20/07/2026: Don't count on those opening hours

08/05/2026: We've now tried to buy shawarma four Fridays in a row. The shawarma is really good — if you're lucky enough to get it. Every time we came around 7:15–7:30 PM, the place was either closed, out of lavash, or the staff had obviously already decided that the work day was over. It's kind of impressive that you can run a shawarma place without knowing how much lavash you're going to get or when you're actually open. The result is the same every time: you go home hungry.

08/08/2026: Unfortunately, a rather dull experience at Lyngby Shawarma House. The only real highlight was the meat, which actually tasted good. The rest was not much to shout hooray for. Nothing seemed homemade, and both the bread, dressing and accessories appeared very standard and boring. As the icing on the cake, I got a Faxe Kondi, which mostly tasted like water, there was virtually no fizz or flavor left. Considering the price, I expected significantly more, and based on the rating of 4.0….. we'll leave that for a while……. Unfortunately, good meat can't save an otherwise very mediocre experience. We got a shawarma menu (pita, fries and soda), shawarma plate with a middle sofa. 359,-

06/08/2026: The worst product I've spent money on in a long time. Mediocre pita at best, micro small, crusty bread also costs 80kr. You don't get any closer to theft in broad daylight than this. Never coming back!!

31/05/2026: One of our favorite sushi places in the area. Delicious sushi ESPECIALLY for the price♥️ we have only tried to pick up the food. So can't say much about the atmosphere. Always friendly staff!

19/04/2026: Canceled the order on Uber Eats and we only noticed it when we were standing outside and had driven a long way

11/07/2026: Ordered online when it said they were open. After getting no response from the place for half an hour, I drove down to where they had closed. A man who was walking around the back came to the door and made me sound like an idiot when they hadn't confirmed the order. Like I should have waited until Monday to find out if I could get lunch.

06/07/2026: Unfortunately a disappointing experience. I got a sandwich with regular chicken, where several of the chicken pieces were very hard - almost like rocks - and impossible to chew. It wasn't all the chicken in the sandwich, but several of the pieces were so hard that it ruined the experience. I have subsequently tried to call several times to make them aware of the problem, but without success. I hope you will pay more attention to the quality of the food and make it easier to get in touch with you.

10/04/2026: They get the order wrong like every other time, otherwise okay. Ordered a bbq burger, got a burger with mustard sauce. I was the only customer there before and after i left :) Hire at least 1 grown up to watch the children.

25/07/2026: Very nice bar, super fun guys and good service. I think we were the only ones under 60 which probably had an effect on the experience... felt a bit like celebrities...

06/08/2026: I’ve been a regular here for a while, as I work nearby. Today, though, the staff member serving me tossed my almond croissant onto the counter like you’d throw a bone to a dog — not the kind of treatment I’d expect as a loyal customer. The whole counter was dusty and dirty.

01/08/2026: I'm usually a regular customer here, but lately it's just gone downhill. The store is dirty, the staff is not very service minded, but the food is still the same quality as other locations. I hope the store gets some order soon. In the future, I'll shop in another store.

07/08/2026: Tends to be a bit messy. The machine often doesn't give you your receipt. And there can be quite a long wait if you need personal service

27/07/2026: I don't know of any other place where you can get such a tasty cheeseburger for 17 kr. On lucky days their amazing fries are also hot. But the cooking time is completely out of the question, they are notoriously understaffed, which is a shame.

15/05/2026: I understand that the owners of the place are not keen on keeping the premises and toilets clean. I have been there a few times and every time there was dirt everywhere – on the tables, the floor and the toilets. Is it typical for Danes to like dirt? Do they like working and buying food in dirt?

24/06/2026: I've eaten here 1-2 times before, a long time ago and was immediately satisfied, but not this time. I had been in to shop and thought I would take some home, as I didn't have the time or energy to cook anything myself. I started to get rice and meat, but by the time I got to the deep-fried dishes, it was mostly empty. I thought, ok, let's wait a bit, then something more will come. It didn't, I asked an employee and was told that it was 7 pm, so no more came. It was 6:40 pm... If they write that the kitchen closes 30 minutes before and they don't close until 7:30 pm, then the kitchen shouldn't close at 6:40 pm or probably before that. Quite disappointed with the service and unfortunately also with the food, as I then had to make do with what had probably been there for a while. I should have just left it and left, but unfortunately I was hungry and had to get home really quickly. If only it were cheaper because of the time, but no..

05/09/2026: I wasn't allowed in because I asked about the opening hours with a beer in my hand. I don't know how tall the receptionist is, did he sit down or stand up? I was banned for the rest of the evening, huge situation when we had agreed to put a lot of money each at the casino

13/06/2026: If you like casinos, it's definitely worth a visit, but it's a bit demanding to get in the first time, you had to show your ID and address, but after that you were registered in their system and everything was easy the next time you came there, I recommend the place.

02/09/2026: Ordered my self-proclaimed Christianhavner cake, but it was completely inedible. It tasted like it had been sitting there for a long time and completely collapsed. It was wet and completely soggy. Super bad experience. Will never come back

26/07/2026: I usually love Joe & The Juice, which is why this experience was so disappointing. The staff member who served us was extremely unfriendly, unhelpful, and made us feel unwelcome from the moment we arrived. Customer service is just as important as the food, and unfortunately there was no professionalism or friendliness at all. On top of that, the sandwich was served cold and was far too salty, which made it very disappointing. I will continue visiting Joe & The Juice because I normally enjoy the brand, but I will definitely not return to this particular branch. I sincerely hope the management addresses the customer service at this location and provides better training, as the staff’s attitude does not reflect the standards I expect from Joe & The Juice.

01/08/2026: Just went to the one at terminal C. 4 people working, one sitting on the counter reading his phone. Not one single table was cleaned when we arrived so cleaned one ourselves. Sat for an hour while waiting for our flight and staff never came around to clean during that time.

31/07/2026: We had tasty lattes hot and iced. It is clean and comfortable enough to spend some time before taking off.
