24/07/2025: What a terrible experience, had made an agreement with them that they would make 38 pizzas for a festival for the citizens at the Aage Holmsvej housing facility and that we would pick up today Thursday 24/7 at 11:45. He promised despite the fact that they were not normally open there, that they would open and make these pizzas for us, but when we arrive to pick up the pizzas there is no one to be seen in the pizzeria, everything is closed down, and no one answers the phone, and now we have a lot of citizens at the housing facility who are sitting and missing the pizzas that they were planning to have for lunch today for the festival! PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE I will definitely not shop here again!!!!

27/05/2025: Really good pizzas, but make sure to check your credit card. Unfortunately, that's not what it used to be. Was really happy at first, but lately they've started to rip people off. They don't even say hello or tell you who it is when you call them, and the owner doesn't really want to talk.

27/11/2025: The worst sushi I've ever tasted. We had ordered in advance, which is why when we ate it we had the feeling that our sushi box had been packed since the morning - the sushi was stuck together and fell apart when we tried to separate it and the rice was so sticky that it was downright inedible and tasteless. We ended up throwing it out. We brought it to the attention of the restaurant, who also refused to take responsibility for it.

23/09/2025: Had a go dream gift card I wanted to use. Called in to order and was told to just come get the food. Got in and they can't figure out how to use the voucher. Called a manager in vain with no luck. Can't get any food and had to leave without. An hour's drive in vain. Poor service level and poor management.

14/12/2025: I ordered food from Pizza and Grill yesterday when I was going to pick up the food I saw on their door that they had teamed up with Pizza One I didn't pick up the food as I tried to get a burger from Pizza One which wasn't very good could have written on their website that they had teamed up with them

31/10/2025: I recently ate here and became seriously ill afterwards. After an over-salted lasagna and a tzatziki that neither tasted nor resembled tzatziki, I was diagnosed with Campylobacter infection by the doctor. The infection is caused by contamination in the food, and I haven't eaten anywhere else around that time - so there's no doubt where it came from. It's completely unacceptable that you can get so sick from eating here. I can't recommend this place in any way and hope the authorities take a closer look at their hygiene.

09/11/2025: Was supposed to have a pita falafel before the train. It took ages. A woman stood there smearing water on my pita with latex gloves, filled it with a handful of iceberg, a single falafel and some sticky dressing. Found a hair in it. Worst falafel I've ever had. Never written a review here before, but it was simply disgusting. Throw it out.

02/10/2025: Use frozen kebabs and pancakes for durum. There are prices in the store that don't match.

02/10/2025: The meat tastes rotten, in fact most of the contents taste bad, however the bread was okay. No recommendation from here

02/10/2025: I bought a durum with kebab and it tasted really weird, I ended up throwing more than half of it out. The meat came from a bowl in the fridge and looked like beef with spices. I haven't tasted anything else from the place but I would never come back and can't recommend it. My colleague got a pita bread and had the same experience

03/08/2025: Their pepperoni pizza is extremely greasy. We got one delivered and it was practically swimming in oil in the pizza tray.

19/08/2025: We had a margarita pizza and a pasta with veggie Bolognese, along with two cappuccinos, a total of €53. Personally, I didn't like either the pizza or the pasta, and I found the pasta barely edible. The pizza was too burnt for my liking, and I didn't like either the base or the toppings. I even found frozen pizza much better. The cappuccinos were fine.

14/08/2025: Okay pizza. Cesar Salad had good chicken bites. Got the food quickly, but not that many guests when we came.

15/10/2025: I ordered two butter chickens, but when I had just pressed "pay", I realized that it was in Copenhagen. We live in Aarhus. So I called as quickly as I found the phone number. Here I explained the situation to the person who answered the phone. Explained that they didn't have to cook the food, since we obviously didn't come and pick it up. Asked about the possibility of a voucher, so that some friends in Copenhagen could enjoy our wasted money. The person's only answer was "Sorry, they've already started in the kitchen". Then in less than 30 seconds they claimed that your food was cooked. The person promised to get hold of the boss, who was in Turkey on vacation. After a month they haven't called back.

04/10/2025: Food is not worthy, service is rediculas. There is a small boy, I have never faced a more arrogant and behavioural problem ever. I have asked to know how far the food is. Kiddo was saying you have to wait, I don't know much time. Never going there again.

