26/09/2025: We held our team day at Herkomst. It was a full-day event with meetings, catering, dinner and a party. We simply couldn't have had a better experience. Everything worked from start to finish – the details were well thought out, the food was really delicious, and the drinks were just right. A special thank you to Signe, who was always attentive, helpful and ensured that we had a good time the whole way through. It made a huge difference and gave the experience an extra boost. We can highly recommend the place, both for professional and social events, or just a nice evening – we left with smiles and good memories!

21/09/2025: It’s 1:30 in the morning and your restaurant is playing music so loud that I can’t sleep. Please stop doing this so often.

14/06/2026: Really bad paid 100kr to get in and 40kr for a jacket, pay 1700 to sit next to the DJ. We got 1 Absolut vodka and Jack Daniels 2 cokes and 3 energy drinks. Really bad.

25/01/2026: They had a DJ come all the way here just to play the same songs they play every weekend – mostly Arabic music. Today was supposed to be an Afro party, but the owner somehow took over the DJ desk without telling the DJ. Because of that, a lot of people went home. The event didn’t live up to what was promised at all, and it’s really disappointing. Some people came all the way from Copenhagen and Aarhus, so it’s really sad that the evening ended like this.

08/06/2026: The seller was rude and apparently deaf, or not amd he couldn't hear me cause of the very loud music, take me so long to order and he got me the wrong size of order and the juice tasted incredibly bad, i'm a teenager and not an aggressive person, but this time the seller got me so mad.

01/06/2026: Every time i order a sandwich, the staff always makes it with already pre toasted bread, so the bread is already cold and dry. Every time i have to ask them to make it from fresh. Its a very expensive sandwich, take the effort to make it properly! (75-95 kr!!!) The sofa chairs have a large brown chocolate on it, should clean it off. Its not a stain its a physical piece of dirt that could be cleaned off. The tables are never wiped. Full of crumbs, sticky food. I like the design and the amount of seats are nice. But the staff has to do better to maintain the place. They were sitting down and chatting because there were no customers. Instead they should take this time to keep the place tidy and clean the tables. The matcha I got was not matcha enough either. Too milky. And the matcha powder itself was not whisked enough it had a sandy texture, very unpleasant. Maybe it was also premade matcha and they didnt freshened it up to rewhisk it before making the latte. Its not a cheap drink the matcha either, you need to keep tour standards higher. Overall very lazy staff. The music was blasting way too loud, i thought im in the club. Other joe and the juices staff, food and music are much better maintained. This one is the worst on in Denmark i have been to. Edit: to answer to the joe&juice account: you ask me to contact customer service. But whenever I do that you answer me 6MONTHS afterwards (regarding technical errors in the app with my missing points etc). Instead of you replying to google reviews instantly, you could get you customer service to be serious when customers actually do contact you!!! Not just when its convenient for you!

19/03/2026: Very good food but equally bad service!! It says you are open everywhere online and accept our order online but the next day nothing comes?? Because you are probably closed as it apparently says on your door in front of the store but not anywhere else! And then you don't announce yourself on various social media that you also have! Really poor service!

07/01/2026: Terrible when you associate barbecue food with something that can be eaten. Tuesday, January 6, I bought barbecue chicken and French fries, I have bought that before in other places. But here we got a barbecue chicken that was probably made before Christmas, it was small and extremely dry, looked like a dried-up carcass. The taste was like the food you throw away, because they are no longer suitable for human consumption. And as for the French fries, they were the worst, only a few French fries were longer than 15 millimeters, and the vast majority were leftovers, something that should have been discarded. It was not worth pointing out, and probably the worst experience we have had in a long time. A food store that does not even know when an item is old, or just does not have a quality that is worth eating, you should not buy barbecue food there, because it is like drawing a lottery ticket. Pizza is the only thing I would buy there, but it is often very salty and there is not much filling. If the review was recent, the Pizza would get a few more stars.

13/11/2025: Do not shop at this place. They owe me 21,375kr and refuse to pay. If you want to eat with a clear conscience, eat somewhere else than people who order vegetables from a small business and refuse to pay afterwards. Boycott this restaurant!

29/11/2025: Stay away from here, things are not under control when it comes to bookings in advance by friends under 25!! We were a group of 10 girls who had booked a table and some bottles, and since we had one person under 25 we had called some time before the day itself to make this known, and it was no problem they said. On the day itself we are met by a guard who explains that it is not written in some places that we have someone under 25.. He continues to welcome all other guests and give out stamps, and seems to be completely indifferent to our reservation. In the end the whole party has to leave the place, as they were not at all talkative, and because of course we are not leaving our friend behind. It ruined the whole evening that they have no control over things. In addition, it stinks of vomit and the music is bad.

05/11/2025: What the hell are you doing in here, I'm standing there trying to get my jacket back. But that's not an option because you don't want to talk to people.

21/06/2025: I was quite disappointed with that. Ordered two toasted hot dogs. He didn't understand me. He gave me two old sausage horns warmed up and a loaf of bread. Then I could wash my shoes. I paid 75 kr. I'll be back.

19/05/2025: STOP NOW SOMEWHERE!!!! Walk a long way around. Worst food I've had in years. Unbelievable it hasn't closed down. The man can't speak Danish or English at all

24/06/2026: I haven’t been here but i order from here a lot, i love your sandwiches, the bread is perfect and you always give enough sauce. I haven’t experienced anything the other people say and i’ve ordered from here a lot.

24/02/2026: I haven't been in there myself but at one point I went into the toilet next door and saw one of your workers go straight from the toilet through a back door to the kitchen without washing their hands. That's just really gross and I hope it's just a misunderstanding but I won't be eating here in the future.

07/12/2025: Too expensive, cold food and hair in the food Stay away from the Kolding branch. We booked a table today d6/12 when we get our table we have to order what we want we just ordered a buffet as we have done before for 2 adults and 2 children with soda When we get some food most of it is cold and the boyfriend found a long hair in the food really delicious The next thing is when we have to pay we get a bill of 1200 where they say it is because it is Christmas food with music ok nice they have said nothing about it. The music started at 7pm right after we went home so we have paid for something we have not received. Never setting foot there again

17/10/2025: The doorman was very unpleasant. Asked him several times what his reason was for not letting me in. He just kept threatening me with his audio recording. I would really like to hear it :) In reality he was just racist because I had a friend with me of a different ethnicity. Sick that still has to be the basis for Copenhagen's nightlife

19/10/2025: The place is great, I even got a free Filur once but the problem is just the pricing. Some products are overpriced and some are not.

31/10/2025: 0 stars for their very crappy , bitter, watery coffee which costs DKK 50, same price with a barista coffee place in town.

28/02/2026: We ordered pasta totollini and there wasn't much pasta and gogonzola but way too much cream so it was swimming around - You could hear them arguing in the kitchen and it's not good for customers to listen to.

20/02/2026: Shut up. They couldn't even make a simple order. When I called and pointed out the mistake, all I got was an argument and poor excuses. They have no idea what quality or service is.

23/10/2025: The steaks were cool today which they haven't been the other times we've been there, why not keep the same standard and quality as before

20/09/2025: Disaster, first we got our drink, but we had to send it back because there was stuff floating around in it. Then we had to wait 50 minutes for the food which was completely tasteless. Ordered a t-bone that was inedible, got a different kind of meat instead but had to pay for the t-bone. Old fries, tasteless meat, Unfriendly staff. Also extremely expensive, compared to what you get
