached picture). Super cozy atmosphere, and even though the restaurant was full, it was easy to talk to the others at your own table. The waiters' performance was also top notch. Easy to park at the large parking garage right across the street. All in all, a really good experience from start to finish. We will definitely be back.

15/01/2026: The new host couple is doing great. Delicious food. Perhaps Denmark's biggest tartlets. Same great atmosphere as before. A wonderful place.

04/07/2025: La cerveza de barril, la sidra y las cervezas no locales/danesas no están en las mejores condiciones. Probé una sidra de manzana cargada y el olor, sin mencionar el sabor a vinagre, fue decepcionante.

08/10/2025: Went to my mother's 80th birthday party. Had to ask for drinks to be refilled twice. After the first two tables had been to the buffet, there was no more salmon and we had to ask for refills of both salmon, potatoes and lamb. The first portion of potatoes was a bit crunchy and the last portion looked like the last bit left in the pot. It can't be right that the birthday person themselves should make sure that the food is refilled for that price. The meat did taste good and was well-cooked. The dessert was a bit weird... heard someone excitedly find a piece of macaroon in the apple cake..... It had been pointed out that there was a gluten allergy but that was not taken into account.

25/09/2025: Everything is really good! The staff is super nice, the food is cooked quickly and the place itself is really cozy as it is located a little out of the way in a courtyard.

06/12/2025: Tried a pizza from there today when my regular place was closed, unfortunately it was a little disappointing as the pizza was cold and had onions even though I had ordered without. Had ordered one with bearnaise sauce and I also think they were a bit stingy with it as there was almost nothing on it, could barely taste it. But a cold pizza is really annoying and especially when you come a few minutes before it should be ready. So I'll stick to my regular place from now on and take a slightly boring experience with me from here.

17/11/2025: Ordered a burger and fries via Wolt, and therefore had to pay a certain amount, so I also ordered a Cola Zorro, it was unfortunately too old on 25/9/2025 and I got it delivered on 14/11/2025. So a little date check might be good………

06/08/2025: The shop is small and cozy, I've used it a lot. But 63 kr for an iced coffee too go, that's really a high price. A plastic cup with ice cubes, syrup, filled with oat milk and a shot of coffee. That's crazy. In addition, there was way too much oat milk in relation to the coffee. It didn't taste like... Coffee. The young, sweet clerk couldn't help it, because she just makes it the way they usually do. Asked for a little more coffee, but wasn't impressed. Either too bad coffee, or way too much oat milk, I don't know. In any case, not worth the money!

02/01/2026: Cozy cafe in a beautiful area. Good coffee and cake. Worth a visit on a summer day, where you can sit outside.

07/03/2026: We were there yesterday for the first time and it was a really good experience, got some good portions, tasted really good there, you could really feel that you were in Jutland, not the small portions that some serve there and so overpriced.😉

17/01/2026: Today it is Restaurant Marcellos in Holstebro that will have tested their steak sandwich with gravy. Arrived to a packed restaurant at 11.55, but there was a table for us anyway and since we knew what we wanted we ordered right away. The food was served exactly at 12.08 and the first impression is a bit ambiguous as the steak sandwich looks a bit boring in the deep plate, but it is nice that it is served in a deep plate so there is room for lots of sauce. 🧑‍🍳 The bun is a standard brioche bun which is really nicely toasted both on the outside and inside. The bottom bun is smeared with a nice thin layer of remoulade, I don't think the remoulade is homemade, but the amount is fine. The minced steak is 175-180 grams of dry aged meat and it is simply perfectly seasoned, there is a super nice roast crust and the meat is pink in the middle. Really, really well fried. In addition, we find finely chopped beets that taste ok, but I doubt they are home-pickled. There are some large coarsely pickled red onions that are very sour, the pieces were difficult to cut because they were so large and coarse. There is a nice amount of roasted onions and a Boston relish that tasted really good. Last but not least, there is the sauce and it is a sauce, it is thin, flavorful and strong. There is plenty of it and one of the best sauces I have tasted in a long time. It all comes with a large bowl of large fries that are delicious and crispy and some home-made airoli. The price for this meal is DKK 175.- and it is a completely fair price and I definitely thought they got away with it, although you could miss some soft onions and some pickled cucumbers. But huge praise for the steak, sauce and relish. 4 out of 5 stars can definitely be recommended.

22/02/2026: Cozy wine bar with a good atmosphere. We tried the Mystery Wine concept, where we were given a glass without knowing the wine in advance and had to guess it. If you guess correctly, you don't pay for the wine. It made for a lot of funny comments at the table.

21/10/2025: Happy to walk through the door on a Thursday at 2215 (open until 2300, see website). The bar was closed! Oops! The day before (Wednesday) we came at the same time. No problems. Last call was 2245. But it must be good, right?