27/09/2025: Probably not a place for me. The food was terrible. The wait to order was 20 minutes. And the food didn't taste good. No cheese in the burger, but there was burger dressing for the little bit of onion in the burger. Unpleasant combination.

13/09/2025: Went on a lunch break and only ordered a cheese burger. Went to føtex and came back and it was still not ready, so I told the guy behind the counter I would be back again. Went to matas, came back, and it was still not ready. I mentioned my lunch break was over in 5 minutes, and they started on the burger. Was standing there looking out the window when I hear the guy say "Here!, Here!" really rude, then I smile and say "tak for det", then "thank you" and all he did was scowl at me. I said thank you in two languages and the dude couldn't even fake a smile. Then I open the burger and it's the thinnest and most over cooked patty I've ever seen, with burnt bacon on top. Bad food and bad service. Avoid!

20/09/2025: The only Pizzaria that makes Calzone with respect for the Italian way. The place needs a refresh, but the Food Authority finds everything OK. Don't let the surroundings control you, they make great food👍🏻

23/07/2025: Good pizzas, but they could have used a little more tomato and cucumber on the kebab/salad pizza and it would have been nice to know that it was chicken kebab. But good price 129,- for pizza and soda

20/07/2025: It's crazy to think they put beavers on pizza. I have to be honest and say that I thought beavers were protected, but apparently not. It's hard to eat your pizza when you know that an innocent beaver, possibly with a family, has been sacrificed for the enjoyment of the guests of Bonbonland.

10/09/2025: The place is for sale, nothing has been done to maintain anything.

23/08/2025: A whole 65 kroner for 3 small balls will definitely not come back. Then he can't give it back and we for 10 kroner discount. Nevertheless, after some time he is cheeky enough to come and demand it back. Will never come again and will strongly advise them to buy ice cream elsewhere

16/11/2025: ⭐ 1 star – only because you can’t give a minus 10 ⭐ Hive Copenhagen – The club where customer service goes to die If you’ve ever thought: “Hm, where could I get the worst treatment that exists?” – then don’t worry, Hive has you covered. I just had the most mind-melting experience of my life with their guards, and I would honestly rather hear my neighbor’s baby scream for 10 hours than set foot there again. Long story short: My little brother ended up having MY driver’s license taken away because he wasn’t old enough. Fair enough, rules are rules – no problem. But from there it went straight downhill in free fall. I come back to get my own driver’s license (which ironically I need to get anywhere), prove who I am, show legit ID on my phone, the whole package. The guards say: “Come back this weekend”. Fine. I come back on Saturday… and what happens? The guard stands and GRIMS like he’s the main character in a discount Netflix drama. He waves my driver’s license at my head like a power-hungry circus clown, as if he’s enjoying every second of it. He literally admits: “I probably took it.” and then refuses to hand it over – even though I prove that I am me. And what does he say then? “You’ll have to get a clean criminal record if you want it back. Come back Tuesday at 10.” TUESDAY. 10 AM. Yes, because of course everyone can just say to their education or job: “Hey, I’m looking forward to showing up Tuesday morning to beg for a driver’s license that a guard won’t hand over, even though it’s MINE.” I’ve been advised to report the situation to the police – and to be honest, I’m seriously considering it. Hive has just proven that they can’t figure out service, safety or common human respect. If you love unprofessional treatment, powerful guards with god complexes and the feeling of being an extra in a slapstick comedy – then Hive is perfect. If you want anything else? Stay far, FAR away. Thanks for nothing, Hive.

21/11/2025: Hard to do anything about the atmosphere when you're in an airport. Nice staff. Also when I commented on the food. But! The pizza just wasn't very good. The dough tasted of nothing. It was oval instead of round so you could suspect it was a cost-cutting measure. Got a pizza with potato, rosemary, cheese and truffle. It smelled fantastic of truffle but tasted of NOTHING unless you got a little rosemary, then you could taste it. So you pay 160kr for a pizza that sometimes tastes of rosemary but is swimming in oil (probably from the truffle oil)

20/11/2025: The pizza is really shitty. I am not even sure how thry dare to call it pizza. I request from the bottom of my heart that you should not try what they call their garlic bread. Crazy bad. Difficult to imagine how they still exist.
