05/08/2026: They have a great playground with swings and a sandbox with toys. There are chairs for the adults. I had a cappuccino (the layer of milk foam was very thin, but it tasted fine and they have a real espresso machine).

23/06/2026: Prices for all alcoholic drinks are absolutely fair! Very large selection of drinks. Unfortunately, no bar food. Otherwise, the place has a great atmosphere and it was already quite busy in the afternoon from 5:00 PM onwards.

03/06/2026: The food was very tasty, the Fish burger had a delicious sauce, fresh coleslaw salad and nice Fish patty. The Fish and chips were also very great and had a great sauce. The service was really fast and the staff member was nice. It is located in a good spot because you can eat and look at monkeys. The price was okay. If you plan going to the cph zoo i strongly recommend stopping by in the Fish project.

09/07/2026: Extremely friendly clerk. Ordered a large sausage mix (minus onion) and a kebab mix (without salad and corn) it was very quick to be made. However, the portions were very small compared to the price. It was a bit of a tame affair. The French fries could have been more crispy and salted. The kebab was half cold and boring. Oh oh, it wasn't worth the 168kr

04/04/2026: Really disappointing experience, we have only had good food from you. But a long time ago - after an order of sausage mix with 7 pieces of small sausages and 3 pickled cucumbers and a small sprinkle of raw onion I really thought it was a pittance for 79kr! 28/07/2026: After a nice trip with Oslo boats, Peter and I went to Emmerys in Nordre Frihavnsgade. Due to the time (10:15) we had it all to ourselves. Freshly baked grovbolle with Vesterhavsost cheese – WOW❣️

14/06/2026: A great place for breakfast, with good coffee and a variety of sweet and savory options. The staff is very friendly and polite. I've been twice and it was fantastic.

28/10/2025: I used to love this place and went there to get my éclair every week, but the quality, prices and service have considerably degraded over the years. I think that the éclairs are sometimes kept too long after baking, they sometimes taste old and stale. And the price is higher than some of the best éclairs in the best bakeries in France (which are also bigger). And now I have the feeling that I am bothering when I come, waiters are sometimes rude and arrogant and I feel uneasy to go. It is really sad, this bakery had the potential to become a must go in this city and I had made a lot of publicity to friends about them, but I am not sure I will go back there until they fix all that.

25/08/2026: Ordered Vietnamese dishes. Deep-fried chicken in sweet and sour sauce with salad. Vietnamese spring rolls with salad. Peking duck with rice. To go! Had to walk 5 minutes home. Good thing we were hungry. The rice was lukewarm at best, the duck was tough, dry and with soft flabby skin. (I think it was pre-fried, pre-cut and heated in the microwave) The vegetables in the sauce could be chewed with the tongue. The salad (corn, peas and carrot) tossed in creme fraiche dressing. Reminiscent of Italian cold cuts. Not particularly Vietnamese or appetizing. None of us wanted to taste it. The deep-fried chicken pieces had a thickness and consistency like apple slices. The sweet and sour sauce was good, spring rolls edible, the rice nicely cooked but cold. Service busy but polite. 15 min wait = 35 min. Think we'll eat Vietnamese somewhere else next time.

24/08/2026: First of all the food is really really good so this review has nothing to do with the food but with the staff A man a few days ago was just standing there picking his nose in the middle of the kebab so the one and only man in there with a hat on friendly and nice man who you can talk to he should get the biggest praise when he is at work it's just good the others are not friendly and not talkative there is no service and they always look angry on their faces and as I said the food is really good but the others who work there should have a little better attitude

30/08/2026: Ordered lunch pizza with my girlfriend, hers was very undercooked (had raw dough in the crust), wrote to their “customer service” and haven’t heard anything for 5 days. Update: After their response, I wrote to them again the next day, with exact dates and email, again nothing heard from them! The conclusion must be that they just don’t care.

05/07/2026: I'm the next door neighbour so I come to Otto often enough. Lately it's been a disaster. Half of the pizza is burnt crust, the ingredients are so unevenly spread and the pizza is not evenly cut. My napoletana had 30 olives on it and 3 small bits of anchovy. It's a bit shameful considering how good they were just a year ago.
