11/05/2025: I can't say anything about the food, because I haven't received either drinks or brunch even though it was ordered 50 minutes ago.

03/09/2025: Two of their 200 gram steaks weighed only 260 grams together… 134 kr. for what I would consider a small burger is certainly expensive when you ordered an extra steak and expected 400 grams of meat… The fact that the steak was drier than the packaging it came in is also not exactly impressive…

24/07/2025: We have eaten Friday pizza from Buonasera almost every weekend for the last 8 years. We have made about 1000 pizzas and 99% of them have been perfect 👌🥳 we are very happy with Bonasera and fingers crossed that they will keep making pizza as long as we live here 🤞🤞🫶 Best regards Tobias and family

08/01/2025: Ordered food on New Year's Eve at their new location in Sydhavnen. Two dishes, both with 2-3 chili on the strength scale. When the food arrived there was no trace of chili at all. Subsequently contacted via email x 2 without response. If you have run out of chili at a Thai restaurant, you should at least remove the dishes from the menu. Food made without love. Very disappointing. Still missing a response from the restaurant.

27/06/2025: After being ordered by HQ to seize operation due to their illegal practices, exposed on Danish national tv, they continue to operate illegally under the KFC name. They have lost the franchise but still act like nothing has happened. The staff can't be in an easy position, but when I confronted them the 26th of June about being shut down by HQ, they said they were not informed. Serving old chicken and shady practices isn't ok.

20/08/2025: Tasty burger, nice salad and a really good Brioche bun which didn't fall apart like others I've had. The chips were hot, crisp and hard to resist. You can eat in or takeaway.

15/08/2025: fejlVi bestilte to kyllinge burger og fik 2 med oksekød. Vi ringet og personalet, fik os til ikke at ringe igen. Da min kone kun spiser kylling er det en tydelig fejl. Men det vil de ikke hjælpe med at vi først kiggede da vi var hjemme. Hvis du gerne vil have hvad du bestiller. Skal du aldrig spise her. Og der er ingen hjælp at hente. Da medarbejderen først skal snakke med chefen om hendes

25/03/2025: Ordered a pokebowl for my daughter today. They had forgotten the dressing, and unfortunately a really bad experience and neither my daughter nor I wanted to eat it. I hope you tighten up a bit, because I had a good experience in the past.

22/03/2025: STAY FAR AWAY from OLIOLI Biggest hog shop to come to at OLIOLI on Strandvejen in Hellerup. All tables and chairs were totally unclean and dirty and so was the toilet. Their Sandwich was almost only bread and salad. There were small cubes of beef in such a small format. The price was, in return, towering. The juice was probably the highlight but still a waste of money for the overall experience. OLIOLI is the most scandalous company and an owner group that very clearly only thinks about profit. Poor the employees and the miserable conditions under which they have to work. Unbelievable it can happen in Denmark. There was clearly a lack of processes, management and a respect for craftsmanship when making a good and delicious sandwich. In addition, a far too high price level. Thank you for reading our honest review after a visit to OLIOLI which was more than enough and we will never go there again. It is disrespectful to offer that experience to customers and a company that should not exist.

27/09/2025: Terrible service waiting over 30 min to order a drink . Was also asked to leave the table we sitting at after being there for a hour, for someone else with no reserved sign . Overall :Understaffed , overpriced , bad service quality. Only positive was the music

05/09/2025: I have ordered food several times and there have been cases where they have forgotten some of my items – more than twice in fact. When you try to call them on the phone number, they don't answer and the phone is often switched off. Wolt doesn't answer either; it's just an automated robot giving standard messages. It's really bad service and bad communication. Everything is bad and they don't care about people's money at all

23/08/2025: Not a particularly fantastic experience. With canned mushrooms and the use of the whole onion, including the hard part from scratch, it is not a place you will visit again. The experience of eating there was accompanied by the smell of tobacco from the smoking staff in the back entrance. Payment with Mastercard here gives an additional fee of 2.5% There is all in all room for improvement.

24/05/2025: Very bad service and overall experience. Choose anything else!!

25/06/2025: I really like their bread and rolls, they have flavor and are fresh. Their cakes are only average, some of them even way too sweet than necessary. The staff, especially the young ones, are rude and mumble answers back, several of them don't know what's in their cakes or biscuits, it's disappointing.

21/08/2025: Delivers pizza over 30min late and will not compensate or take responsibility. Have experienced several times that Alanya pizza is unpredictable regarding their delivery time. We have shopped here for the last time when regular customers are treated that way.

14/08/2025: We have ordered from Alanya pizza many times and been satisfied, but the experience tonight makes us NEVER order food from here again! We order food on just eat at 19:50 approx. It says we will deliver the food at 21:48 but on Alanya's opening hours they are supposed to close at 21:00. Of course we are a little confused about the above mentioned delivery time, so I call the pizzeria. The first 2 calls I make, they hang up, the 3rd time the call is answered. I ask about the delivery time, to which they reply that there has been a special arrangement that makes them have extended their opening hours but that they have also extended the delivery time and that if we have the opportunity to pick up the food ourselves it can be ready immediately otherwise it will be delivered at 21:45 at the earliest. We say we are fine with the late delivery time and Alanya pizza says it is okay. I called them at 8:45 PM. At 8:51 PM I get a text message from just eat that Alanya has canceled my order. I've tried contacting them many times after, some of the calls they hang up and some they don't answer the phone... It's one thing to cancel an order 1 hour after it's been ordered, so it's so late that nothing else is open. But lying to your customers like that is beyond rude and, excuse my language, lousy I'm speechless.

09/05/2025: Cozy and charming shop. The food tastes good, the atmosphere is really nice, and the staff member is very sweet, welcoming, and smiling. I’d be happy to come again.
