26/05/2026: Yes, I would recommend Kagehuset in Stensballe at any time. Always beautiful work when ordering, for example, a cake man.....nothing can compare to Kagehuset.

24/04/2026: Not quite sure about allergens, unfortunately. Asked if they had a lactose-free cake, the employee looked in a folder and said that the cakes without nuts were lactose-free. It seemed that almost all the cakes had whipped cream on top, so I took one without whipped cream. There were obviously nuts inside the cake itself and therefore also lactose. So we had a birthday boy who didn't enjoy his birthday very much. Practice.

09/08/2026: We had dinner at the Asian buffet, where there was very delicious food and plenty of it. Unfortunately, the buffet is not very practical, as you stand and wait in a long line to get in and a long queue forms.

31/07/2026: Ordered food and got it late which is Wolt of course but was missing a burger, but when you talk to the staff they just say yes we can deliver it, but it takes over half an hour or so to get a burger... And there's nothing wrong with them wanting to do a little so you could get your food or do anything to correct THEIR mistake, even if you asked it was just a cold no as in it wasn't actually their problem so after you say no they could get your money back... But tasted their food from the leftovers the others got and it tasted fine. But the staff had become so indifferent

10/07/2026: Really good burgers and fries. A bit of a boring place to sit and eat. But what the premises lack, the good food makes up for. We come often.

23/09/2025: The owner is incredibly friendly. We ate on site, so we could observe the family atmosphere that permeates the place. The pizza is made with high-quality ingredients and has a wide variety of toppings. Unfortunately, the taste leaves much to be desired. The pizza was bland, as if no herbs or spices were used. The garlic sauce is olive oil with wild garlic.

05/08/2026: The place and the service are actually really nice. But paying 95 kr for something that is possibly a frozen pizza is downright rubbish 95 kr!? At the very least you should get a freshly made pizza. So raise the price. And make a real pizza. Not that Polish crap. Or at least write it on the card so you know what you're buying. I felt cheated. It's a shame!

21/07/2026: 🔴Raw fries and even worse customer service🔴 I was on the phone with my sister and was listening in when she ordered a kebab box with fries, kebab, salad and dressing. When she started eating, she discovered that the fries were raw. So she quietly went up to the cashier to point out the problem and asked for a new box. What happened next was honestly shocking. Instead of apologizing for the mistake and taking responsibility, she was greeted with the question "What do you mean?" She literally had to pick up a french fry, break it open and mash it between her fingers to prove that it was raw. Having a customer stand there and prove that the food was not cooked properly is completely unacceptable. When they finally acknowledged the problem, they said "Oh okay, so you want it cooked through." No. She didn't want anything special, she just wanted regular, pre-fried fries that any paying customer would expect. As if that wasn't enough, the staff continued with a condescending and sarcastic attitude. They asked, among other things, "How do you want your salad? How do you want your kebab?" in a way that was clearly intended to make it seem like she was being difficult and unreasonably demanding. She wasn't asking for anything extraordinary, she was just asking for food that was cooked properly. Mistakes can happen in any restaurant. What matters is how you handle them. The staff that day (20/07-26) were completely wrong about it. Another customer who had witnessed the situation suggested that she could get a new box as a solution. He was just trying to help, but was immediately told not to interfere. Instead of taking responsibility, apologizing, and correcting the mistake, they chose to make the customer suspicious, be flippant, and make her feel like she was the problem. This is without a doubt the worst customer service I have witnessed in a long time. When you serve raw food and treat your customers like that, it sends a very clear signal about how little you value your customers. Very disappointing experience. We will not be back and unfortunately cannot recommend the place.
