13/09/2025: We had a very disappointing experience at Soho Holbæk. First the waiter had to come back twice and tell us that the kitchen was short of ingredients, so we couldn't get what we had ordered. Then it took about 45–50 minutes before we got our food. When it finally arrived, our chicken skewer was raw in the middle – unacceptable and downright unsafe to serve. Despite this, only the two skewers were deducted from the bill, which does not make up for an evening marked by waiting time, mistakes and poor quality. Unfortunately, an experience we do not want to repeat.

27/07/2025: Stay away! I got their Club sandwich, and it was by far the worst sandwich I've ever had. It tasted like nothing. The chicken was tasteless, the avocado was unripe, the tomato was grainy, watery and tasteless, the pesto was tasteless, and the so-called pickled red onions were large, almost raw pieces. Oh my. They also don't have soda, only water and NODA (fruit-flavored Danish water).

21/12/2025: Fast and excellent service. The place is very clean.

15/11/2025: Very good restaurant. We went three times. Dishes with good ingredients. Reasonable prices.

02/11/2025: We picked up take away: Spaghetti Marinara, mixed salad and crustini. And everything was eaten up. Stop full. And we have often been to Italy. Food was ready on time, freshly prepared and hot. There was perhaps a little noise in the restaurant, but otherwise life and happy days on a busy Friday. We will come (pick up) again.

01/12/2025: They make good pizzas. It was busy so I got a coke as an excuse for the wait 👍

22/10/2025: I greatly, and regularly, enjoy their Durum kebab rolls extra hot. Also a big fan of their french fries with remolade. Skvan (owner) and Hasan has always been lovely.
