30/05/2026: There were 2 people working, but they worked together with the efficiency of a quarter of an employee. Their offer is also a bit of a scam, for example 1 rose bread for 24 kr, 3 for 70 kr. You will notice a discount of a whole 2 kr! It was not entirely clear that you had to draw a number, but fair enough, you did so. However, you also put it on the counter and left again, because after 5 minutes there seemed to be no progress on anything, and there were only 2 other customers who looked just as confused as me. They get 2 stars because they had a nice selection, and supposedly it was supposed to taste good, but I never got to try it.

30/04/2026: This place drinks are good but the place to seat is always dirty. I come from home with good mood wanting a cup of coffee and I find a place so dirty. I ask staff to clean in they give me some material to go wipe or clean the seating place myself + I even had a baby with me. Is that not the work of workers. Very disspointed.

14/06/2026: Really bad pizza and way too expensive

01/03/2026: If possible, they would have gotten 0 stars. We can start with a wait of about 3 hours for 2 durums. After about 3 hours, the driver finally calls and shouts that I should hurry up because he is busy. I go outside - but there is no one. He has stopped in the wrong place. I explain to him where the right place is, and shortly after he comes driving at a very high speed. He takes the bumps so fast that he smashes his undercarriage. When I get the bag and go inside, I discover that it is the wrong order. He then calls and says that I have got the wrong bag and that I should hurry up again. I go outside once more, and he almost runs me down. After a 3 hour wait, I finally get my durums. I open the bag and it stinks of fish - even though it was a durum with kebab and one with chicken. I take a small bite, but I should never have done that. The food smelled extremely bad, was cold and had hair in it. I would strongly advise anyone not to eat there. If you read the other reviews you can also see that this is far from the first time there have been problems.

18/10/2025: I ordered an Iced Strawberry Matcha at the store on Nordre Frihavnsgade, but was unfortunately very disappointed. The drink did not look at all like the picture they show – it completely lacked the pink color and only tasted like regular matcha. When I asked the employee (Victor) why it looked like that, I was simply told that it was because of the syrup. I did not feel there was any willingness to help or fix it. Previously, I have had the same drink with a much better taste and appearance – so I know how it should be. It was a disappointing experience.

30/08/2025: The girls who are working today are treating the boys who come to pick up delivery orders in a disrespectful manner.

08/10/2025: This place has the best pizza ever. We have been regulars for over a year. Recently we put in a pickup order and they said another location with the same recipe would take the order. That was the blandest pizza I’ve ever eaten. I was chewing trying to taste anything. We have since regularly received bland pizzas instead of the good pizza we ordered from the correct place. We will have to be careful ordering from now on only ordering pickup with cash to cancel if they redirect us.

07/08/2025: That was the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten!! And the service was horrible too. I waited for my delivery for over 2 hours. When I called them, they said it will be at my place in 5-10 minutes but afterwards it still took them almost half an hour.

01/03/2026: They got mad because I wanted my money back for a pizza I didn't get. I asked for contacts and was yelled at in a foreign language and told to never come back.

21/12/2025: Bought kebab/durum rolls here for the last time. Is a boring and neutral experience. The meat does not taste like kebab, too neutral, not spicy. Garlic dressing too weak, would rather call it cream fraise dressing. After this has happened 3-4 times, we will find another place that can make real durum/kebab with garlic dressing that tastes of something and not just the taste of salad/cucumber/dough.

18/10/2025: Small hot chocolate was expensive and not really good. Don't understand why this bakery is so famous

30/05/2026: Only 3-4 pieces of kebab on the pizza, the rest was almost just lettuce and tomatoes. Very disappointing.

16/05/2026: Hosted 2 times you get the wrong thing they need to learn to listen to what you order ordered a cheese burger with bacon and a kibab mix without salad only fries kibab and dressing got salad on hmm and then the portions have become much smaller

06/03/2026: Come by and order a grilled chicken and pay for it right away. Told me I would come and pick it up in 15-20 minutes-also supposed to be in 365. When I came back there was no chicken, and they denied having received money. Unfortunately I had paid by card, but. When the 98 kr goes from my account I will go by the police and report a theft.

12/03/2026: Ordered a shawarma sandwich - A super boring meal with unbaked bread and the meat had nothing to do with shawarma :(

17/03/2026: I can really understand that Jensen's steakhouse can't make it work. The service is absolutely terrible and the food is boring. My husband and I visited Jensen's steakhouse in Wawes on Saturday. My husband wanted a Tuborg squash sport without sugar which was shown on the menu but no they really didn't have it anymore! He ordered a sirloin steak and potato slices the plate screamed for attention and oh yes the sauce of course has to be bought 😳!! I ordered grilled salmon (definitely tasted better) and wanted hollandaise sauce the waiter glared at me as if I had just fallen from the moon "we really don't have that on our menu" I couldn't help but say what? Jensen's steakhouse has hollandaise sauce in their range but not in their restaurants? Bearnaise sauce etc. doesn't belong with salmon! The last time I set foot there

15/03/2026: Waited 45 minutes before the order was taken Even though it wasn't busy at all. Had to ask the staff to come. Served 70 minutes after arrival and then the food for one guest wasn't registered. Wait another 10 minutes. Stay away!

14/06/2026: Service has never been so slow! Waited almost 20 minutes🤯🥴

03/05/2026: Absolutely indescribably dirty, not all the tables had been wiped down and your shoes were stuck to the floor. In addition, all the trash cans were completely overflowing, to the point where the tables next to them were filled with trash. (See attached picture) 🤢 There were almost no customers and therefore no evidence that the slightest cleaning was done during the hour I was there.

13/09/2025: If you could give 0 stars, yes, they would have! This is for me a first timer: It is apparently forbidden to sit with a computer in this café. Not just inside, no, not even outside where I would have sat down to sit in peace and quiet with my coffee and read a little. The owner comes rushing out and asks me to pack my computer away without giving me a real explanation. What kind of place is this where you are not even allowed to sit with your laptop and work while drinking your coffee? I had bought both coffee and a crossfit, but apparently that was not enough. I was directly asked to pack my computer away if I had any hope of being there. This is extremely petty. If you run a café, you have to expect people to use it to sit and socialize, work or read. Otherwise, it just ends up as a coffee shop without customers!

31/10/2025: I was scammed, bought a couple of drinks including a sommersby. When i changed my mind and asked cashier to deduct the sommersby he only deducted -10 altho the price for the sommersby was much higher. This happened 31/10/2025 at 10:25pm in the evening.

24/10/2025: Most basic products which you need. Food tasty. Staff kind of friendly. Can't complain (and require) much.

25/05/2026: My children were very satisfied.

30/03/2026: Bad. Expensive. Only buffet for 269.- per person. So we only had the alternative of taking a pizza back to the tiny little cabin….
