23/12/2025: We were at Christmas lunch on December 6th and I must admit I have never put my teeth into food that was as bad as yours, overcooked dishes, and rice pudding you could have eaten with a straw.. There is also time so it only takes a little under an hour then all the food is removed despite several people still being hungry.. a red, boring light that hung over us the whole time, all the food looked the same on the plate and people had several times difficulty seeing what they were stuffing into their mouths, old plastic glasses with scratches, chips in the glasses, as well as a really sad selection of beers and only crap as part of a bracelet for a whole 895,- that is unheard of and doormen who leaned up a fucking ball several times ... The bartenders were nice, that's why a star goes off for each of the 2 ... But never if I set foot there again

21/11/2025: If the sound of a typewriter fed with tinfoil and being kicked down a flight of stairs could be translated into a fairly quantifiable experience, it would probably be very apt for the experience of having a Christmas party at this place. An otherwise fair price of just over 400 kr per place setting for around 100 people sounds like a bargain that even the most hardy stingy-ass wouldn't be able to afford. However, the Christmas magic fades quickly as you, as a participant, are cheated out of 40 kr in the cloakroom before you've even entered a place you've already booked yourself... logic is also being sought in this regard. A sticky floor and a ceiling light that pleases moles easily describe the experience of sitting at the table - 57 minutes after the food is served, everyone still hasn't had anything to eat. This naturally creates additional sales at the bar, but here too there are flaws in the experience. The distribution of beer in jugs is kept to a minimum and again people are only able to get a serving (after a long time in a queue that makes the experience before the fence falls over at Roskilde Festival seem like child's food) after almost an hour... which naturally puts a damper on the mood once the first hour of the free bar has passed. The staff are nice, but I would estimate that the shift planning could use a little expansion due to the fact that an event is to be held. They run too fast, the sweet employees. A short summary will follow. I would rather smear my knees in pesto while riding a Long John through 10,000 suspended fluorescent tubes without safety glasses than I would go to Christmas dinner here again. I am waiting in anticipation to see if the glue on the dance floor prevents one from jitterbugging out into the late hours of the night. Mojn.

12/06/2026: Unfortunately closed, very cold winter day. Could have had a cup of hot coffee, and also no coffee carts at Havfruen. But the area is nice to walk around. Visited the kiosk again on a summer day, and had a good cup of coffee. Nice large selection of delicacies, but a bit expensive. Sweet service.

06/06/2026: We were there yesterday and are still stunned by the staff's behavior. From the very beginning, we were treated rudely and condescendingly. When we tried to resolve the situation, one of the employees even became aggressive and banged on the window from the inside, right next to my boss. Such behavior is absolutely disrespectful. I have rarely experienced anything like it. No matter how hungry or thirsty you are, after this experience I would never buy anything there again. Anyone who values ​​respectful treatment should definitely find another place.

22/09/2025: We had an awful experience at this hotel. Upon check-out, we politely asked whether all bills were settled and mentioned that during our stay there was no hot water. The receptionist told us we should have notified them directly—which we had. When we reported the issue, we were told to wait 10 minutes, but in reality it took more than 20 minutes before lukewarm water appeared, and even then the water pressure was extremely low. When I explained this at the desk, the staff member dismissed our concerns, even suggesting that I had perhaps called another hotel or another tourist by mistake—boldly refusing to acknowledge the problem, despite the fact that all three of us experienced it. We raised the issue only as constructive feedback to help improve their service, yet the employee immediately began yelling at us, calling us liars and insisting hot water had always been available. This unacceptable behavior ruined what was otherwise a pleasant stay in Denmark. We felt threatened by the aggressive response of the hotel employee, and we are now considering legal action. The hotel failed to provide the basic services we paid for, and instead treated us with hostility when we tried to report the issue.

29/08/2025: Beautiful place that is not well maintained. The staff seems welcoming. But everything is fake. No one takes responsibility. Just pretends. No one cleans. Just pretends. We cleaned the mirrors in the banquet hall ourselves. The main course had to be served twice. Only the host table got it. There should be no shortage of wine. We got a glass of white and red wine. The hotel hid the rest. The host couple did not realize that they were being cheated. And the envelope price could have been more professional with the hotel. - Like all other reviews, I ABSOLUTELY cannot recommend this hotel. I hope for a change of ownership and people with good morals. This beautiful place deserves it.

