08/09/2025: Rude service. Crazy high prices.

05/09/2025: We visited Lodsoldermandsgården's restaurant, on recommendation. Super delicious pizza with crispy bases. The service was a really good experience, the restaurant manager was sweet and very present. She had a few challenges with the local beer, but handled it perfectly.

05/09/2025: Horrible snacks, all types of snacks were burnt. We tried to get a remake only to hear "it's supposed to be like this"

08/08/2025: The burger was tasty. I didn’t want to get any fries or souce but I like the cheeseburger! *I couldnt understand why the rate is super low for this restaurant. It wasnt a fast service but it is Denmark, no one serves fast in here 🤷🏻‍♀️

26/07/2025: Staff were lovely The Great Danish was really good and flavourful!! Saw comments complaining about the bun but I found it really nice and fluffy. 4 stars as it was slightly expensive coming in at £30.55 for 2 hotdogs and 2 drinks.

21/07/2025: I decided to stop by TheDogHouse and get the Danish Dog because it looked like a wild mix of local flavors I’d never tried before. I’m so glad I did. The combination of toppings and sausages was totally unique, with traditional Danish havarti, pickles, crispy fried onions, and remoulade all stacked into a warm, fresh bun. What I really loved was that this wasn’t just a novelty hot dog; it was genuinely delicious and super satisfying. You could tell a lot of thought went into putting together something that represented Copenhagen’s food scene but was also just an excellent bite on its own. I’d put it up there as one of the food highlights of our trip—and that’s saying something given how much good food there is in this city.

27/08/2025: The food is almost always good and what you order. Only once out of maybe 20 where they forgot something in the order. It was quickly corrected. Service and atmosphere mediocre, but there are also limits to what you can expect from a food court.

10/01/2026: Excellent food and quick to fulfill requests for specific dishes and condiments on the Running Sushi. Friendly staff

17/12/2025: The biggest disappointment we have experienced in a long time. The sushi had a funny aftertaste, it was dry and boring.. absolutely nothing fresh about this. The hot dishes were just as dry and we were a little doubtful whether some of the things might be something that comes back in the fryer and just gets warmed up again, also out on the conveyor belt.. We will avoid it for a long time in the future and will never eat there again :( Oh, oh, what an experience..

14/12/2025: I ordered half a chicken with fries. The chicken was undercooked, raw in the middle and completely cold, ice cold. I went up to them just to tell them but they were very rude

07/02/2026: I have been waiting for over 2 hours for my food. I have called over 15 times and heard nothing. I am sick and ordered delivery but the fact that they do not answer the phone is not okay. It is now past 8pm and still waiting

24/01/2026: You wait about 40 minutes to get through their incompetent staff who don't feel like answering the phone, only to get a small portion of mediocre food for excessive money. Eat at home.

20/01/2026: My pizza was cold and undercooked, not much meat, missing chili which I ordered, not visit

19/09/2025: Good pizza. Nice fresh pitta kebab and tasty crispy french fries. Nice friendly staff👍

16/12/2025: The meat tastes like plastic, improper storage. Was asked suspiciously if I had paid because there were 2 at the checkout, one left and the other had forgotten about me in the meantime. The taste is "ok" no more than that and it's expensive!

23/11/2025: A decent kebab, but nothing mind-blowing. I recommend it. For 10 kroner, they give you a large bowl of hot sauce.

13/12/2025: Lovely evening with really good and attentive service. Food and wine were just as they should be :)

29/10/2025: The first course which was scallops was far below par basically tasteless. It went on from there. The venison was good. The service was atrocious. Took approximately 30 minutes to get service between courses and took approximately 25 minutes to get our first cocktail. Our cocktail came at the same time as our first course so quite a disorganized. We were so impatient at the end we couldn’t even have a coffee. We just waited so long between courses and service the Bill of course took another 45 minutes.

24/10/2025: I was really happy to order food from them until I got seriously ill with severe stomach poisoning to such an extent that I was hospitalized. I got seriously ill after a salad pizza with chicken. Since that experience I have not ordered from there again and it has been several months now.

19/08/2025: Delicious and good pizza! Highly recommended!

13/02/2026: Ordered a kebab salad pizza and a tray of fries with nuggets. The pizza was completely tasteless in the filling, and had a flabby bottom that was completely wet. In addition, it was cut completely brittle. The fries were okay, but it was a really disappointing meal. Luckily my 1 year old is not that picky.

13/10/2025: Dirty as hell. Overcrowded rack with dishes, and dirty tables. The toilet was full of pee and the trash can was overflowing. The 2 sweet poor clerks had LOTS of customers. The shelves were empty. Unfortunately we got a signature brew that tasted old. We complained about it of course. We were offered an Americano, which we accepted... But no... when we had waited 10 minutes we got a freshly made signature brew.. It was a bit of a confusion.. but good coffee after a total of 20 minutes... But smiling staff!

04/10/2025: The prices are completely out of line, but it's a nice place to sit, for example with a book. You can also sit upstairs. The staff is very friendly, and there aren't as many people as at some of the blogger coffee shops that are otherwise in Aarhus.

02/07/2025: If you like to wait a long time for your food, receive food you didn't order (and in turn not receive what you actually HAVE ordered) and otherwise find it charming to have a waiter who rolls his eyes at you when you ask for something - this is the place! We have given the place repeated chances (as the food is actually good), but experience the same thing time and time again - so now I think we will find another place next time :-)
