25/08/2026: My girlfriend and I both got food poisoning after eating sushi from this place. Nausea and stomach cramps after a few hours and all night. When confronted, they denied that it could be from their food, and refused to give us our money back. Will not be ordering from Zen Dimsum & Sushi again. EDIT: The restaurant now suggests that we both got sick due to allergies. No, we do not have allergies. It’s most likely due to the bacteria bacillus cereus from bad rice handling.

18/08/2026: Their dim sum, duck and desert are all highly recommended. The soup and spring roll was a bit disappointing to me, though.

12/07/2026: Shut up, it's rare that I'm so impressed by restaurants. But I really was when I visited Kebab House. It's always tip top clean and delicious in there and where he cooks the food is also completely clean. Their German kebab and bowl are what I can recommend the most and I think they are top 3 places in Copenhagen to eat kebab. They are both absolutely full of flavor and good dressings. The guy who owns the place is super sweet and really does a great job keeping the place clean and making good food Shut up, I'm grateful that I live so close so I can just eat there often.

07/09/2026: It’s a bit too late to give the update, but I am happy to give a review here. The only restaurant in the town before we headed up to Aalborg. Friendly and fast service. I love the fact that we chose the spicy pizza and the taste is really good and got some heat! The pita is bread is also awesome. I love in fact that the smallest town is cashless.

28/08/2026: A friend and I spontaneously went here, and let me just say: The food definitely did not disappoint! I love the concept of all-you-can-eat tapas/brunch, where you can taste a little of everything. Everything we had tasted really good. However, I would recommend not ordering more than one of their white chocolate mousse – it can get a bit mushy in larger quantities 😅 On the other hand, their pancakes are a huge must-try! 🥞

23/08/2026: There were five of us, four of whom ordered meat and bearnaise ad libitum - when the food finally arrived after 45 minutes, we literally dropped our jaws. Here we were served a single small plank, what we would all consider to be a one-person portion, where we actually expected the waiter to bring more, which she did not. We were surprised at the waiter, as it is beyond criticism that we get what amounts to maybe 10 fries per person and 2 small pieces of meat. Both waiters we spoke to disclaimed all responsibility and were slightly offended that we were dissatisfied with such a serving after such a long wait. We had to order more, but should be aware that there would be a waiting time, as they were quite busy right now - the restaurant was not even completely full. The table next to us was in the same situation, there were only six people who had to share such a plank to start. It's fine to serve for sharing, but there should be more for a first serving when there are four versus one - we could see that it was the same serving for one. The waiters forgot drinks, didn't return a request for gluten-free bread for the burger and didn't come and follow up to see if anything was missing from the table. The food wasn't anything to shout about either, half-cold and very tough meat. I wouldn't recommend people to go there.

31/08/2026: A proper Danish experience, extremely recommended. Good cigars menu (you can smoke inside), surprisingly good cocktails, cheap beer and unfriendly bartenders, the way King Frederick intended. I would never change a thing in this place, it works perfectly as it is.

20/12/2025: We chose the 7 course menu. I didn't understand the composition of the dishes, the flavors weren't balanced, the duck meat had the consistency of liver and the chocolate pudding didn't taste good. The service was nice but they didn't have time.

15/12/2025: So grateful we chose Restaurant Mark for our small post wedding ceremony with friends and family. They absolutely raised the bar in every way with a private room and allowing us to bring our own cake from O-Kage who also outdid themselves with our theme colors and favourite flavors. The team were super friendly and accommodating. The food was superb and so much more memorable featuring more authentic Kobenhaven flavours, than we had expected. Five Stars! I cant reccomend this place more! All our guests have not been able to stop talking about it. 🥰❤️🙏🥂🍾

25/05/2026: We have had an annual trip to Munkebjerg Hotel for several years, but this year's stay was unfortunately a significantly worse experience than expected. The hotel is still in beautiful surroundings, and the food was excellent. However, the overall experience did not live up to four stars in any way. During our stay, access conditions were difficult, as the direct path to the table area was closed. This meant that we had to walk unnecessarily far to get in and out and back and forth to the toilet. It seemed as if the comfort of the guests had been given lower priority in favor of the hotel's own ambitions. As a family with children, we did not feel particularly welcome either. The pool was closed to children between 11:00 and 16:30, which is difficult to understand at a hotel where families also come for vacation. Children need activity during the day and peace in the evening. This prioritization makes it difficult to call the place family-friendly. In addition, the spa area was disappointing and far from anything that enhanced the experience. The most serious thing, however, was that an iPad was left in the room. When we contacted the hotel afterwards, we were informed that it had not been found or returned. It leaves a very bad impression when an item left in the room apparently disappears without explanation. Overall, this was an unusually disappointing experience. Munkebjerg Hotel does not appear to be a four-star family hotel based on our stay. Two stars would unfortunately be a more appropriate assessment of the experience we had. Disappointing and quite frankly not up to par.

19/07/2026: We ended up here by chance after missing a train and were surprised by the extensive menu with numerous pizzas and other dishes. Since we unfortunately didn't have long to stay, we opted for dessert: pancakes (actually crepes) with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, and chocolate sauce! Soooo delicious and highly recommended! The other guests' pizzas looked appetizing too! If you're traveling by car or, like us, find yourself stranded here, you absolutely must stop by! The staff are also incredibly friendly!

15/05/2026: Great place, lovely pizza and dessert. The coffee was great. Friendly service. No rush to get us out. Perfect afternoon and the price was right. I'll be back.

29/07/2026: Met by a sweet waiter who quickly helped us. But then it turned downward ⬇️. Two different chef's went smoking 🚬 just next to us, salmon sticks were overcooked, salmon in the rolls was strange in taste and feeling (hopefully not getting sick 🤢) and not a feeling of fresh food.

15/07/2026: ⭐☆☆☆☆ 1/5 star I very rarely write negative reviews because I know that all businesses can have a bad day. However, this time I feel it is important to share my experience in a factual and constructive way. Unfortunately, my visit to Yaya Sushi did not live up to my expectations. I found the concept a bit boring, and for the price I did not get the experience I had hoped for. I had expected more variety, more flavor, and an overall experience that was worth the price. What worried me the most was the handling of my shellfish allergy. I did not feel that there was sufficient clarity about the allergens, and this made me feel unsafe. For people with food allergies, it is crucial that the staff can safely guide about ingredients and the risk of cross-contamination. This is an area where I believe there should be extra focus. I hope this review is taken as constructive feedback. There is always room for improvement in both service and guest experience, and I sincerely wish that for the restaurant. I wouldn't rule out visiting Yaya Sushi again at a later date. If the experience is significantly better next time – both in terms of food, service and allergen handling – I would like to update my review and change my rating. This time, however, it will only be 1 out of 5 stars. ⭐☆☆☆☆
