27/02/2026: Edited 26 February 2026. From a strong 4* down to a 1* Have they changed ownership?? The good customer service which kept me coming back has disappeared. Such a rude person on the end of the phone. I rang and ordered for a delivery. It was taken and a rough time was given. All good. 2 mins later I get a call from the shop " we don't have mobile pay. Only cash accepted" CRUD!!! I didn't even know if we had 2kr in the house never mind the little over 200kr for our order. I went into panic and said wait let me check. My voice may have sounded stressed, cause I was. I am rummaging through a backpack for a purse to check if we had it. I am trying to explain this ,and he is stressing only cash and how much, I say put the order on hold, I will ring back and either confirm or cancel. He says it will be there in about 20 to 30. Which was half the time from the time given with the first employee. I shout " put the order on hold and I will ring back in 5 mins" because at this point I hadn't confirmed we had enough money in the house. Before I had even finished he shouted " we can't deliver to you." CLICK. I have worked in the service industry and know how to talk to people who speak with a strong accent, I know how to tell them to take it easy and get to a result. And I expect that same level of understanding. I know I have an accent and understand that I can be even more difficult to understand when I get stressed. And what delivery service doesn't have mobile pay in these times? . . I can't give a 5 star rating,but they deserve more than 4, I would happilygive it 9 out of 10. I have been a customer for roughly 3 years. I have had 2 problems in that time. One of them tonight...they ran out of chicken for the pizzas 😱😭😅 still ended up with a well prepared Hawaiian, to the time I ordered and it tasted great. The first time the problems warranted a complaint but the sort of complaint that could wait until I went in next time. I still enjoyed the food on that occasion. When I went in to complain,I left the shop happy, felt like I had been heard and understood. I can recommend talking to the owner. You may be surprised. I know I was. 😉🤣🤣

21/09/2025: Ordered a pizza for my child who was home alone with delivery with Wolt. It took 1 hour and 20 minutes for it to arrive. Under all criticism. Also the pizza was only mediocre. So all in all a really bad experience, and not where we will order from another time.

31/07/2025: I ordered through Wolt because the ones I usually order from in Allerød were not available, and it was a huge mistake. The salad pizza I got was the saddest pizza I've had in a long time. The meat was dry and bland, the dressing tasted of nothing but had a strange bitter aftertaste, the salad, cucumbers and tomatoes were dry and tasteless, and you couldn't even tell that tomato and cheese were on the pizza, because it tasted of nothing. This is the 2nd time I've ordered here recently, and the last time it was just boring. Can't recommend it at all

01/03/2026: The taste was ok, but there was far too little chicken in the dish (panang curry with chicken). You had to look for the very few pieces of meat that had found their way into the dish.

10/10/2025: I ordered from OliOli through Wolt and am really disappointed. The avocados in my dish were rock hard and completely unripe, so they were inedible. In addition, the tuna was of such poor quality that I was downright uncomfortable eating it – both the color and taste seemed wrong and far from fresh. It ruined the whole meal, and at that price you expect much better ingredients. Definitely not an experience I want to repeat.

10/10/2025: We have just received food from OliOli in Hellerup. The tuna was bad and the avocado was completely hard, unripe and inedible. There were spring onions on one of the poke bowls even though it didn't say anything about it. Even though we removed the spring onions, everything tasted of onions. But the worst thing was that when we tried to call them, they didn't answer the phone. Not even after five calls. Now we just have to hope that others don't get a stomach ache from the bad tuna like we did.

20/01/2026: Bad durum. Salad too bland. Meat lacked flavor and the bread was very chewy. Won't be back. Strange atmosphere, where it's hard to tell who's a customer and who's working there. Maybe because those who come there often feel at home, which is very good. But not for someone who doesn't come often.

10/01/2026: The worst durum I've ever had. Chewy bread, tasteless meat, the few slices of tomato and lettuce were watery and limp. If it doesn't make me sick to my stomach. Then I'm happy. All 8 men can sign this.

29/11/2025: What a terrible organization. The check-in desk simply says you don't need a reservation, so I arrive at 5:30 PM with my happy face and a five-year-old, and of course, everything is full until 8:30 PM. How can you manage to communicate so poorly within one location? Absolutely not customer-friendly. You're standing there for nothing. Disappointing.

05/11/2025: I'm not sure why this restaurant has such bad reviews? I think the food is good quality. I prefer the a la carte menu to the previous buffet format. Unlike Legoland hotel restaurants in other countries, this one appears to cook everything from scratch

07/02/2026: Firstly, the guy who served us said one amount, but entered a higher amount - this was pointed out, and even when we were given a cash refund he tried to cheat and give us less. Secondly, it says on the window that it is a restaurant, café and bar, but it is a bit of a swindle to use those words. The place seemed worn and shabby, and there was certainly no heat in the "restaurant" itself. I simply don't know where the café and bar were. The food was nothing to shout about, there is at least no garlic in their tzatziki and the kebab was a bit bland and tasteless. It is not a place we will visit again.

14/12/2025: I believe that there should be a change of concept. Expensive entry, expensive wardrobe, expensive drinks. For the price you'd expect a standard of quality, but the workers can't be bothered to care. I get it. Don't go here, it's a mess from top to bottom.

11/09/2025: Better than expected, the club has gotten a really bad reputation lately. So I went in there last week to check it out if it was really as bad as people make it out to be. A bit slow queue, but really cool with an “all you can drink” concept❤️

08/10/2025: This place has the best pizza ever. We have been regulars for over a year. Recently we put in a pickup order and they said another location with the same recipe would take the order. That was the blandest pizza I’ve ever eaten. I was chewing trying to taste anything. We have since regularly received bland pizzas instead of the good pizza we ordered from the correct place. We will have to be careful ordering from now on only ordering pickup with cash to cancel if they redirect us.

07/08/2025: That was the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten!! And the service was horrible too. I waited for my delivery for over 2 hours. When I called them, they said it will be at my place in 5-10 minutes but afterwards it still took them almost half an hour.