28/04/2026: I ordered food late at night. My baked pizza had no filling, it was just dough. I called to complain. Completely rude man I spoke to.

12/03/2026: Worst place I've ever been to- like you can't call this place a restaurant the place looked like a dog house and the washroom (More like a storage area or wtv it was a mess)- the corridor had no lights and there is creepy ahh basement next to the washroom like I won't be surprised if the owner was a serial-... This place is shit.

31/12/2025: Order placed 6 hours in advance and confirmed. Order was rejected 1 1/2 hours AFTER it was supposed to be delivered. Don't trust them.

22/11/2025: Worst ramen I ever ate without getting diarrhoea. Was it really that bad? Yes: You can trust my judgment - I’m familiar with British cuisine, for example. The bowl rises like an abstract canvas, steam curling in soft strokes of umami and ambition. Its aroma drifts out, equal parts toasted seaweed and a faint whisper of regret. Never. Again. Not even for money.

02/09/2025: Well, I can't taste anything sour or anything else 😅 everything went really quickly even though others were ordering too 👌 I was completely happy, ate three bao buns and the ramen soup, very tasty 🤤

02/05/2026: Seriously, I had a terrible experience with their service. The staff was incredibly rude and just completely dismissive. It felt like they had no interest in helping at all. I definitely won't be going back there anytime soon. You've got plenty of good sushi place in Valby, choose any of them except Isamii Sushi.

15/03/2026: First over 30 minutes of waiting. I had ordered 2 kebabs, both of which were slammed together closed, and both were not cooked correctly. The food is average. It seems there is no management, at least I was served by 3 very young girls who looked very stressed.

28/02/2026: It smells nice outside the shop. But that's it. Got a shawarma from there and it's the worst one to date. Dry meat, limp tomatoes, WAY TOO MUCH CHILI, burger dressing, cold food and then the paper was wrapped in the shawarma, so it was completely impossible to eat it without taking it all apart. It was a particularly bad experience. A spoonful was a pain.

04/05/2026: Wish I could give them 0 stars, this is the absolute worst service I have ever received. I’ve been there twice but will never go again… The first time I order fries and end up getting a pita bread for some reason? I give them the benefit of the doubt and just assume he has bad English. The second time me and my friend go and place our order. The guy who I think is the owner is being extremely rude and dismissive towards us . He pretends to write it down so we go to sit. New people come in and place their order, 15 minutes go by and everyone else gets their food while he hasn’t even started on making ours, so me and my friend decided to leave. Please do not waste your money here.

15/05/2026: Writes the wrong name at the cash register and then there are 6 employees staring at coffee etc. on the counter. Wrote Aksel instead of Christian. It's not so easy to hear wrong. Mistakes happen but completely indifferent treatment afterwards

29/04/2026: The wait was 20 minutes, even though there were only 5 customers. I just wanted a power shake, and it was super expensive. It tasted good, but not good enough for the long wait.

24/02/2026: Really didn't taste good. The chicken was so dry I could barely bite it and the squid smelled of old fish. Paid 20kr for extra vegetables, but I didn't care much for that and then they had put the sodas together with the food, so the soda had gotten really hot and it had cooled the food down. Ended up having to throw it all out, except for the soda which could have been refrigerated.

17/04/2026: regular pita bread is extremely small and they claim it's the same everywhere else. never seen again

01/03/2026: After a change of ownership of Parmas, I thought they deserved another visit. The last visit a few years ago was at the weak end of the scale. I took the classic Margherita, because if you can make it with good taste, you know that the base for almost all the other pizzas is good. I was very positively surprised. The taste was really good and the ratio between tomato and cheese was exactly as it should be. The base was thin and delicious and the edges were not too doughy or large. The new owner deserves some more good reviews so that they don't suffer from previous sloppiness.
