25/12/2025: Food was grest. Portions really small. A medium coffee is the size of an espresso. Prices high. Cold, barren room. No atmosphere. Waiters were nice, but seemed stressed despite an empty room. Probably a leadership problem. A bit like having taste samples in an underground car park. Food was definately good. Great taste and quality, but Not coming back.

14/09/2025: Thanks to the pizza baker for the delicious Italian pizza and a good reception just before closing time.. Unfortunately, our order was rejected at the café fjelle just when we came to pick up the ordered food. We "panicked", but luckily for us there was a pizzeria just around the corner and a pizza baker who was willing to make dinner for us. However, we could only buy one pizza for two people, as they are large, delicious, filling and a bit on the expensive side. But now we also have leftovers for lunch in the summer house ;) Thanks for the good service.

28/11/2025: The place has changed name and owner. Now it is called Guldværket and has been taken over by Philkjær who also has the fish restaurant opposite. At first glance, the concept seemed to follow previous gourmet grill ideas. The food seemed to have perhaps gotten a boost if you like. We started with 3 oysters which in the kitchen multiplied to 4 for the reasonable sum of 60 kr. You can get Champagne and a bottle of Andre Clouet grand reserve for 620 kr which is also a quite reasonable price. Entrecote perfectly tender and fried. There could have been a little salad, but otherwise again a very reasonable price of 225 kr for one of the city's best beef steaks. It should be emphasized that the menu offers other delicious things at somewhat lower prices for both food and drink. There were no other guests on this rainy Thursday afternoon, but I'm sure there will be more life at other times. Will definitely come again.

23/08/2025: Always a good place for a heavy dish of chips n stuff... Their moules fritte is wonderful. Huge portions too and at affordable prices. Quick and easy. Chose and grab your own drinks from the cooler. Student friendly, right in the old town area of the city. Been a while since the last time here, but they kept true to their bistro idea and against change of time. Easy seating, but never loved the high chairs without backs. Kitchy atmosphere and close seating.

04/10/2025: Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience in your store on October 4, 2025 at 00:30. When I entered, I greeted politely, but received no response from the cashier. Shortly after, I noticed that she was staring at me in a way that gave me the feeling that she suspected me of wanting to steal something. When I left the store, I wished her a good evening, but again I was met with a sour look and no response. I do not think it is okay to be treated that way as a customer, and unfortunately this has resulted in me not wanting to shop at Circle K in the future.

23/09/2025: The owner is incredibly friendly. We ate on site, so we could observe the family atmosphere that permeates the place. The pizza is made with high-quality ingredients and has a wide variety of toppings. Unfortunately, the taste leaves much to be desired. The pizza was bland, as if no herbs or spices were used. The garlic sauce is olive oil with wild garlic.

04/11/2025: Ate with my daughter at the Italian Market on Saturday night, 2/11. The food was delicious. We had buratta and tomato for starters and pasta dishes for mains. A glass of orange juice. And a cocktail. We had only just sat down before the young waiter said “I’ll start by finding you some water”. I’ve never liked “pushy” service. We definitely ordered the food before the other drinks. I ask for the bill and get it quickly. The waiter brings another carafe of water when she brings the bill. I point out that I haven’t asked for more water and she tells me that there is always ad libitum on water and that’s why she always gives guests the option of extra. I thank her for the service and we each drink an extra glass and get paid. I only see on the bill afterwards that it says 70kr for water (2xwater at 35kr). We have left the restaurant at that time, but it ruins my whole experience despite the food and the atmosphere being otherwise ok. Unfortunately, such an experience is enough for me to choose another place next time.

23/10/2025: Excellent food, cooked just right, not too much or too little. Friendly service. Somewhat noisy when fully booked.

30/08/2025: Nice service, good sandwiches, but the hot food (fish & chips, steak with fries) is greasy and tasteless. The vegetables are two broccoli florets. It's a shame they serve cheap, packaged fish instead of quality.

24/08/2025: I have been there and the staff are so friendly and food is just great. If you're in Denmark try to go and enjoy everything they have to offer. Amazing Restaurant 💐🌹

29/12/2025: We have come here many times. Are very satisfied, sweet and friendly service. Sushi is fresh and well prepared. We will come again.

01/11/2025: Bought food for 1300 kroner today and it really wasn't a very good experience. We all feel really bad and it tasted really weird.
