29/12/2025: Incredibly slow! It took 19 minutes from the time I paid for my small Americano until it was delivered!

31/10/2025: The only Starbucks shop in center Aalborg. Vibrant and cosy. Every time I visit here, almost 80% seats are occupied.

13/04/2026: We were down and ordered a pork roast with mashed potatoes and brown gravy. When we got home the skins were completely limp, the mashed potatoes were cold. And I bought a large burger and it's inedible 👎 Will never go there again

22/02/2026: Ordered food for delivery. Called after 45 minutes to see how far they were. The answer was “right down the stairs”. After another 45 minutes I call again, to which they reply “the order wasn’t big enough for us to bother delivering it”. Terrible service

07/11/2025: Very boring poke bowl with only a few ingredients. Won't order from there again.

06/05/2026: Ate with the whole family at the restaurant yesterday and had an absolutely delicious beef fillet, but the highlight was their take-away tonight, where I had the best burger I've had in years.

11/04/2026: I have never experienced a buffet in such poor condition. The food was absolutely nothing to shout hurray for. It was cold and boring and it simply wasn't replenished in time so many people were waiting to get something. In terms of taste, they have made no effort at all because it was just boring. The service level was also not flashy as you had to go to the staff to order drinks and for the food to be replenished. So all in all a really bad experience where we think we paid far too much for what we got. Buy a frozen pizza and get more for the price.

10/10/2025: Just happened in the store. I ordered 3 chili cheese tops, and despite a very simple order, it took longer than expected for them to be ready. When a young guy finally comes to the front, he goes to talk on the phone - whether it was work or not, I don't know - but after he's finished on the phone, he - without changing his gloves - takes my three chili cheese tops in both hands to put them in a bag... And it's just too dirty. I explain the problem to him, and I ask for my money back. The young guy just says "ok". Maybe Sunset Boulevard should refresh the importance of good hygiene at this particular restaurant.

13/12/2025: Fast food, but finished eating before the drinks were ready. Cheese burger had no melted cheese. The kids room is pretty indifferent. Could just as easily be a toilet. Their chicken is always good though and never dry. The atmosphere is bad as the things are worn and dirty. So better mac D another time

03/11/2025: Burger, where the steak tastes like steak:) Friendly and welcoming staff today. It's located in Bilka, so there's not much atmosphere, but that wasn't expected either. On the other hand, nice and clean.

14/02/2026: It lives up to the name “mama mia” and doesn’t always mean something delicious. This is more “mama mia” and ran away. “Mama” would go crazy in Italy if she was served food like that. My pizza looks like well-used charcoal and tastes like something I’ve always tasted before. Haven’t shopped there in years due to poor quality and today has meant that many years will pass before I try there again.

17/08/2025: The place is closed during working hours, it's a shame that you can't get in on a day off, although the card says that it's open

05/08/2025: Ate here unfortunately I had to hunt for my food but when I caught it it tasted extremely delicious

25/11/2025: The pizza had no tomato sauce and I asked for chilli and got chilli flakes. Overall bad food and bad service

24/01/2026: It's actually okay food - both their pizzas and grilled dishes. However, it's very frustrating when you order food that it's not ready at the agreed time. We've now been subjected to it being very late twice. The first time it was an hour and a half late - here the delivery guy used the excuse that it was very slow. Here we had called them beforehand, as we had been waiting for over half an hour, and the delivery guy hadn't run yet. Yesterday we had ordered pizzas for 6:30 PM, and when we arrived, they hadn't even started making them yet. The pizzas were ready at 7:00 PM. So again they couldn't meet their deadline.

20/01/2026: Hello everyone, I have eaten many pizzas and much more many times, but unfortunately this time I ordered a no. 35, namely a Danish Love, after I measured it with a Geiger counter where it had a reading of 200,000. It is very unsafe to sell radioactive pizzas, by the way I also got violent sputtering diarrhea, I would attach a picture of the accident, but that would be too inappropriate, you just need to know it was bad... very bad. And it is also a bit strange to have disco karaoke in the back room. I hope you will take my review into account and try to solve the problem. Regards. Boblas L.

11/10/2025: I don't understand how such restaurants can exist. I wouldn't even eat the food for free. A culinary disaster and an insult to Italian cuisine. How can anyone cook so poorly...

25/12/2025: Their cheese on pizza tastes so bad I couldn't feed it to a dog. Not recommended to anyone, disgusting place and not at all service minded.

15/12/2025: Friendly service. Unfortunately the staff can't figure out how to make coffee and the coffee tastes like it was roasted a long time ago. Too bad about the prices.

11/10/2025: Good coffee and mediocre bread. The toilet is beyond criticism - should be checked and cleaned more often!!

06/06/2026: We have traditionally ended a Legoland visit with a trip to the Family Buffet, but with the new changes, that's probably over. The quality has dropped drastically (including tough meat, boring fries, a very monotonous selection, tasteless vegetables and you could go on and on). In addition, they have chosen to remove the coffee, ice cream and all other dessert options - in return, they keep the ice cream kiosk in front open late, so you can pay even more 💵💵💵 At a price of 299 kr for an adult, we can probably easily find both cheaper and better alternatives - even WITH dessert.

29/05/2026: Food is tasteless, choice is ok. But, there is no desserts, no coffee, beer costs extra, baby strollers are not allowed in, so if your baby is sleeping, good luck. In general would not come twice to this place.

18/04/2026: Unfortunately, we made a mistake and transferred money to them by misunderstanding. We have subsequently contacted them repeatedly via their mobile number and requested a refund. They have stated that they will return the money when they have the opportunity, but this has not yet happened. This situation is completely unacceptable. We have made it clear to them that we are prepared to bring the matter to the relevant authorities, including the Danish Consumer Council, the Danish Tax Agency or MobilePay, if the money is not refunded as soon as possible. Their lack of action gives the impression that their primary interest is the money rather than providing a proper service.

18/04/2026: Their primary interest seems to be profit rather than providing good service and food of satisfactory quality.
