02/11/2025: Ordered the food on Just Eat. As soon as possible..15:30 it arrived at 17. The food was cold and missing soda. Called and said so but was told I could write in the comment next time on Just Eat that they owe me a soda. It's not the first time the food has been cold either. But the last time I order from Byens. 😤 also a 0.5 l soda costs 38.. simply too bad.

27/02/2026: Just hung up after 11 minutes where you could hear the clerks asking customers if there were any who needed help. I can see from other comments that this is obviously a problem for you. I have also heard it verbally from several people. Tighten up

15/12/2025: Christmas lunch on December 13, 2025. Reserved table for 6:30 p.m., 9 people. The only drinks available were soda and non-alcoholic bottled beer, as the draft beer system was apparently not working. Beer on the table at about 6:25 p.m., food at about 6:30 p.m. - 1 hour after arrival! They save on food - for example, 2 pieces of herring/person. Small fish fillet of an indeterminate type. The mains: rib roast, meatballs really good, the side dishes looked like potatoes from a jar and just warmed up, less than a small spoonful of sauce/person. The only highlight - risalamande, perfect.

14/12/2025: Really good food, unfortunately there were too few waiters for the many guests, so there was a long wait and no service.

10/03/2026: Cold food, asked for new food. Again cold bugger cheese completely stiff and cold. The entire bottom part is ice cold. Don't feel like complaining anymore and won't come back.

10/02/2026: Quick food for kids. The cutest girls at work that night, fooling around with the kids, etc.

19/01/2026: My experience was awful. We went to buy something for dinner, and the guy tried to overcharge us. When he saw we didn't understand the language, he tried to charge us 272 DKK (about €34) for something that only cost 110 DKK (about €13). When he realized we'd been ripped off, he tried to excuse himself, saying it was fine, and only when he saw we were angry did he decide to refund us 163 DKK (about €20). I think it's terrible that just because he saw we weren't Danish and didn't understand the language, he tried to cheat us and charge us more than half the price.

17/08/2025: The general manager is very unpleasant. When my mother died and we were finishing he was mean and drunk He seemed completely heartless. But the boss Sasha is nice

I order Kentucky Chicken as take away 360 g 141kr yeah okay food is better for free but then you pack like that once… I mince words….. 2 dry chickens from some assorted supermarket and overturned salad and soft fries that I hadn’t had enough of and then served in a pizza tray for a UFO pizza I even checked your website first regarding the chicken and sure enough it says breaded chicken fillet…. Yes that’s good

06/05/2025: It is a wonderful local bakery that has belonged to the same family for over three generations! We got cakes from this bakery and they were delicious and fresh! The lady who served us is the daughter of the owners, and she was very sweet and helpful in describing the cakes to us in English. I recommend this local bakery 👍
