09/11/2025: The service is super fast and professional! I had salmon salad, french fries and orange juice. The food is delicious! The prices are quite reasonable! Enjoyed a lot!😊

05/11/2025: The service is outstanding for its friendliness. We had lunch on November 5th and chose the bruschetta (delicious, but not very different from the toast you can make at home; not worth the price) and two meat dishes. The Oksefillet and the Entrecôte were simply exceptional. They reminded us of Argentinian beef. Tender meat, cooked to perfection, and served at the right temperature. The accompanying vegetables and potatoes are completely unremarkable, but that's fine for a dish where the meat is the star. The portion is just right: not small, but not overly large. The dishes are reasonably priced, but the drinks were absurdly expensive: 60 kroner for a 500ml Coca-Cola. Overall, a good experience; we'll probably return to try other options on the menu.

02/09/2025: Good cafe that unfortunately changes owners like the rest of us change summer tires on our cars. But luckily they don't try to reinvent the wheel... a cafe that works. Also good for kids.

06/06/2026: Hello friends, I ordered Barberry Pilaf with Chicken, but they brought me fried chicken with rice and four Barberries, it was so dry that I couldn't swallow it. When I asked for chicken broth or chicken sauce, they told me to boil the chicken in water and bring it. When I said that this is not the Barberry Pilaf with Chicken that you served, the lady who worked there turned around with a smile and said that everyone serves Barberry Pilaf with Chicken the same way. In short, I was not satisfied. If anyone wants to eat here, it is better to ask them first how they cook it, then order, because it is not Iranian food at all.

26/04/2026: My favorite Persian restaurant in Copenhagen. Always delicious food, especially their kubideh! Really good service too. My family has been eating here for years.

06/05/2026: Then comes May and then it's closed and then it says it's open again at 4 pm. Now it's 4:17 pm and it's not open now. LOSER PLACE

23/04/2026: Arrived at 7:35 PM. Had to pay full price for a dry fried chicken we had waited 20 minutes for. Was offered a new one, but they closed at 8:00 PM and I was on the go myself, so I didn't want to wait any longer. Then I could get a credit, but I'm not from the area. Overheard that the chicken had been finished and taken out, so it had become "cold" so it had to go back into the fryer to heat up again (as several other customers came in while the chicken was being finished on the plate.) If you get cucumber salad included in the price, it wasn't included on the plate either. Took the dry breast meat for my dog, as it was far too dry and chewy to eat.

08/12/2025: They talk about respect and how they want to avoid racism and disciminatuon. Yet it’s the only thing they do themselves. A dark skinned guard made the ‘you are crazy’ finger twirl at me, because I mentioned these things and he got mad. Ego and stupidity is what you’ll meet. We just wanted to play along with the rules. Very two faced. Never going again.

07/12/2025: Condescending doormen. Asked about some rules and if you've been there before. When you ask to refresh the rules and are honest about not remembering if you've been there before, you're turned away without explanation. The doorman refers to me in the 3rd person to my friends instead of speaking to me directly. I'm ignored when I curiously ask why we can't get the rules so we agree with them. Where's the logic? It's definitely not a place that's supposed to be inclusive. I'm at the front of the line and ask the other doorman something, I get a "What do you want" he starts talking to the people behind me in the line and when I answer him about the rules, he shouts "I'm not talking to you" even though I first tried to have a nice conversation with him. It's unacceptable behavior that definitely makes me angry. My group and I always come with good energy, joy and respect for others, so being greeted with that condescending tone is very unnecessary and has a huge impact on whether the place feels safe, which comically it didn't. It seems like they have decided to see "enemies" in people on an unfounded basis, which is quite exclusionary behavior.

30/06/2026: Starter tapas: Was the "chef's favorite", but turned out to be taken straight out of plastic packaging and canned food, all straight from the nearest supermarket. Main course deep-fried plaice: small fillets that were almost burnt. Not suitable for restaurant service.

27/06/2026: Nice service. The wait staff made us feel welcome and looked after. They know what they are doing. The kitchen obviously knows what they are doing too. We were 2 adults and 2 children who ate both pizza, pasta and the children's menu. And everyone was very satisfied. This time we ended up here by chance. And we are happy about it. Next time we will choose to go here! Thank you!

28/11/2025: The place has changed name and owner. Now it is called Guldværket and has been taken over by Philkjær who also has the fish restaurant opposite. At first glance, the concept seemed to follow previous gourmet grill ideas. The food seemed to have perhaps gotten a boost if you like. We started with 3 oysters which in the kitchen multiplied to 4 for the reasonable sum of 60 kr. You can get Champagne and a bottle of Andre Clouet grand reserve for 620 kr which is also a quite reasonable price. Entrecote perfectly tender and fried. There could have been a little salad, but otherwise again a very reasonable price of 225 kr for one of the city's best beef steaks. It should be emphasized that the menu offers other delicious things at somewhat lower prices for both food and drink. There were no other guests on this rainy Thursday afternoon, but I'm sure there will be more life at other times. Will definitely come again.

27/09/2025: Just an average hotel. Almost newly renovated and looks nice and clean. Good rooms. Good breakfast, not lavish, but there was what was needed. One minus is the noise from the main street in the rooms facing that side. However, I don't understand how it is supposed to be a "luxurious 4-star" hotel according to their website. No minibar in the rooms and the reception was not staffed very much when we were there, as there is only one member of staff who is responsible for everything (but kudos to her. Great job!!!).

04/09/2025: Nice rooms. Was on the craftsman package. Dinner was at the pizzaria across the street, breakfast was great, lunch boxes were far below average. standard. So the price does not match what you get in terms of food. The TV package was the absolute minimum.

30/08/2025: Must visit in Copenhagen 🫰 Very close and warm place. Beautiful and very classy atmosphere. If you admire elegant and professional cocktails this is the place. Also, did I mention that this is the best champagne bar in Copenhagen. Overall, I'd say must visit for that classy evening.

08/06/2026: Cozy and well located place. Interesting food arrangement, I think it was a bit expensive for the quality of the food, but the location must be taken into account.

05/06/2026: I have never been more excited about a sandwich than I am with Jens Betjent. Really good quality, the bread is so delicious and the atmosphere is so good there. Can only be recommended.

14/03/2026: We stumbled upon Eclipse by chance and now we come there for lunch every time we are on Amager about every 2 weeks 🥰❤️ As a Jutland resident I have eaten a lot of meatball sandwiches but here you get the best meatball sandwich I have ever tasted❤️🙈 I have to say that their sandwich jens valet is really worth trying too.. We say thank you for the food and are already looking forward to the next time ❤️🥰
