15/07/2025: have ordered from here twice now, the food quality has been terrible both times, they use Greenland shrimp in all sorts of dishes where it neither makes sense nor is it justifiable as they do not inform whether there are shrimp in the dish or not. The food is chronically under salted the meat is dry and most often boiled instead of fried no vegetables worth mentioning either and their mini spring rolls seem to be deep fried mini danloon spring rolls you can get in rema. If you are looking for a decent meal this is not where you will find it. The price for dry heavily undersalted bad tasting food that seems to be thawed is simply not justifiable.

20/08/2025: You have to get your man to deliver the food, you pay extra for a service to have the food delivered, so it makes no sense to be contacted and asked if you can meet in a parking lot. It has happened twice now and you get really frustrated that your delivery people are so lazy??

12/08/2025: Ordered via their website with delivery as soon as possible (expected 5:50 PM). The order confirmation then suddenly said 6:10 PM. When the food hadn't arrived by 6:30 PM, I called and asked where it was, to which the answer was that it was just on its way out the door... The food was delivered at 6:42 PM, which is almost an hour after the expected delivery when I placed the order. They just apologized on the phone and wouldn't give any discount or anything like that.

27/08/2025: Used to love. Fresh wrap, massive kebab. Now the worst quality wraps, not freshly made, and skinny kebabs. Such a pity.

12/09/2025: Unpleasant experience without any kind of customer service in a big way. Where a lack of understanding of what you order results in a mix-up and the phone being hung up on. Sad! But luckily Café Holmes was on the spot to save a family in need🙏🏻♥️

12/07/2025: Yesterday I got two homemade minced meat steaks, it wasn't worth 120 kr., they were so dry and thin, so homemade?🥵

13/08/2025: We have been regular customers and usually visit the store regularly, but on August 13th around 4pm we had a less than good experience. When we arrived, two employees were sitting outside on the benches smoking. Shortly after, they were ready to make our sandwich/bagel/salad. Even though hands were washed and gloves were used, it still didn't feel completely hygienic to us, so we chose not to buy anything that day. Maybe smoking breaks could be taken in the backyard or somewhere away from the store, so the impression of hygiene is maintained. We're taking a break from here and hope that the owner changes this approach. Otherwise, the food is super good.

13/12/2024: Ordered and paid for extra meat. Didn't get it He was stingy with all the filling I could have eaten 8 of the pita breads. If it wasn't for the dry meat. A kebab that manages to be drenched in oil but still dry.

30/07/2025: I don't know if Aladdin behind the counter had carpenters or lost his flying carpet.. He seemed totally depressed and like someone who just wanted to get on with Tik Tok. The food was surprisingly good though, hot and freshly cut meat. Solid meat-binoculars with food in it for a grown man.

17/08/2025: The fish and chips is actually cheap store-bought fried filets and clearly not home-made. It shouldn't even be called "fish and chips". They seem to bake them for half an hour in the oven because it took quite a while to get them. The fries were lukewarm. At least the draft beer was good and fairly priced. We were visiting Denmark only for a week and were disappointed that this was one of our meals.

17/03/2025: To call this “authentic pasta with good ingredients” is an insult to both Italian cuisine and anyone who has tasted a proper pasta dish just once. If an Italian put his teeth into this "carbonara", he would probably consider giving up on life. The sauce – if you can even call it that – didn't even remotely taste like carbonara, but more like a ready-made cream sauce from Rema 1000. And there was barely enough of it! Half of the dish consisted of dry, white spaghetti with no taste whatsoever. Bacon? Maybe 5 grams. For a dish that costs DKK 139! I have never had such bad food in a restaurant. I honestly wonder if anyone ever chooses to eat here more than once. If they do, it must be out of sheer oversight. In fact, Pasta Diem should be reported to the Consumer Ombudsman for false marketing – calling this authentic pasta is outright misleading. It is more reminiscent of a frozen ready meal from the local market, and it must be embarrassing to present such a product.

16/03/2025: At kalde dette “autentisk pasta med gode råvarer” er en fornærmelse mod både det italienske køkken og enhver, der bare én gang har smagt en ordentlig pastaret. Hvis en italiener satte tænderne i denne “carbonara”, ville han nok overveje at give op på livet. Sovsen – hvis man overhovedet kan kalde det dét – smagte ikke engang fjernt af carbonara, men mindede mere om en færdiglavet flødesovs fra Rema 1000. Og der var knap nok nok af den! Halvdelen af retten bestod af tør, hvid spaghetti uden noget som helst smag. Bacon? Måske 5 gram. Til en ret der koster 139 kr.! Jeg har aldrig fået så dårlig mad på en restaurant. Jeg undrer mig oprigtigt over, om nogen nogensinde vælger at spise her mere end én gang. Hvis de gør, må det være af ren og skær forglemmelse. Faktisk burde Pasta Diem anmeldes til Forbrugerombudsmanden for falsk markedsføring – at kalde dette autentisk pasta er direkte vildledning. Det minder mere om en frossen færdigret fra den lokale brugs, og det må da være pinligt at præsentere sådan et produkt.

02/02/2025: Beware, their dishes cost 10kr more per dish than they write on the website. When I said I was surprised that they didn't wait to put the prices up until they had corrected them on the website, I was told that I could read the correct prices in their brochure. Which I was first given together with the food. The food is now ok, but is now too expensive, and they can NOT figure out how to make a baked one.
