29/12/2025: Incredibly slow! It took 19 minutes from the time I paid for my small Americano until it was delivered!

31/10/2025: The only Starbucks shop in center Aalborg. Vibrant and cosy. Every time I visit here, almost 80% seats are occupied.

02/07/2025: If you like to wait a long time for your food, receive food you didn't order (and in turn not receive what you actually HAVE ordered) and otherwise find it charming to have a waiter who rolls his eyes at you when you ask for something - this is the place! We have given the place repeated chances (as the food is actually good), but experience the same thing time and time again - so now I think we will find another place next time :-)

03/09/2025: Nice atmosphere, fast and friendly service. Price// quality okay. Porton was nice sizes. Good for many needs; class of wine and tapas with your friend, date night, nice for family evening. Also vegan options. Maybe more information for glutenfree people.

30/08/2025: Pizza is only made for cash payment. Card payment 'doesn't work' and mobile pay 'doesn't work'. Hmm.. it seems completely... dark.

10/12/2025: I come several times a week to Lagkagehuset on Lyngby Hovedgade, and I think it's nice to sit and enjoy my coffee etc. after the renovations last summer. It's a place I enjoy coming to.

14/09/2025: Coming here is an example of how to ruin your Sunday morning. The girls mess up the orders and do it with an unparalleled rudeness. I don't know who you employ, but your brand is losing its reputation. This is the last time I'll come here. It's also very dirty here - crumbs everywhere and overflowing trash cans.

12/10/2025: The dining area was absolutely damp. Glasses for liquids were filled with the bottom of the dishwasher. The tables were not dry and together with the chairs/sofas were absolutely greasy, there were old food residues all over the place as well as dust and cobwebs in the lamps, even the cutlery had to be cleaned before use. We messed around with the food and left... our appetite was gone already when we met the glasses...

15/09/2025: The worst most horrible food I have eaten in my 40 years and the customer service was terrible and I would not recommend eating here I got smashed Turkish bread and the kebab was not fully cooked

02/01/2026: Literally. Black lettuce on my Smelborg. The plaice and shrimp fine-though a lot of mayo. But completely unacceptable rotten lettuce. I removed it and ate it- because I was hungry. But so little effort to ensure fresh piece of lettuce-makes you wonder…

16/10/2025: Terrible service! I picked up an order at the restaurant, and the person who attended me was very rude and impolite. He refused to give me another bag to carry the sodas. The food is bad — I don’t recommend this restaurante.

26/08/2025: We wanted fish, we got fish, and we were very satisfied! The service was very friendly, and the food came very quickly! That's exactly how I imagine it! We had fish several times during our vacation, both in Denmark and in Germany, and nothing could top it! We'd go back anytime.

15/09/2025: Great food, but be aware that this store charges a 4.25% surcharge if you use a non-EU card to pay - which they don't tell you about before ordering. Other cafés may not - so shop around!

15/09/2025: I love Lagkagehuset and am their #1 fan. But on Sunday the 14th my friend and I went there to get two lattes (small). I also showed my student card to get 20% off drinks, as I usually do. I should have paid 83 kr. (52 kr. * 2 kr. * 0.8 kr.), but the cashier charged 94 kr. So they charged me for the standard size latte, and it was small. 10 kr. is nothing, but it was very annoying, since Lagkagehuset is my favorite cafe in Copenhagen. Also, the day before, on Saturday, I had the best coffee of my life at the exact same place, with the exact same order. So yes, please start giving your employees breaks.

15/08/2025: The food was superb. We ordered a variety of dishes. My Stjerneskud was truly delicious. The fish and chips for our children were a bit too much and a bit greasy. Perhaps they could swap the beer-battered cod for a plaice fillet. Otherwise, it was still very tasty. My wife really enjoyed her spaghetti carbonara. It also seemed to contain real pancetta. The boneless chicken was very well seasoned and crispy, but unfortunately a bit dry. Fortunately, there was plenty of sauce served with it. The flank steak was also really great. I don't really understand all the negative reviews. Perhaps something has changed in the kitchen, too. The service was excellent. The children were entertained with coloring pages. The only thing was that the cutlery was unfortunately forgotten, but that's overlooked. We had a lovely last evening of our vacation at Værftet Mad & Spisehus and would gladly come back.

29/11/2025: The place was very cozy and nice, the woman at the cash register was called Freja and she was super nice and accommodating. Hope people treat them well.

19/12/2025: This excellent Starbucks is located inside Copenhagen Central Station. It's the perfect place to take a break during your journey, whether before boarding the train or upon arrival in the city. The coffee is very well prepared, with that familiar flavor that's so appreciated when traveling, and they have a good selection of both hot and cold drinks. The service is quick and friendly, even when it's busy, and the atmosphere is comfortable enough to sit for a few minutes, relax, plan your trip, or simply enjoy the moment. It's definitely a highly recommended stop for travelers looking for comfort, good coffee, and a pleasant space in such a busy environment.

25/11/2025: On a cold and rainy day, I thought it would have been nice to sit inside in the warmth and have a sandwich and a cup of coffee - I should have stayed out in the rain, it was a cooler experience...

21/10/2025: The best bakery in town! Organic bread that stays fresh for a long time. The atmosphere is nice and the decor is ok, maybe a bit neutral. Mostly really nice service, with a few exceptions. The tables aren't always that clean, but all in all I'm very satisfied, and have shopped a lot here - and also often used the café.
