22/05/2025: Incredibly loud noise level from the staff behind the counter. Good that you get along well with each other. But it's too much when you can clearly hear personal conversations. It has happened to me several times and is very disturbing and frankly inappropriate.

21/09/2025: WE DO NOT RECOMMEND! My boyfriend and I had ordered through Wolt, and have certainly not been as disappointed as I am now. Ordered their Izabella Special which was supposed to contain 3x onion rings, 3x mozzarella sticks, 3x nuggets and 2x Kentucky and fries, I only received nuggets and Kentucky and 3x chili tops which are not even included in the package, no mozzarella sticks or onion rings, in addition there was supposed to be homemade aioli, but got salad Mayo iced. My boyfriend had ordered a kebab mix, it is quite sloppy, wet and the fries are so wet that you can't even eat it. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

27/06/2025: We waited 1.5 hours for our pizza, after which we call and ask where our pizza is. Here we are met by an employee who simply says “we are canceling the order” and then hangs up. We try to call back, only to find that our number has been blocked. Terrible experience, and incredibly poor service :(

10/10/2025: Just happened in the store. I ordered 3 chili cheese tops, and despite a very simple order, it took longer than expected for them to be ready. When a young guy finally comes to the front, he goes to talk on the phone - whether it was work or not, I don't know - but after he's finished on the phone, he - without changing his gloves - takes my three chili cheese tops in both hands to put them in a bag... And it's just too dirty. I explain the problem to him, and I ask for my money back. The young guy just says "ok". Maybe Sunset Boulevard should refresh the importance of good hygiene at this particular restaurant.

26/02/2026: Check your pizza before you leave the store. ordered 2 pizzas with 4 different kinds of meat one of them I got only had cheese on it tried calling but didn't get through. on your phone Update "   that's a lie and Latin I You haven't acknowledged the mistake and you haven't made me a new pizza the only thing that's right in your answer is that I kept the old one"

02/01/2026: Food would be good if there was any. This is the worst espresso House I have ever been too: almost no Food left at 1 pm, no oat milk, toilet not working and you wait forever for your order.

27/09/2025: Drink of the month is 39 bucks but it’s basically ice cubes to the brim then milk to fill in then a few drops of weak coffee. Absolute disgrace

09/11/2025: The sushi is good, above standard. Sticks okay, but like everywhere else. The service was happy and smiling. But that doesn't change the fact that their soda system was semi-dead. It took them 30 minutes to pour 2 half-dead sodas. It took 50 minutes from when we ordered sushi until it arrived. Their focus was 90% on serving take-out customers. 3 tables with guests. A total of 7 people - and yet the service took 50 minutes. In addition, those Spotify teenage playlists work pretty badly for a cozy moment while you eat, but it was clear that the 2 girls serving thought it was fantastic. We received several apologies about the wait, but that doesn't change the fact that it ruins the experience.

19/10/2025: I visited Katsura Restaurant with two others. We ordered the buffet, where you can order almost anything you want via an iPad. After about 20-30 minutes, the waiter came and took the iPad without saying anything, which made us confused, since we were not finished and thus had not eaten for the over 800 kr. we had paid. The food was also very dry, and the waiting time was long, even though there were only a few other guests in the restaurant. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend the place, as it is expensive and the quality of the food does not live up to the price.

03/01/2026: Absolutely horrible waiter!!! Don’t eat here. We ordered cheese wine and dessert. Waiter told us we weren’t ordering enough to stay at our table. And placed a fake reserved sign to move us along whilst we were still eating and drinking. His demeanour was disgusting.

02/01/2026: The waiter gave us a rude welcome. The whole team laughed when we complained about the staff's general attitude. The service was slow, the staff were unpleasant, and the food wasn't good.

23/12/2025: Really wish I read the reviews before coming here.. the roasted pork was awful and the iced coffee was luke warm and tasted like instant coffee. Service was weird and dysfunctional. I agree that it feels like a tourist trap because 180DKK for a slice of bread with some pork on it and a coffee being that much? So egregious I haven’t even left the museum before writing this review. Avoid avoid avoid

19/10/2025: If you're looking for a place to visit the National Museum of Denmark and enjoy a Danish lunch, it's a perfect choice. The staff weren't particularly attentive, and we were allowed in late, despite the number of available tables.

20/10/2025: Terrible food, mega sour salad, bad unfriendly service and a completely empty restaurant, which I also understand after tasting the food, do not come back!!!

20/10/2025: Terrible food, I had the rib eye which was still somewhat edible but my friend had a ceased salad which was so sour that it dried out his lips and the service was bad, there were 3 people but they didn't really do anything

30/11/2025: Can I give this place 0 stars!? Stop it, it's overpriced, overrated and deeply disappointing. 80 kr. for a small pita bread with shawarma!!????The service was absurdly bad. The shawarmas did not live up to the price at all. They were small, dry and without much flavor, and absolutely nothing that justifies such a price level.

29/11/2025: The worst pita bread I've ever had! Tastes like nothing.. the food has not seen the shadow of spices and the meat is decidedly dry.. completely unheard of to charge 80kr for such a bad product..we will never come back.

15/07/2025: Incredibly bad service, threatening staff and always the wrong pizzas. Had to go back and get a new pizza twice, never ready on time. Last time I set foot there.

14/07/2025: Order the pizza online on their website. When I arrive I am told that they definitely haven't received an order and the staff then starts yelling at me. I show the confirmation email and after a lot of yelling at me, they make the pizza. However, without dressing which you pay 8kr extra for. Horrible and scary experience, 0 out of 5 stars.

13/02/2026: Nice man in the store, good service, but not worth 70kr of kebab box, the meat was boring and not very appetizing salad, looked old, the tomatoes were yellow

09/11/2025: Here are some pros and cons of the place and a rating at the end, so you can judge for yourself. I ordered durum with chicken and the price is 70 bops Pros 👍: - Nice selection of pizza, burger and durum. - The chicken meat in my chicken durum from there was tender and hot. - Friendly worker at the counter - Clean little room where you ordered and where you could eat (I took my durum home). - The salad in my durum was crispy - You get lots of dressing in your durum - They stay open until late at night, they should be credited for that Cons 👎: - The bread was a bit dry and had been in the freezer for a few days too long - Small size durum if you compare it to other places at the same price - For 5-10 bops more you can go to kebabistan on Nordre Frihavnsgade and get a durum that is miles better than this one. - The room could have been nicer but that's a nitpick so it only slightly reduces the score - They run the radiator with the curtains closed, they could turn down the heat in the room. Overall score: a little below average which is = (45/100) Conclusion and last words: Ok place for an evening or night-durum for that matter, where they make excellent but rather small durum for an overpriced price. Only go there if you're going to have a late night snack and you're rock hard and just need something to eat with that win. If this is not the case, then head to kebabistan on Nordre Frihavnsgade where they offer you a luxury durum with everything for 75. They make their own pita bread and the service is nice and pleasant. So short and simple: go to kebabistan, I promise you and your stomach will be delighted.
