12/11/2024: Pizza was fine (I just had a basic margarita) but service was slow and little bit on inefficient. The indoor space is pink and pretty but small!

09/08/2025: Excellent shawarma with garlic and chili.

27/07/2025: We went into the restaurant and it was empty. Mastkhiar and mastmusir taste of almost nothing and the restaurant is saving on salt. But the barley soup and doogh were delicious. Sereshk polo had no smell, no color, no sauce. The chicken had no salt, was somehow undercooked and weirdly chopped. Ghormeh Zabzi was also bad- Beef instead of lamb, beans were uncooked and the vegetables were limp. Koobideh was boring, Jdudje was a bit too firm and seemed artificially colored. Worst of all was the Barg, it seemed like leather. I legit chewed it 61 times so I could swallow it. Some of us got stomach aches. Service was nice though.

25/07/2025: The food is average and could be better but better than many Persian restaurants I tried across Europe. So, for that reason a 4. Compared to the original one, this would get a 3 otherwise.

04/08/2025: Hj. made pita with chicken. Even boring with lots of lettuce and onions.

14/07/2025: Went to Torino Pizza & Grill a few days ago with a friend. Extremely friendly service and nice staff. The pizzas were unfortunately quite average, even a bit on the boring side. The tomato sauce was good, but the toppings on the pizzas were almost non-existent. All in all, an okay experience, but unfortunately a place I would visit out of necessity - instead of for pleasure, as it should be.

04/06/2025: Really bad food. The durum I ordered tasted like it was made the day before. The bread or the meat was not fresh, it had just been heated up.!!!

18/01/2025: My kids say the food didn't taste very good, they waited for a pizza for 1 hour. There was almost nothing on the pizza. The pizza was very cold and didn't taste very good :(

11/09/2025: The food is good but the price is not transparent at all. They just look at the plate and name a random price but it’s still considered a deal in Denmark.

15/09/2025: I love Lagkagehuset and am their #1 fan. But on Sunday the 14th my friend and I went there to get two lattes (small). I also showed my student card to get 20% off drinks, as I usually do. I should have paid 83 kr. (52 kr. * 2 kr. * 0.8 kr.), but the cashier charged 94 kr. So they charged me for the standard size latte, and it was small. 10 kr. is nothing, but it was very annoying, since Lagkagehuset is my favorite cafe in Copenhagen. Also, the day before, on Saturday, I had the best coffee of my life at the exact same place, with the exact same order. So yes, please start giving your employees breaks.

15/09/2025: Great food, but be aware that this store charges a 4.25% surcharge if you use a non-EU card to pay - which they don't tell you about before ordering. Other cafés may not - so shop around!

10/12/2024: When ordering food from the house, one of the envelopes was missing and the other 2 were wrong. When I called, there was no great understanding that it is quite annoying that someone did not get food that evening. He almost sounded like “it can happen..

11/07/2025: Even though the food was ordered an hour before for a specific time, we still had to wait 20 minutes to get our order. On top of that, you always have to stand and wait to pick up what you ordered, even if it is ready, because the staff doesn't approach you.

26/06/2025: I ordered a bowl of chicken skewers that was delivered via Wolt. The bowl is not even half full, the chicken is so dry I don't even want to serve it to the dog and the food was cold. This is far from the standard we are used to, so we call the place. Here was the message “we have a procedure we follow when we make these, and some follow it, others don't” 😳 We wanted to come and exchange it for a new one, but this was out of the question, since it was ordered through Wolt, and therefore they wouldn't correct THEIR mistake with the food. I really hope they offer a refresher on good customer service, the employees here seem pretty indifferent to their customers!

16/07/2025: Domino's is not what it used to be, and when you have visited the chain in many places in the world, Denmark is sometimes the most boring place when it comes to food. The quality is ok, but don't expect more than that. The pizzas we ordered were not even made correctly, they had forgotten the things we ordered extra, on both pizzas.

08/07/2025: People love to complain, but honestly, Domino’s makes the best pizza in Denmark, especially with the 50% off deal once a week. They’re the best. I do hope they update their website, though. For example, if I remove an ingredient from a pizza, it would be great to be able to add something else for free. Like, if I remove red onions, I should be able to add pineapple instead without being charged, especially since red onion and pineapple cost the same if I were to add them as extras. I mean, I’m removing something I don’t want, so swapping it should be fair. This is how it was before the closed and reopened.

25/06/2025: I went from loving my first night here to being treated like a burden by staff. Charging $3.98 USD for sparking water is totally within your prerogative and I believe it is on me to learn price before ordering. But for an order that has been free from every other bar and res I’ve been to (7) of the last establishments,dispensed from a soda line (not bottled) to be chargedat $4 or 26dkk is not ok to me without a reasonable communication of the price. It felt like it was priced out of animosity towards a privileged American… which I most certainly am - but I’m also trying to share genuine heartfelt feedback so I really hope staff reads this and that you visit them to give them the benefit of the doubt. To the bartenders, I really enjoyed the drink thank you. Sincerely the tall dude.

24/08/2025: If the board sees this review, do something – and it can’t be too slow! ​I came in on Saturday 24/08 at 7:30 PM to order. Only one of the four self-service screens worked. When I finally ordered my food, which was a burger menu plus three chili cheese tops, it took 20 minutes before I got it. While I was waiting, I could sense that there was total chaos in the kitchen behind it, and I just thought: "Oh no..." ​Finally I got my food and went home. I live only 200 meters from there, so it didn’t take long. When I got home and sat down, the food was already cold. The bun was dry and even the steaks were cold. I think I saw a bag out of the corner of my eye that had been waiting there for a long time, but I thought it wasn’t mine. But it must have been, because everything had been ready for a long time, and then they left it standing and waiting while the chili cheese tops were ready, because they were the only thing that was hot. Really can't recommend this to anyone. McDonald's could be ten times busier on a weekday and still lower a better quality.

03/09/2025: Nice atmosphere, fast and friendly service. Price// quality okay. Porton was nice sizes. Good for many needs; class of wine and tapas with your friend, date night, nice for family evening. Also vegan options. Maybe more information for glutenfree people.

30/08/2025: Pizza is only made for cash payment. Card payment 'doesn't work' and mobile pay 'doesn't work'. Hmm.. it seems completely... dark.

08/06/2025: Disappointing quality for a high price I bought a chocolate croissant between 9:50 and 10:20, and unfortunately it was very dry and had no flavor other than the chocolate. At the same time, I bought a sourdough bun with butter and cheese, where the cheese was completely dry and seemed like it had been out for too long. When you pay relatively high prices, you expect freshness and quality - but unfortunately the experience did not live up to that. I hope the place takes this feedback into account, because it detracts from the overall impression.

15/02/2025: I had ordered Too Good To Go. I had ordered a cake bag to the value of DKK 150, and I then "only" had to pay DKK. 59. When I open the box of cakes, there are 6 sad student breads looking at me. I believe that they usually have student bread for DKK. 9 each and four for DKK. 30. So a total value of DKK. 48, which I then have to give DKK. 59 for. Peasant slavery of the worst kind. When I go back to the store and point it out, the clerk knows it well and offers me some other cakes. I declined that. I will never shop there again. I cannot support anyone who knowingly cheats customers.

09/08/2025: The food was tasteless and I was served something that looked more like a bad red curry when I ordered a panang curry with rice. I also ordered a pad thai which tasted sour and bad. Worst Thai takeaway I have ever had. Not recommended.
