14/10/2025: Probably the most disgusting, mushy durum I've ever tasted. First of all, the smallest durum I've ever had, but here it was almost preferable. It was so miserable that we had to THROW HALF OUT. Tiny, and so filled to the brim with dressing, it ran all over the place. On the other hand, there were only 3 tiny pieces of kebab and a few very sad vegetables. It was a small pancake with 3 pieces of kebab FILLED TO THE BRIEF with dressing, rolled in silver paper. If it had been closer we would have gone downstairs to get our money back. Damn it. Never again

27/11/2025: The worst sushi I've ever tasted. We had ordered in advance, which is why when we ate it we had the feeling that our sushi box had been packed since the morning - the sushi was stuck together and fell apart when we tried to separate it and the rice was so sticky that it was downright inedible and tasteless. We ended up throwing it out. We brought it to the attention of the restaurant, who also refused to take responsibility for it.

23/09/2025: Had a go dream gift card I wanted to use. Called in to order and was told to just come get the food. Got in and they can't figure out how to use the voucher. Called a manager in vain with no luck. Can't get any food and had to leave without. An hour's drive in vain. Poor service level and poor management.

16/11/2025: ⭐ 1 star – only because you can’t give a minus 10 ⭐ Hive Copenhagen – The club where customer service goes to die If you’ve ever thought: “Hm, where could I get the worst treatment that exists?” – then don’t worry, Hive has you covered. I just had the most mind-melting experience of my life with their guards, and I would honestly rather hear my neighbor’s baby scream for 10 hours than set foot there again. Long story short: My little brother ended up having MY driver’s license taken away because he wasn’t old enough. Fair enough, rules are rules – no problem. But from there it went straight downhill in free fall. I come back to get my own driver’s license (which ironically I need to get anywhere), prove who I am, show legit ID on my phone, the whole package. The guards say: “Come back this weekend”. Fine. I come back on Saturday… and what happens? The guard stands and GRIMS like he’s the main character in a discount Netflix drama. He waves my driver’s license at my head like a power-hungry circus clown, as if he’s enjoying every second of it. He literally admits: “I probably took it.” and then refuses to hand it over – even though I prove that I am me. And what does he say then? “You’ll have to get a clean criminal record if you want it back. Come back Tuesday at 10.” TUESDAY. 10 AM. Yes, because of course everyone can just say to their education or job: “Hey, I’m looking forward to showing up Tuesday morning to beg for a driver’s license that a guard won’t hand over, even though it’s MINE.” I’ve been advised to report the situation to the police – and to be honest, I’m seriously considering it. Hive has just proven that they can’t figure out service, safety or common human respect. If you love unprofessional treatment, powerful guards with god complexes and the feeling of being an extra in a slapstick comedy – then Hive is perfect. If you want anything else? Stay far, FAR away. Thanks for nothing, Hive.

27/05/2025: We arrived to the bar apparently just before they were about to close. We went to the bar, and bought a round of beers. After paying for our beer, we were told to leave the bar immediately, because they were closed. We couldn't bring our newly bought beer, weren't allowed to stay and drink them, weren't allowed a refund. Terrible.

16/09/2025: I have never experienced a restaurant being so stingy with their portions. 7 small chicken wings for 114kr and what is equivalent to 2-3 spareribs for 114kr. Shame on you.

14/08/2025: Simple dishes, far from Thai, too salty and all dishes too sweet compared to Thai ones.

11/07/2025: horrible, every Thai curry only tastes salty! Maybe salad is better

01/07/2025: Completely absurd prices. Mixed some salad and took a spoonful of the meat dishes. 110 kr!!! Asked if that could be right and if the plate was counted, but the clerk claimed it was. After me came a mother with two small children who had mixed some pasta, bread and strawberries on their plate. She was going to leave with 270 kr and they argued loudly whether it was really counted. The hot dish was cold and there was not much choice. A little watermelon, a little mushroom, a little strawberry and immediately you have too high an amount, as it weighs a lot. There should be a difference, so the price of salad is cheaper than the price of the meat dishes. All in all a really poor experience and eaten in 5 minutes.

28/12/2025: I don't really have high expectations for airport food and mageritha pizza. But I do expect to find on a 20€ mageritha pizza some cheese. I didn't. Should've gone to SevenEleven.

21/11/2025: Really disappointing experience. We showed genuine IDs, traveled a long way to get here, and were still turned away for no real reason. The staff were dismissive and rude, and it felt like they barely bothered to check anything. After spending the whole day getting to this place, the way we were treated was honestly infuriating. Would not recommend.

16/11/2025: Very bad service. 150kr for entrance and there was hardly anyone in there on a Saturday night. On top of that it cost 40kr for cloakroom and a beer cost 60kr Don't go there!

19/08/2025: We had a margarita pizza and a pasta with veggie Bolognese, along with two cappuccinos, a total of €53. Personally, I didn't like either the pizza or the pasta, and I found the pasta barely edible. The pizza was too burnt for my liking, and I didn't like either the base or the toppings. I even found frozen pizza much better. The cappuccinos were fine.

14/08/2025: Okay pizza. Cesar Salad had good chicken bites. Got the food quickly, but not that many guests when we came.

08/01/2026: I ordered pizzas without onions and mushrooms through Just Eat. They were delivered with both. The restaurant denied that it was their responsibility and referred to the message not being received correctly from Just Eat, even though I pointed out that it was stated in the order confirmation. This is not the first time we have experienced this, the last time was when we ordered over the phone and you see the same problem in the reviews. Be aware if you have special requests.

20/09/2025: The only Pizzaria that makes Calzone with respect for the Italian way. The place needs a refresh, but the Food Authority finds everything OK. Don't let the surroundings control you, they make great food👍🏻

21/08/2025: It has become really bad, overcooked steaks with no flavor and then a clammy taste of burnt onions. Not recommended!!!

12/08/2025: The clerk was quite rude. The steak sandwich is also not as good as it was a few years ago.

30/11/2025: How hard is it to get goods when you charge 54 for a latte and then you can't get anything but a lactose free latte no whole milk and 2 at work for the busiest 1 advent

08/11/2025: I witnessed a really unpleasant situation in Espresso House City2. An employee had forgotten my friend's order, and when she calmly and somewhat jokingly asked if she could have an extra shot as compensation, the employee reacted very provocatively and started arguing. When my friend left with her coffee, the employee's sister suddenly came in from outside and shouted at her - it felt completely unsafe and absurd, as if the café was run by a family feud. I was left speechless. Really bad experience and very unprofessional handling. I hope the management takes it seriously.

10/09/2025: We have used them for many years. 2 machines and lots of coffee. Unfortunately I have found that they are good at selling but poor service (0) if you are unlucky enough to buy a machine with a congenital defect. So now it's over.

11/08/2025: Bought an espresso pot to give as a gift. Tried to exchange for another pot from Rigtig Kaffe, but gave up because their process is so cumbersome.
