17/10/2025: 94 kroner for a waffle ice cream with two scoops is pretty expensive and when I asked if I could get whipped cream, the clerk said it wasn't included in the price. Thanks for the coffee. I'll never buy ice cream again at those prices 🤑

17/10/2025: The young man behind the counter wears gloves, but he keeps them on while he stands and fiddles with his phone.. Super unhygienic and not surprising that for the first time I have seen Olgas with a medium smiley on the door.. The place seriously needs a loving hand and although the service is polite, the hygiene is absolutely no. 1!!! Therefore only one star with lots of room for improvement :/

14/06/2026: The worst pizza I've ever had. I'm almost sure the ham was too old, it smelled and tasted so bad I had to throw it out.

28/02/2026: We ordered pasta totollini and there wasn't much pasta and gogonzola but way too much cream so it was swimming around - You could hear them arguing in the kitchen and it's not good for customers to listen to.

05/09/2026: Never order food from here. The pizza was undercooked, the salad on the pizza was grey and it all just tasted really bad. We ordered 8 pizzas and none of them tasted even remotely good. Would have been more satisfying with a frozen pizza instead.

26/04/2026: 26/04/2026 midnight Have ordered menu no. 9 via Wolt, I chose an optional can of soda (Coca Cola Zero) where I then got a “Harboe Cola” instead, which tastes****. So you might also be better off throwing a few more fries into your menu of 120kr, that's at least the cheapest food you can add.

03/08/2026: We were very disappointed. Charging €25–30 for a simple cheeseburger meal is, in my opinion, already pushing the limits. The fact that ketchup and mayonnaise aren't even included at that price and have to be paid for separately is completely incomprehensible and simply not customer-friendly. The staff was also unfriendly, and we didn't feel welcome at all. Of course, everyone knows that theme parks are more expensive than regular restaurants. Nevertheless, at these prices, decent service should be a given. For us, the value for money is completely off. We wouldn't eat there again and unfortunately cannot recommend this food stand.

23/07/2026: Food was fine but you have to wait 40 min. And if you want to return your cup we were told to wait in the 40 min queue again which is intolerable.

09/07/2026: It appeared open on Google Maps, but it was closed when we arrived. I'd like to ask the business to fix it.

04/07/2026: Bought a coffee with my friend and sat outside with a friend who was just finishing a bottle of juice from a kiosk and the owner came outside and tried to scold us and shame us for bringing outside drinks when one of us purchased coffee. Very rude and unwelcome, he also asked if we were Danish, (we're not). I can't recommend coming here if you're not white and Danish. The coffee was also watery.

28/06/2026: I understand that coffee isn't prepared the same way here as in Spain, but I tried to explain and there was no willingness to listen. The shop assistant was ill-tempered and impatient.

25/03/2026: The meat seemed like it wasn't chicken at all - the taste was nothing like chicken. Overall the quality was very low. The hygiene in the restaurant was close to non-existent and that only gives cause for concern about the conditions in the kitchen. In my opinion, the place should get a serious health inspection.

15/08/2026: The staff member was polite and respectful, so I want to make that clear. However, I left feeling disappointed by the way the dress code was handled. I was asked to put on my jacket or leave because I was wearing a sleeveless shirt. I completely understand that a venue can have a dress code, and I’m happy to respect it. What bothered me was that someone I was with was wearing a different outfit that also seemed fairly casual, but wasn’t asked to leave. If there is a dress code, that’s completely fair — but I believe it should be applied consistently to everyone. Being singled out while others dressed similarly were allowed to stay made the situation feel like a double standard.

01/08/2026: I can't recommend this nightclub at all. The staff was very unprofessional and spoke rudely to the guests. The doormen, who certainly don't look like anyone, have a strong affinity for Denmark, seemed aggressive and treated people differently for no apparent reason. You didn't feel welcome or safe. The service at the bar was also poor. The drinks tasted like soda and the bar employee tried to charge 600 on my credit card instead of 120 kr for the 2 drinks we ordered. There are many better places to go in the city. My girlfriends and I won't be back.

01/08/2026: Ugly The dough was heavy and not very fluffy. The restaurant itself is lousy, dirty and not very charming. Got a salad pizza and it could have had more toppings. Only went there because everywhere else was closed.

13/05/2026: Totally bad service and one completely burnt pizza, on the other hand they couldn't figure out how to heat up the fries, they were completely limp and cold.

25/07/2026: Possibly the worst disco in all of Denmark, it's such an unprofessional place and there are no people inside. They opened 2 hours after the advertised opening hours, so you'd be better off going to one of the bodegas down town.

18/06/2026: We got food poisoning after eating at your place. We found hair in the food and the salmon didn't look fresh at all.

15/04/2026: I’ve ordered take away several time and ate at their restaurant. Their sushi is always super good and fresh

02/08/2026: The harbor fee is outrageous; I moored for half an hour and paid 140 DKK, about €20. The harbor master was quite disgruntled. The island itself is interesting, with a fortress dating from 1910 to 1914.

17/07/2026: We arrived by boat from Nyhavn and had been looking forward to a good meal of "Fish & chips" to go. We have tasted the dish in several places in Copenhagen and the surrounding area and unfortunately have to say that this was the dullest meal for the tidy sum of 125 kr. We also bought a small rhubarb water 27.5 cl for 50 kr We could only eat half of the few fries that came with it, as the remaining small leftovers had been mummified in the wishing well. If I have to say something positive, the fish breading was crispy, but unfortunately also so thick that it filled more than the actual fish that was inside. It will be a no thanks, for another good meal.

13/08/2026: Stay away! Half of the ordering terminals don't work and the ordering queue is very long. When the food is finally ready, it is tasteless at best. One pizza was undercooked and not divided. It was a struggle to divide it with the hopeless wooden cutlery. And then you can have fun with the numerous wasps trying to drown themselves in beer and soda and eat at the table ☹️

25/07/2026: Unfortunately, my meal did not meet my expectations. The food appeared to have been prepared without attention to quality. It looked rushed, was poorly presented, and lacked the taste and freshness I expected from your restaurant.

16/08/2026: Cold pita bread, terrible service, the food is ready before you've even paid.. also when you say pita bread is cold it's because of the dressing says the man behind the counter.. stay away

10/08/2026: The food was very bad because it had no sauce and the meat was dry, and wrapping of the Shawarma was so bad that I spilled half of my food, and the salad was just letuce no onion, no cucumber no tomato, price 75kr👎👎👎
