22/05/2026: The staff, one kind and warm man, he was friendly, talkative, excellent service, reasonable prices, great code world wide options, fresh atmosphere, excellent music! Super well located! I love it!!! I don’t know why I haven’t seen it before… but definitely I’ll be back to this amazing place!

08/04/2026: We have often come to Café Folkeven, always with great success. A place where we always experience extremely good service! We have also tried their escape room-like game “Game in a box” several times. Both at the café and have also borrowed it home in connection with an event. Fun, challenging and intense. Can definitely be recommended! We will definitely come back again.

05/12/2025: This is the second time that the food has been delayed from order to acceptance and then another ten minutes after I arrived. They are nice enough, but they don't have control of the kitchen. 75 kr. For a guacamole in a small mayonnaise cup is also excessive.

09/12/2025: I was invited to lunch on Sunday at "Silberbauers bistro". That place gets all my best recommendations 👌 The food was absolutely fantastic and the wine perfectly matched 👌. The service/staff was competent, professionally skilled and created a friendly/cozy atmosphere throughout the restaurant 👌. It's an experience I'll never forget ‼️. THANK YOU 🌞

02/11/2025: The initiated are aware that Copenhagen offers a wide variety of French restaurants: From soulless tourist traps to themed venues that drown you in images of Eiffel towers, baguettes and mustached-beret-wearing mannequins. Then there are the upper-class-upper-price range-mediocre-produce places that look like the place to be, but rarely keep what their polished looks promise. Silberbauer is the opposite of that. Discreet and understated on the outside, full of life and buzz on the inside. Though they fall in the same category as most other restaurants - namely that the starters outshine the mains - all dishes that I tried were the best I’ve had all year. However, the undisputed star was the seared/grilled(?) bone marrow with bread (see photos). The taste was so rich, it actually made the main dish (gnocchi ragout) pale in comparison in terms of flavour. Pro tip: Order it as a pre-desert after the main! My only regret I have from my visit is, that I didn’t order more of them. Four stars on the vibe because it was lunch and I’d imagine dinner time is more lively.

21/12/2025: The staff and Wolt delivery guys have been a bit too sloppy. The other day I got someone else's order plus my own. But cola in the whole bag and cold burgers. Today it was 2 cold burgers, no straws and carry dip. Which was supposed to be bearnaise. 2 bad experiences, a few days apart. However, I got almost all my money from Wolt. On the 1st order. , but I won't order from there again.

28/10/2025: Super cool atmosphere. The staff was delightful and the pizzas were incredibly delicious, although potatoes don't really belong on a pizza – well, that's a matter of taste. An absolute highlight after a walk on the beach or a surf session in Vorupør.
