07/11/2025: I visited Garibaldi a few times during my stay in Herning and always enjoyed the cozy atmosphere, old-style slow music, and their delicious homemade ice cream brownies. Unfortunately, my last visit was a real disappointment due to the poor attitude of one of the waiters. I was quietly sitting with my laptop at a small two-person table (which was free when I arrived), and after more than an hour, the waiter came over and rather abruptly told me that the table was “booked.” This was quite surprising, as the lounge was almost empty at the time. His tone and manner were disrespectful, and he offered no proper explanation. Even though I was only having a hot drink, I was still a customer and expected to be treated with basic courtesy, something I’ve never seen lacking in any other place I’ve visited around the world. On previous visits, two lovely young ladies served me and truly understood the meaning of hospitality. It’s a shame that my last visit before leaving the country was ruined by one staff member’s unprofessional attitude. Overall, Garibaldi is a nice place with a good vibe and great desserts, but the level of customer service is inconsistent and definitely needs improvement.

25/10/2025: There was a lot of noise, the food came quickly even though it was busy we waited for about 25 minutes for the food to arrive. The prices are reasonable in relation to the amount of food you got and the quality of the food was adequate. But unfortunately there is a lack of privacy we could not look around without someone sitting right behind us.

25/02/2026: Charming café on a quiet square in the city center. Good cappuccino, crispy sandwiches and a good selection of vegetarian dishes.

23/05/2026: Tasted good but not very nicely made. The waffle seemed too small and there was no ice cream inside the waffle.

10/05/2026: Ice cream parlor, which today carries the Hansen ice cream range. Also serves warm dishes such as pizza. It is also possible to buy drinks such as soda, beer, wine and drinks. Opening hours a bit unclear. Check to see if the open flag has come out.

12/06/2026: I usually really like Madonna burgers but this is the last time I've bought anything there... The steaks were completely overcooked and therefore dry and boring I couldn't even tell it was a steak I had gotten. I've been in contact with Wolt and experienced really good service and even though they've tried to help me Madonna won't accept my complaint

23/04/2026: Always tasty and good pizza, Grill food. However, it is too cold and boring to eat indoors in the winter, the door can hardly close, worn out place. The property itself is run down, lacks maintenance, poor heating and indoor climate. However, all staff are nice and take care of the maintenance of the place in a small and shabby concrete building, where the owner only does little maintenance.

29/09/2025: Great place with lots of options. The slot machines are a bit worn out and a few of them didn't wave as intended and didn't have a not working sign on them. Drink ordering etc. Works great through the app or at the bar

20/09/2025: We had ordered 4 lanes for 17 people to bowl, there was a "system error" so we were asked to wait 2 hours for our lane to be ready In addition, the cutlery in the restaurant is not clean, the food is incredibly boring, and you have to wait almost 30 minutes to receive your drinks Incompetent service, lacking employees who can take responsibility

26/04/2026: Good place with food and atmosphere. Excellent service when order table. Nice and discrete place in the restaurant. Food excellent. Service, ordered another beer of the same for my companion but got a different beer. Except from this I can recommend the place.

12/04/2026: They don't have free parking and you have to pay the extra bill, as you didn't expect.

21/03/2026: Good food at a reasonable price. Have ordered take away from here for a number of years and the good standard has been consistent.

18/12/2025: Lidl and Netto, a pizzaria are most of the center, ok with the number of parking spaces, lacking some lighting.

21/07/2025: Hand on heart, and without exaggeration, I would put their homemade pita bread with shawarma in my top-three-all-time-best pita bread that I have personally tried. Insanely delicious and juicy meat and fresh ingredients and delicious dressing. Definitely recommended. Huge 5 stars for the food from here

01/05/2026: time and time again you are disappointed, this time the pizza was cold and it took longer to deliver, when you order a pizza you assume you will get a WHOLE pizza and not a pizza the size of a saucer
