06/06/2026: Was there today, June 6, and they weren't open at all....

21/04/2026: The lady at the counter was very sweet, but the piece of cake that I bought there yesterday was the worst cake in my whole life. Sadly, it smelled like an old grandpa and tasted like a mothball, plainly impossible to eat. We also bought a linse, which seemed slightly better, but the taste of egg was overwhelming. Unfortunately, both pieces had to go to the trash bin since we could not force ourselves to eat them.

25/07/2026: Probably the worst pizza sandwiches we've ever had - really dry, boring and not least very small

19/06/2026: Close to being the worst pizza I've ever tasted. The base was dense, dry heavy, and not fluffy and light like it should be. The bacon was questionable at best. I ate 1 piece and had to throw the rest out.

29/07/2026: Go to a nearby supermarket and buy something there. It's really inedible.

27/07/2026: After visiting the park we decided to eat lunch before leaving. There was que outside all of the restaurants and we decided to eat Italian. The que here moved sooo slowly! And when getting closer to the counter we could see several empty tables, so the que was not because the place was full, but rather due to inefficient staff. Maybe combined with lack of staff, but inefficiency was a big contributor. We ordered food and drinks at the table and we did not wait for long until it was all served at our table. The food itself was a bit dull. The pasta Arrabiata was not spicy at all and didn’t have a lot of taste. I don’t expect Michelin star food, when eating at amusement parks and similar places, and with that in mind this beat my expectations. However 2 stars is all I can give due to the long waiting time.

21/11/2025: Eben the chrimps were well cooced, the soja sause was terribly salti and the Asian wok was not eateble. Did not receive refund or replacement.

21/07/2026: My milk frother breaks after only 6 months. I am asked to document that it has broken. I do this via a form that they themselves ask me to fill out. Subsequently, I hear nothing until I call myself. There I am told that because it is a “special product”, I have to send a new and different type of complaint (please print, fill out and send a new template), a video (which I have sent once before) and the invoice for the product (which they have, since it is a webshop). Again, I hear nothing and call myself to ask if I have been forgotten. Finally, it is decided that the milk frother must be returned, as the dealer will check it. Then it will have to be sent to the Netherlands (!!) Subsequently - now 21 days after the first inquiry - I am told that my complaint is rejected, as the milk has got into the chip on the machine, which is my own fault. It was obviously not clean enough on the outside. It is simply that far out. Both the poor customer service and the decision. Theft in broad daylight. Both of product and my time!

24/07/2026: Worst pizzaria/restaurant. I ordered through Wolt. These are the worst sausage mixes I've ever had. They were both cold when they arrived and they were supposed to be delivered between 22:31 - 22:51 and were delivered at 23:26. I even had to go after it because the delivery guy wouldn't come to the door. It's even their own delivery guy. Could never recommend them and they refuse to receive contact from Wolt after complaining. Add a shitty place.

21/06/2026: This is 69 DKK salat called "Kokkens salat", cabbage with huge amount of mayo, and 2 small piecies of tomato, thats it. Delivery took almost 4 times longer than advertised. Pizza did not had egg on it, and had a lot of bacon which was not advertised in the menu. Overall - horrible, almost a scam.

15/08/2026: Never order from here!!!!! Most boring salad ever and not even filled to the brim of the bowl. Well, it gave me and my friend diarrhea for several hours and until the middle of the night when we (unfortunately) had to spend the night on the toilet floor.

14/07/2026: The lady - might be the owner or manager - was being extremely rude in the most childish way to the staff in front of everybody while the obvious problem is not them but the food and her.. the staff were sweet and professional.

17/07/2026: Happy to accept orders on their website, send order confirmation and withdraw money even though the place has completely burned down. I guess it can only be described as SCAM.

02/03/2026: Last time I order from this place. Their pizzas are good but they are very disorganized. They often get orders wrong and make false promises to fix their mistakes. They also have the slowest delivery time I have experienced from anywhere, with orders sometimes taking over 2 hours.
